My clubs arrived a day later than scheduled it is now October 16th and where oh where are my husbands clubs????? Well.... that is a question we'd love an answer to that isn't BS. We received a message on the 9th saying they were still in customs, on the 11th another message saying they were in customs, next we received a message saying they were out for delivery, I stayed 2 extra days at the hotel waiting for them- no delivery. My husband asked for them to be delivered at a location that he was playing in a tournament at on the 15-18 but still no clubs. Like a lot of services in life, people take for granted it should just be there and work all the time. Just like the cable company, or the bus service. but lo and behold, when something doesn't go right, oh boy do people love to complain with those one star reviews. Fed Ex is the same, it's just supposed to deliver! I come to this location anytime I need to use Fed Ex to send stuff like over night or return online purchases. The staff is fast and efficient. Came to this FedEx to complete something very easy, and something I have done all the time (print labels). The woman said, I could drop it off and pick up on Monday (it was Saturday at 4pm, they close at 6pm). She said the other clerk was leaving and she didn't know how. I had to stop in here to drop off my AT&T equipment. As soon as I walked in, the three employees looked at me and then turned back around. The loser with his ears pierced told me to stand over in the "6 feet away" spot and wait. A couple minutes later, a female employee had me move back to where I originally was and she took care of me. I have recently used FedEx for large copies of a map. Yesterday I tried my usual location and their printer was down, the kind I needed. I was in Carson City for business and found another FedEx copy ctr. I was hopeful until I realized my printing would take an extended time. I left thinking that the price was established. I rec'd a Voicemail that it was over $300.. Like WTH!!! I called enroute this AM, reconfirmed the original price and the clerk said he didn't know why it was so high....on my way I said! Upon arrival I still needed to wait for 10 minutes(FedEx right?) and when I got my bill, more than agreed and over $100, the clerk said, I know I quoted you a lower price, but this is what it is. I took the box there with pre shipping ground lable , I reused fedex overnight package with extra lables and they in very in professional way refuse to accept the package, I asked why? He and her manager( who supposed to be experienced person) said because of battery labels, they didn't even offer to cover them with white paper or something, I came back to office put a white lable, few minutes later the overnight driver came in and he took the same box. Unbelievable . Very disappointed. Never go there again. read more

I came to this FedEx location to ship some items one week after my mother's passing, maybe this influenced my frustration but I believe I was quite patient. Upon my arrival I brought in all my items for shipping with three trips, the customer service rep failed to inform they have carts to use. When I got back in, the rep that was helping me had decided to send his own package so I waited 5-10 minutes while the only other rep helped him. After that he began to help then proceeded to walk away and help 4-5 other customers while I waited. Came back to help again, then left again to help additional customers. They had to re-enter my shipping information 4 different times because the system timed out while they shifted to other customers or their system had some other issue. Every time they gave me a different price. While wrapping some of my photos the employee banged the corners of the frame on the counter multiple times. Unlike most FedEx Offices this place has zippy, responsive, new-looking computers with perfectly clean keyboards. FINALLY. Only one Lapnet station though, but this isn't in a place where there would be a lot of computer traffic I'd imagine. Small store but very well kept and seems to have all the basics. read more

I visited this facility to scan 11 photos onto a memory stick. I was told that the scanner was down for repairs and that it could be 2 hours or two days before it was fixed. The assistant took my photos to scan them on one of her large machines in the back. It took her 35 minutes. Everytime the phone rang she had to stop an answer it. I watched her stare at the machine or the screen on the machine for long minutes at a time, trying to figure it out. Finally I approached the other employee or manager and asked her to help her so I could leave. After complaining how long it took , she gave me $3 off. I paid $8 and 30 minutes of my life for the scans. When l checked the drive at home I was surprised to see they were saved as .pdf files. I had to spend another hour converting and editing to .jpg. read more

