Farmers decided to CANCEL all landlord/rental insurance policies in California. Tim's office offered me a quote through Foremost Insurance (their "commercial landlord" division). The quote and bill they sent were over three times higher than my previous Farmers policy. The "Foremost" bill stated I could pay online or by check if I wanted to proceed (see image below). I did not agree to this policy, and I found coverage elsewhere. Despite NEVER authorizing Foremost or Farmers to enroll me in this new policy or to withdraw funds, Foremost took the ENTIRE PREMIUM amount directly from my business bank account. This means Farmers GAVE MY PRIVATE BANKING information to Foremost WITHOUT MY CONSENT. It has now been 20 days and I still have not received a refund! This is a serious lapse in ethics, a breach of trust, an unauthorized withdrawal, electronic funds transfer fraud, breach of contract and violation of privacy laws. Today is August 15, 2025, and the last time I received an update was on August 4, 2025, where Tim Weidenkeller said he would follow up with Foremost and get back to me. Well, I'm still waiting on the follow up and more importantly WHERE IS MY REFUND FOR MONEY THAT WAS STOLEN FROM MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT?

Allstate made an error when transferring our vehicles and two were not transferred. As I was explaining what happened, she cut me off and told me I had to wait my turn. I expressed to her that this was Allstate's error and the urgency as we needed insurance over the weekend and couldn't wait until Monday. I also asked that she prioritize this because of their error but again she cut me off, yelled, became argumentative and kept saying I had to wait my turn. She told me to send the current registration which I did but I did not receive a response. I called back and asked her if she could please add the vehicles and she started yelling at me and again told me I had to wait my turn. I never heard back and now we have no insurance and cannot drive anywhere over this weekend. Adriana is extremely rude and argumentative. Upon my aunt's death, I notified the insurance company to cancel the remaining policy and stop all autopayments; I left a message and sent an email. That was four months (and multiple calls and emails) ago. No one at the agency returns calls or emails. They keep billing her account; as of today they owe us four months of premiums.
