After speaking with them multiple times with various questions, I was left with a feeling of assurance that I was in good hands. When my mom got approved, I was impressed with all of the "before" photos they took of the apartment, which of course, helps protect the owner and the tenant. RPM was quick to answer and help with my mom's move-in and setup questions, and helped facilitate speedy repairs when my mom tore a screen and broke a blind. I had to go to their office at one point to pick up an extra key and everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and helpful. I feel like RPM truly has both the owner and tenants' best interest in mind and work very hard at keeping both parties happy and feeling secure.
