My car got scratched/dented before and the solution was to shut off the lower horizontal brushes that would bang into your car. I went there one morning and the wash was closed and supposed to open at 7:00am. There was a line and most people left, because a worker said it would be awhile till wash will open. No reason given.... I went there recently at opening again and there were no clean drying towels in the stalls. Only reason I went there multiple times after such bad visits was purely convinience. read more

I had an awful experience with Dash Car Wash on Rainbow Drive in Las Vegas. I went there one time while on vacation, and somehow I ended up enrolled in a recurring monthly membership without realizing it. I didn't return for nearly three months, yet I was charged $19.99 per month for two consecutive months. I tried to cancel, but I was charged again anyway. Whether this was done intentionally or through deceptive sales practices, it's completely unacceptable. I feel misled and taken advantage of. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone using this car wash to carefully review anything they ask you to sign and watch your bank or credit card statements afterward. Car washes are popping up all over town and Dash is a popular one that I've seen! This location is easy to navigate to as it's right off the corner of Blue Diamond and Rainbow, though it can be a bit busy to make the turn to get to the parking lot. Like other businesses, they offer membership options or single washes. I did a single wash which includes a "spot free rinse" and "tire scrub" for $9 - similar pricing to other competitors. As you go into the wash tunnel, the set up for your vehicle is different from others - your tires aren't in a safety guide rail but instead just on a moving track that pushes the vehicle through. The wash itself went well, I had a few spots left on my car but mostly were harder stuck tree sap or leaves. The vacuums are super strong (and also really loud!) and get the job done! The website advertises free microfiber cloths but I don't recall seeing them anywhere, though they do give you a disposable cloth to wipe your dash board and interior and an air freshener. The music they play as you clean the inside of your car is great, Hawaiian and island vibes. All in all, I'd visit again especially because the vacuums for inside were so strong and thinner nozzles to get down in little crevices! No complaints, scratches or damages from the wash from me! read more

Unbelievable experience but first I want to make sure to thank LUV Car Wash for mistreating their customers imo me as one I was a customer since opening and then found out all along they had lowered the price of my tier and created a higher tier for the same price and rather than do the right business thing and tell customers oh btw we now have a higher service or quit charging us the same price for less anyways I found DASH Car wash on Rainbow like night and day. The vacuums actually work and these things will steal your kids if not buckled in employees are way friendlier actually seem like they want to be there. My car actually came out clean the ambiance is great too they play music here like old school car washed. I've been coming here since they opened. I cheated on them a few times here and there, the most recent being with the newer wash down blue diamond. we gave them a try and immediately knew the vacuums weren't as great and the towels were not as stocked as Dash. furthermore, Dash has THE friendliest staff. they're sprinting to you whenever you need help, and they are super accommodating with anything you could need. 10/10, will always boast about this place. read more

Made a stop here the other day after leaving Bojangle's. I've got 2 car washes near me that I use whenever needed and just do the Basic $6 car wash. The Basic Car Wash here is $9. I do think it did a great job and maybe a little better than the ones I normally use. It sure did no skimp on the suds during the wash. The only bad thing I can say is when I pulled into the wash and was directed to the belt , after I put the car in neutral a couple seconds later I felt and heard the belt slip from underneath my tires and go to the next tire stop spot. A little concerning. Most places have a more secure tire holding device. I read a few people comment that it was good for people with oversized tires. I didn't use the vacuums like I would normally since they were pretty busy and my interior wasn't really that bad. I did read lots of people say the vacuums are pretty strong which is good. read more

Hands down best Car Wash in Vegas at the moment. More WOW than WOW tbh. They have a track system which is unlike most car washes and you can bring oversized wheel vehicles in here no problem without scratching them. Tire shine as an option is great! Staff is friendly, (honorable mentions to Keith and Danny!) The vacuums SUCK, HARD! They always replenish clean rags for wiping down your vehicle and they also have compressed air hoses which makes for a great car wash experience overall. GO HERE read more

BEWARE !!!! DONT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS WASH !!!! I've lived in the southwest Valley for over 10 years. I was actually excited when this place opened so I signed up for a membership. Their tire shine machine at the end of the wash tunnel scratched my car. The first time I went in, but I did not notice right away as you drive off after your car is washed. Next time I washed the car it didn't just put a scuff mark but massive damage into the driver side in exact same spot near the wheel well. The manager Xavier who is the most condescending idiot, they can have managing that place . Placed blame on me and said they are not responsible. When I pulled into the tunnel, the car wash attendant was hurried and I believe he didn't put me in the right spot to go in is why this happened. Really sad that they can't just make it right. I will be telling every single person that I work with and know in the entire Southwest Area to stay clear away from this place. read more

First time free car wash was good. They have the best vacuums. Next time had gunk on sides of my car which is from tire shine. I had to scrub it all off when I got home. I had said once to tire shine and then next time no tire shine. Sadly not a good drive thru car wash and I tried at least 4 times. I wanted to like them. Giving up. read more

Save yourself some money and only get the basic $9.00 wash here. Got the Dash Signature $25.00 "Service" this morning for half price due to MLK Holiday. Can't honestly discern where Dash is any better than any other run-of-the-mill conveyor belt car wash that I've been to in my 72 years on this blessed earth.
