Confused as to every time I come here with an active membership I am being told they have system issues or they have a new system which causes me to have to re-sign up and get recharged. Then staff will get upset because I am upset which is very frustrating. If you are gonna use online system at least have the staff aware of is and with knowledge about it so when we ask simple questions we are talking in circles because someone doesn't know the answer. Let me start by saying the service most of the time is absolutely great and I've trusted WOW with my car since I moved near this location back in July (I was a previous member of the competitor). I can get everything done and my car always comes out sparkling clean. My only gripe is the website. Instead of creating a login and password where I can keep everything moving, they have you create a ticket of sorts. There's no confirmation, or anything that makes me feel like I've accomplished anything by coming to their site. For example, this past weekend, I went to update my card on file Sunday morning and then later on that afternoon, I headed over to my location to get my car wash. My bar code doesn't work. Lady comes over to help and she looked like she was having some minor issues as well trying to get my stuff going. I told her that I updated my card on file this morning and I also told her how bad the website is. She seemed to dismiss what I said. Finally got me on my way, without the website being addressed or even a "Sorry to hear you had to go through that, here's how you fix that." And she did it so that it goes by my license plate and not the bar code. All I ask is that I'm able to just log in, pay/change my plan/etc, get a confirmation, and be on my merry way, not make some ticket and hope I get something accomplished. I normally go to LUV carwash but decided to try WOW since it's closer to me, and I also got wow max wash free! That was the only good part of the wash. The wash itself was not great there was a ton of dirt and I mean dusty dirt not baked on dirt was still left on the car around the hatch area, doors and grill. Great customer service and drive thru is quick. I was able to arrive 30 min before closing and still make it through in time. The line was long because of the previous rain storm and the staff were professional. Despite this there was still enough spots for the vacuuming. I've been to this location multiple times, and every time I leave, I notice new scratches on my car. I finally decided to report it after the latest visit. While I was in the office filling out the damage report, another customer walked in. I asked if she had any scratches on her car. At first she said she wasn't sure -- but after taking a look at her brand new Tesla, she came back visibly upset. Her car was scratched too. This clearly isn't an isolated incident. It's really frustrating when a business that's supposed to protect and care for your vehicle ends up doing the exact opposite. What's more disappointing is how common this seems to be, yet no one is taking accountability. I hope this review encourages management to take customer concerns seriously and invest in safer equipment and quality control. I would give this 0 stars if I could. This past weekend, I received a free car wash coupon and decided to use it on my way to a photoshoot with my wife. Five minutes after the wash, I noticed a glare on my windshield. When I pulled into a parking lot to check, I discovered a 2-inch crack. The next day, I returned to ask if they could review their footage before making any assumptions, but they told me their cameras were unavailable at the time which was odd as I saw all tv's showing current footage. They gave me a number to call for assistance, but when I called, the representative simply told me to go back to the location and file a claim. Two days later, I received a call saying their footage didn't show anything and that they service 1,300 vehicles a week with no reported issues. They said, "We're closing this claim and won't be moving forward, but we can offer you a few free washes as compensation." What started as a "free car wash" has now turned into a major frustration. The crack has since grown to nearly 10 inches long, and my insurance requires a $500 deductible to fix it. Instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly dismissed me, insisting it wasn't their fault and refusing to help further. Terrible customer service. I understand these things can happen but the way they handled is what's extremely frustrating. Their customer service was terrible. $29.99 a month for unlimited washes, pretty darn good to me. I'd normally pay that for 1 car wash in California. Is it the most thorough car wash? No, but it does the job. Really wish they would space the cars out a little further though. The cars in front and behind me literally seems like they are less than 2 feet apart. As such, I normally try to go when it's not crowded to avoid that issue. Minus 2 stars as the drying time is short and also because my windshield sticker has NEVER worked. After having a bad experience with a different drive-thru car washes in CA, I avoided self-service washes for awhile and opted for 100 % hand wash... I've reconsidered with WOW. An attendant will guide you through the wash tunnel. Prepare to align your car, roll up windows and moonroof, and put that bad boy into neutral! No pics but the tunnel had tons of trippy lighting.... The wash ends with polish and optional tire shine with hot blower dry. There are stalls with high-powered vacuums. Upon inspection my car had minimal water marks after drying and no dings! The sticker sensor thing they put inside your windshield is incredibly difficult to take off and leaves an ugly residue that ruined my front windshield tint. I drive by this Car Wash daily and figured I'd give it a shot as I've had a very long week and I didn't want to head to the self service wash today. I paid $18 for a wash with a tire shine. I was surprised to see the line short as other washes I've been to have a long line (first red flag). While going through the wash the staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful! However after the car wash I noticed the windows, windshield, hood and the whole car was filthy. At least the vacuum's were working properly.
