I say all this to make the point that The Computer Doctor in Greenville is by far the best experience I've had. He took my Dell laptop that was booting up at a snail's pace and CONSTANTLY updating for some reason and, after one overnight's work, had it running so well it was unbelievable. I'm not sure what I had done to mess it up so badly, but he fixed it. It now boots up in less than 2 minutes (used to be it could take up to 30 min) and is running like a charm. With buisness at a stand still, no call back! called the next morning and actually got someone named Chris on the phone. I explained what was going on and he told me the techs were not in for at least another hour, but he would mark it priority for them to call me back. 3 hours went by, buisness still greatly crippled by the issue with the computer, and no call. Frustrated, I called Best Buy. One 45 minute call and we were back up and running again at full capacity. If you have a problem with your pc, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GROUP OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!! Oh, by the way, they NEVER CALLED BACK AT ALL!!!
