I originally paid this shop $144.20 on August 8, 2026, to install aftermarket smoked lower bumper LED reflector lights, which immediately malfunctioned by flickering, freezing, and shutting off. I returned on Friday, August 28, 2026, and paid an additional $216.00 to have those persistent circuit issues corrected and to cleanly convert my main factory taillights to LED using brand-new, premium Sylvania ZEVO bulbs and a 4-pack of load resistors that I personally supplied.The work delivered was completely defective and left my vehicle's lighting lines performing worse than before. The lower bumper reflectors still suffer from the exact same flickering and freezing issues. Worse, my new premium main safety taillights are now dangerously dim. When I pulled back my trunk side carpet liners myself to investigate, I discovered that the technician completely failed to mount or anchor the heavy aluminum resistor modules. They were left dangling loosely by raw wires inside my rear body panels, creating a loud clanging noise during vehicle turns. The entire installation relies on cheap plastic inline wire clips wrapped loosely in basic electrical tape.When I brought the car back on Saturday morning to enforce the labor warranty, the technician called me shortly after drop-off and admitted defeat, stating verbatim that the layout was "as best as they could get it." He explicitly agreed that the safety lights were dangerously dim, stating, "you can hardly even tell they're on," but refused to troubleshoot his wiring and falsely blamed the quality of my premium retail bulbs. Spending over $350 across two separate transactions to walk away with a broken circuit layout and a hazardous, unanchored bundle of loose wiring is completely unacceptable. I have initiated formal disputes with both of my financial institutions for services not delivered as described, and I will be taking my vehicle to a reputable specialty shop elsewhere to have their careless mistakes entirely fixed.

No static or any interference noise. Clean sound. Prices were great and they were friendly from what I was told. That's the good. The bad... see pictures posted. The door panels were not put back correctly. It wasn't a missed/careless mistake because all four panels were put back wrong! So if all four was put back wrong, either someone noticed and didn't care, or they didn't know how to do it. I can see the gaps between the window and panel from standing outside my car. My car is not the most fun car to work on. I seem to be the odd review so I'd still check them out, but check their work.
