Still, it gets the job done with the usual automated ticket vending machine on the platform. It is well lit at night and there is a decent amount of foot traffic in the area. Still, Dallas is a big city and you need to be aware of your surroundings. As the station is in downtown where the lines converge, this station is on the Red, Orange and Blue lines between St. Paul and Cityplace/Uptown. And it is also the last stop on the Green line between St. Paul and Deep Ellum.

It may be a Poison DART…read more These trains aren't nearly as shiny or new as or comfortable as the ones in Houston, but they do the job they will get you around and it's much better to ride one of these than a bus. According to my girl, the train system in Dallas is pretty sketchy. The trains look old school, like the ones in DC, but they have bus seats. The trains in Houston look more modern, by comparison, and have a lot more fare inspectors. The Houston system, even though smaller, just works more smoothly than DART, with fare machines that work and cards that are refillable, even online. Dallas needs to step up its train system and fix their fare machines. Or rather "unfair machines."
