This car wash was simple to use, quick, and personally a great value for what I paid. Cost was $13 for the mid tier package. As I drove up to the wash I was given the usual greeting and directed where to place my tires. The attendant then went over my whole care with a big wet/soapy brush and then pushed the button for the wash to start. My kiddo loves the car wash action and I find it therapeutic, lol. I never feel like the blow dry at the end is long enough but that's okay because I always bring my own drying towels. They even had a whole lineup of vacuums to use for no additional charge at the end. Loved it and will be back. read more

The attendant was super nice & answered all my questions. I love that they spray down your car before hand & give you a couple hand towels to dry your car down afterwards that get missed. The vacuums are AMAZING & I am very picky about that. I have a shop vac at home & feel like it usually does better than the car wash vacuums, but that was not the case with this location. I'm writing this as I sit in the car wash for the second time today. I signed up for the unlimited weeks back because the price was great and I love that they pre wash manually. The wash itself does a good job, but the drying is absolutely terrible. It leaves your car soaking wet and then come the water spots everywhere. You better bring a towel with you to dry because there's no attendant to do it and you'll need it for sure. read more

My car was pretty dirty and I was sick of the heat cooking the dirt into my paint so I decided to get a wash on my way to work. If you get there between 7-9 am you can get an early bird wash for a few dollars cheaper than usual. Hani was great! He explained the wash process to me and that's how I even knew about the early bird special. He then did a a quick spray down before I went through the actual wash. Afterwards he even hand dried the car of what the auto dryer couldn't do. The whole process took less than 10 minutes (there was no wait when I got there) and I was really impressed by the whole process considering the price. Again thank you to Hani for making me fall in love with my car all over again after the great wash. Because of him, I will definitely be back! Just remember to bring cash!! Attendant did thorough job of pre-washing with soapy water. Wash itself was pretty standard, but got the job done. Dryers were not 100% effective, but I brought a towel to touch up a few spots. Nice vacuum station that was well maintained with strong suction. Even had trash receptacles. Good value and open until 7:00 pm. Best part was the attendant who was super nice and did a thorough job of pre-washing. read more

My In law, husband and I literally only come here for the hard working man I believe he is Hawaiian or some type of Asian culture w/ Long hair. I keep trying to catch his name but I forget every time. He is so amazing and detailed with the pre soak before the wash itself. Great customer service as well always so helpful and friendly. I've been coming here for years prior to COVID. Upon returning this time I opted to pay for the new $14 wash they offered, I also tipped the guy $4 before going through the washer. Come to find out at the end I was required to dry my truck myself and they didn't even clean my tires. I called the guy over and he explained there was a sign out front explaining all this, but the only sign I saw out front had a suv parked blocking half of it. $20 for half a car wash...and just like that Never coming back again. read more

The last 2 times I have been here, the guy who wipes down your car at the end has gotten lazy. He seems to think he is pretty slick and only wipes down the front and sides of your car and leaves the back soaking wet. He is also happy to take a tip from you for a job half done. The other week I got my car washed and when I got home, I noticed the back of my car had dry water spots all over it. When I got my car washed today, the guy dried it and said I was good to go. I checked it before I left and the back was soaking wet again. This time I made him wipe it down like he is paid to do. This is too bad, because I like this car wash, because it is quick and convenient for me. I made a complaint to management, so hopefully they fix this problem. read more

