A dear friend of mine in Tualatin lost her husband and I wanted to send her flowers. Flowers that were not basic, but special. Nancy picked up the phone when I called. She was so cheerful, kind and professional. I explained what I needed flowers for and she offered her caring words to me. She asked if I had a bouquet in mind - and I did, and told her the arrangement I saw online that I liked. She asked if I wanted the arrangement delivered that day. I did not, I needed it delivered in two days - and I could hear in Nancy's voice, although she would have had them delivered that day, was relived to have some time to do the arrangement. She was clearly very busy when I called. My point being, she did not rush me, she listened to me, offered me her sympathy and continued to treat me with excellent customer service, even though she was very busy. I received an email notification when the flowers were delivered and 5 minutes after that, I received a text with a photo of the gorgeous flowers and a note from my dear friend, thanking me for the flowers. Thank you Nancy. The arrangement you created was both beautiful and affordable. I will definitely order from you again.

Trees were marked with prices in the field, and were easily $50 higher than other farms for the same species and size. We browsed around, but didn't find any trees in our budget. Selection was limited. It didn't seem that there were folks to help with cutting or hauling if needed. We left, found another tree farm in the area, and we got some help with cutting and shaking there. Paid about 40% less too. Sorry, Windsong, your offerings just didn't cut it.

We were going to choose and cut our own, but found a perfect one they'd already cut and bought it instead. They had a few dozen in different sizes already cut. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dan and Alexis at Peak Christmas Lights for our Christmas…read morelight installation. Dan was very fast to respond to my questions, incredibly knowledgable, and I never felt like he was pressuring me into more than what I wanted. He even uses a Google image of the home to show a sample of what the home will look like when the service is done. Despite being in the thick of busy season, they managed to put me on the schedule very quickly so we could enjoy the lights for as long as possible before Christmas Day. The service itself was exceptional! Alexis and I spoke about what was going to be done in detail before he started, and then he simply took care of the rest. The end result is beyond anything we had expected. The lights are perfectly uniform, there's a light at each peak point of our roof line (I love the attention to detail!), no loose/drooping wires anywhere, and the lights themselves couldn't be easier to operate with the wireless remote that's included. I feel safe knowing that the lights and installation are all under their guarantee/warranty too. They absolutely have a return client in me for years to come! I only wish that we had found Peak Christmas Lights earlier in the season.