So I went in to make color copies. I asked for help because all copiers are different and I'm paying for copies with my cc and I told the employee what I needed. She helped me and the copies came out wrong, so I asked again and wrong again. I felt like I was bugging her so I tried a few on my own. I asked her if I could get my money back on the wrong ones, at least the ones she helped with and I was told "we are not suppose to, but I will" apparently she didn't know how or couldn't and said "sorry, i can't refund you". Great, I spent $16 bucks on jacked up color copies?? You're better off trying to enlarge on your home printer. I ended up not using any of the copies, one was even a blank piece of paper, (one she did) Won't go back. Ever. read more

Cannot recommend these jokers for shipping, ever...The staff there carelessly changed my Fed Ex shipping number,(Huh-they claimed a "new system" had been implemented )and my important package was accidentally sent to Orlando, Florida , instead of Tempe, Arizona. After my 8 phone calls, Fed Ex caught the mistake next day, but the attitude of this staff is either helpful or distant...I trust them only for photocopying...If you need shipping done, go see the Fed Ex office on Research Way...They are helpful, and always have a great attitude... read more

This is about FedEx ground, not the local center. This is not the first time that FedEx ground caused me to waste an entire day waiting for a shipment that never arrived. Their web page for several days as I tracked my package, indicated the shipment should be delivered between 09:30 and 11:55 AM or the end of the day. Around 8PM I called FedEx and now they don't know when the box will arrive. I'm sure the local office is run better than the nation wide FedEx ground and their inability to properly track and estimate delivery dates and times. The FedEx ground system is completely incompetent. Their overnight is great, but their ground game is the worst, from now on, I will use their competition. read more

There is one lady ahead of me, and then me as the only other customer...2 employees neither of which greeted me. 40 minutes to have 2 postcards printed, seriously! Then what I get is just pictures printed on a little heavier paper...no postcard measurements, no warning that the pictures were going to be so pixelated that you could barely see what they were, and on top of that, they printed one from a screen shot and did not ask if I wanted the time, date, battery edited out, and failed to ask me to send a new edited picture (if they could not do it themselves). So overall customer service sucks, quality sucks. read more

She provided some of the best customer service I have had from anyone in a long time. She answered all of my questions, provided attention to detail, and made sure that I was a very satisfied customer at the end of the process. Called store and asked if they could scan a document and e-mail. Was I could do it myself at store. Told I wanted them to do it. They said they offered that service. When I arrived was told they could not e-mail and I would have to buy a flashdrive to hold scanned material. Very inconvient. I explained to person at counter I was mislead by person on phone. I live in Minnesota, and so I doubt that I will be able to return to this fine store. I have to thank Matt, a very hard-working and kind young man. He tended to all of our needs as we prepared displays of photographs and handouts to people attending our nephew's funeral service. First off I would prefer an option to leave no stars but I had no choice but to leave one. The service was horrible from the second I walked in. The girl that helped me didn't even have her hair brushed. Very unprofessional. Looked like she had just got out of bed. I didn't want to judge but the service was beyond horrible. I believe her name was Alisha. She didn't even acknowledge I was there and just looked at me. She had nothing but attitude and didn't offer much help at all. She couldn't even put on a fake smile. I do not live in the area. I bought a set of dishes off Craigslist and needed them shipped to me from Carson City NV to the Bay Area in CA. I called several places that said they "shipped" in Carson City and only this store actually answered their phone with a real person! Brittany helped me and although we had a misunderstanding about how many dishes I needed to ship, she gave me cheerful, attentive customer service. When my dishes were actually delivered to the FedEx store by the seller they were a little surprised at how many there were! Even so, everyone seemed to move into action to get me taken care of. I could go into a long diatribe about what happened next but it would simply bore the average person. So lets just finish this with: my well-packed dishes arrived safely at my local FedEx center in my hometown, and I was charged a "reasonable" amount considering how huge and heavy my order ended up being. Everyone I had to deal with there gave me the utmost respect and personal customer service, including George and Bella, Brittany and whom ever the manager is there (I didn't get their name darn it!) Excellent work, all! I am thrilled with my new dishes, and even more thrilled with the service I received at the FedEx Print and Ship Center on E. William in Carson City, Nevada!
