I had come in to receive a service, and he was huffing and puffing when he took a look at how much it was going to be and kept making comments about how it's going to be expensive with the amount of stones on my band. I had thanked him and explained to him that my family had been coming to this place for years to which he responded, "yeah but you didn't buy the ring from us".
