I went out to Yesteryear Farms on a recent Sunday to pick up pumpkins for the season. We figured heading to Wilsonville would allow us to avoid the bottleneck at Sauvie Island. The farm was easy to get to, and they have an abundance of flaggers in the parking lot to help you find a parking spot easily. It was a brief walk to get to the farm. There is no cost for parking or entry. They have an indoor farm store, a large area of pumpkins, a corn maze, a kids play area (climbing on hay bales), tabletop games, a number of head cutout photo ops, 5-10 food trucks (somewhat pricey) and places to sit and eat. It is dog-friendly for pups on leash. Overall it is very well laid out and nicely decorated. Pumpkins are priced by diameter. Our final cost ended being less than the amount they initially wrote down - that's a good direction but it'd be a bummer if the opposite occurred. It was a great price for the four gourds I got. read more

Yesteryear Farms is very cute and instagram-able to the point where I couldn't even get the stereotypical photo because it was too busy. There is a cute gift shop, several food trucks (the coffee/donut line was insanely long) and lots of activities. What's nice about this farm is entry is free! I found it too cramped and busy to enjoy a whole day there but it's cute. The corn dogs at "Batter Up" were soggy and gave us stomachaches. read more

This small farm down the road a little ways from downtown Wilsonville has a lot to offer around the holidays. Currently, this location is open around the Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and 4th of July holidays with the hours posted online. It is comprised of a smaller shop with miscellaneous knick-knacks and foods for sale. The items within the shop are usually decently priced for what they are, and I have always had a good experience with the staff working the register. This farm is unique in that, depending on the time of year, they offer a pumpkin patch to pick from, slides and hay bales to play around on, tabletop games including connect 4, a large corn maze, a Christmas tree farm, a farmers market, and a few other things to do/purchase. Overall, if you are nearby the Wilsonville area, I would definitely swing by this little farm shop and checkout the local happenings! read more

This is a must do on a weekend when all the little food trucks and activities are open! We went mid week and it was pretty empty, but we did come for pictures and that's what we got! Tons of pumpkins, little display walls, skeletons on couches, and hay bails all perfectly set up. They also had some sheep which of course was my son's fav part, but was super cute. The cutest and perfect sized pumpkin patch for kiddos! Came here with two children, and they had a blast! First off, the staff is super friendly, and they offer complimentary apple cider and popcorn at a pod near the entrance. They also have other food cart pods with various different kinds of food on the farm. There are tables for sitting, eating, and games to be played. At the end of the farm, there is hay/slides for kids to play. There is also a tiny section with live sheep. This farm included a lot of activities given its size. But since it is a smaller sized farm, it did not have a corn maze or tractor rides like some others do. Overall, loved it and would come again! read more

I've heard nightmares, but we missed it thankfully) Complimentary cup of cold apple cider and popcorn to walk around at the first trailer by the entrance. Ok so 1st time visiting the farm in the Fall for Halloween, corn maze for a girl's trip. The maze was such a fun experience for us with the scavenger hunt for "monsters". We were impressed not only by the maze experience but even the food options, drinks, treats, farm store, and staff. Exceptional fall visit so I returned with my husband yesterday for the holidays and tree hunt and was blown away again! Definitely a 5***** and above rating for out new favorite spot! I should mention the farm store is dangerous as I could spend hours in there and spend a fortune but so worth visiting. Also with the x2 visits parking was a breeze, not sure if we were lucky or the farm is just that good in corralling the herd :) MUST SEE! read more

Went here yesterday for the pumpkin patch festival they have going on. It was very busy at 11am but they have a lot of parking! Pumpkin patch isn't a legit one, really they just placed pumpkins all over an open space, but it made it a lot less muddy! They have so many cute photo opportunities for families, friends, and furry pets to take pictures in front of. They also have a lot of food trucks and apple cider donuts! Everyone was super nice and all the decor was so cute! They price their pumpkins by size so keep that in mind. The cheapest pumpkin costs $6 from what I remember. This place is so much fun! Everywhere you turn there are backdrops for photos with family and friends. There's a corn maze, games set up, and an amazing gift shop. The best thing is admission is FREE! On the weekends there are great food trucks to buy your favorite food and chairs around a fire pit. Sometimes, there is live music. Plenty of covered seating in case of heat or rain. I went with a group of friends and we had a blast taking photos and catching up over lunch. I found some unique gifts and Fall decor at reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I purchased some corn stalks that were a bit too tall and the cashier found some garden shears and cut them down for me. Yesteryear is also open during the Christmas holidays. This might be my third or fourth visiting Yesteryear and I love it every time! Plenty of activities and food to try. I really enjoyed the pumpkin patch this October. We did the maze and had so much fun. They have two different options which is great for those who want to do a longer or shorter maze. The shop is beautiful and filled with so many fun goodies. I love the Christmas theme they have going on now, perfect place to go and enjoy with family! Tons of trees to select from as well! Will be visiting again soon. read more

The farm and set up is cute and affordable. Unfortunately the high voltage electrical wires hovering above our heads had such a strong current that we could hear them buzzing loudly and my daughter's body was actually vibrating as it conducted electrical currents! She felt like a cellphone vibrating to the touch. It made her feel queasy. It was very bizarre and a little concerning. If the farm was in a different location we would go again, but that was enough of a 'jolt' for us. read more