*SOLELY ABOUT THE DRIVE-THRU CAR WASH* Decided to finally do my own dang car wash today (don't judge, don't laugh, im as delicate as a weed flower LOL). Seriously though, I hate driving & second, I'm extremely claustrophobic (I couldn't even breathe playing Shark Tank on the VR LMFAO). My fiancé usually do the car wash drive-thru, vacuum, wax, the entire detail package bc honestly, all I know is gas & go with the occasional 'I think I gotta put gas.... now? Ok now.' That's the little story. Anyway, I just back handed a tiny spider crawling on my window yesterday and was scared to wipe down my truck bc it might jump & backhand me back. So I decided to go the car wash today. This place is soooo convenient and who doesn't love a quick in & out with a little entertainment in between. Head down warm springs & Fort Apache and turn into the AMPM gas station. On the opposite side from the vacuum cleaners (big red balls with tent, can't miss those.) Three options: 1) while putting gas, it'll ask if you'd like a car wash. Print receipt & give to attendant. 2) walk in to gas station store, pay, receipt, & hand to attendant. 3) The fastest way. Drive up to the entrance of the car wash. Wait for attendant to wave you thru. Align left tire to track. Put car on NEUTRAL, pay with card or cash. Don't forget a stamp card. 5 wash stamp, get 6th FREE. They'll ask "$8 or $11". $8 is your basic standard wash. $11 is with tire shine. Both comes with free unlimited use of the vacuum cleaners. When done, at the end of the tunnel an attendant will wave you forward (don't forget to put it in Drive lol). They'll do a quick wipe down. Enjoy the unicorn vomit soap :) Pros: *Spacious and doesn't feel like a dark alley way. *Has more features than other standard car wash I've been to. *Friendly attendants. Our favorite is the uncle from Hawaii *Affordable *Comes with unlimited vacuum use *Convenient location Cons: *Vacuums are a little too weak. Not much suction, but I don't mind. We had a strange experience here. The machine itself pushed our car through, without rinsing it. Not a big deal, and we drove around again to have the bubbles rinsed off. Here's where the strange part happened. The attendant SHOUTED at us as we came back around, and insisted I'd put my car into drive in order for that to happen. I politely let him know that wasn't the case, and he continued shouting at us with some bizarre allegations around the makers of my car (chevrolet??)) and that it should be recalled. I had kids in the car, so we left. Even though I'd ordered the premium package for the first time in my life-and really wanted my car cleaned right then! Shoddy equipment and crazy person running the show. I'd skip this experience. read more

Sure takes a long time for a simple wash and vacuum. Time is money. Guess they don't want to make money. 50 minutes and still counting... No matter how much you buff your not making it new again. Update: looks like the best wash for $16. Car is super clean inside and out. But still, 50 minutes is way too long. Seems like a lot of places are trying to upsell bs windshield repair. Don't do it. After the guy finished wiping down inside and out, I do not see any dents sitting in the driver seat, haha. Update 2: looks like I was too optimistic. Stopped by grocery store parking. Took a look at the wheels again. There's clearly dirt on one side of the wheel spokes. At the car wash the guy must have just wiped the top side, side facing up. So again I have no idea what was being cleaned for so long for 50 minutes. read more

It took an unusually long amount of time for the cars in front of me to get through the wash. I was waiting in line for a good 20 minutes for 3 cars to go. Have money ready to tip the guy that sprays your car and dries your car. It's clear that it's expected and I wasn't prepared. The car wash gets your car very clean. Good value for the money. I believe it to be one of the best car wash in the Southwest. After 10 services, they give you one for free and you can pay from your car to the guy in charge so you don't have to get off your vehicle at all. The guy who dries the car works diligently no matter the weather. The only bad thing is the vacuum, it does not have enough power so I have to use my vacuum to finish the job. read more

Good solid car wash, polite employees. They scrub down your car before it goes through the automatic wash, then they towel dry and wash the tires which was nice. Also have free vacuums you can use after or before you do the wash which is killer. Only 4 stars because it's CASH ONLY. read more

No longer a good place to take your car!! I routinely go twice a week to wash my car. My "routine" is to use the vacuum and clean the inside of my car before entering the car wash... Ugh, can't do that anymore... You now have to pay, enter the car wash and then at the end someone will turn on a vacuum for you to use(u need to wait). Not only that, but by turning on the vacuum I mean kid walks over and turns on the circuit breaker for whatever vacuum your using. WTF?!, who does that! AND in between drying cars the kid somehow calculates your "2 minutes are up" and turns off the vacuum. I don't blame the workers bcuz this is a total managers decision... Going to have to find a new spot. I realize there's free loaders using the the free vacuum but this is soo no longer convenient for me-the paying customer! read more

Used to go to this car wash all the time always great service they fix some of the problems with not excepting credit cards and the vacuums have gotten Better but recently however their new policies don't allow them to prep my entire vehicle at the beginning they don't wash it anymore they just get my hood and windshield wet and then when I'm exiting the tunnel they dry off my windows and don't touch the body they leave most of it wet so I'm going home with spots and my rims just don't come out clean anymore I won't be going back unless they fix these problems my suggestion find another wash in the valley read more

This is a great car wash and the vacuums are working way better since they added the policy where no one can just come and use it so they don't fill up the vacuum bags and they work perfect. The wash clean cars very well and come out great and to top it they wipe it down really good. Even if yo have to wait a little there are no spots on your car. All I want to say is it is a great carwash and everyone should go there. read more
