Anthony is a great guy and checks in with me every 6 months to make sure I'm happy and I'm still getting the best rates. 3 years with Stan Burns (all with Anthony) and I am still extremely satisfied, I pay less than I would otherwise and I have someone who can help me whenever I need--much better than dealing with the insurance companies directly in my opinion.

My insurance has quadrupled while my vehicle usage declined dramatically. Mercury has a new program called RealDrive, which would be a great fit for my situation, but I learned about it through googling. I recently requested quotes from AAA, Costco and Geico. All were substantially lower than what I'm paying now. Considering how much Bisson has earned in commissions over the years, I would have expected a Christmas email or something. Instead, I was dealing with people that might as well have been robots. Come to think of it, robots might have done a more thorough job. I can't wait to leave them. I doubt they will care -- or notice.
