He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my laptop and even ordered another separate power brick (on his own dime) just to see if it was that. He found the problem, called the manufacturer for the replacement part and gave a fair price for the part + labor. I ultimately did not go through with the repair as I decided to buy a PC. When I went to pick up my laptop I asked what I owed and Victor said everything was complimentary. Now that is top tier service right there. When it was my turn, I informed the person working there at the time by the name if Jose that I wanted to purchase the $40 phone protection plan and only had a quick question regarding what the coverage included. Before I could ask my question, Jose told me that he "didn't have time" to answer it. His overall demeanor made it seem as though he was in a rush to get everyone out of the store before closing. I explained that I already knew which protection plan I wanted to purchase and only needed clarification on the coverage. I also assured him that my question would only take a moment. After that, he reluctantly allowed me to remain and complete the purchase. I later learned that he was trying to leave early so he could make an 8:00 p.m. movie. While I understand that employees have personal plans outside of work, customers who arrive during normal business hours should still be treated with professionalism, patience, and respect. I arrived before closing, knew exactly what I wanted to buy, and was simply asking a reasonable question about a product I was purchasing. I was disappointed by the interaction and felt that I was being rushed instead of assisted. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers receive the level of service they should expect during posted business hours. At first things didnt seem to be working, but after tinkering with it i found the issue and i factory reset the tv and that seemed to do the trick. It seems the tv was very cranky from being worked on and having its guts removed it needed a full reset. I wanted to wait a day or so before writing my review just incase something happened. But im happy to say everythings good! I would definitely reccomend this guy if you need your tv fixed right! His prices are very reasonable too. WATCH OUT FOR TGE SCAMMERS WORKING JN THIS PLACE…read more Absolutely terrible experience. This place is a complete scam. I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair and was told it would take only one hour. When I came back after an hour, the shop was closed, the technician was nowhere to be found, and no one was answering the phone -- all of this at 2 PM in the middle of the day. Completely unprofessional. I had to come back the next day just to get my phone, and then I was charged $185, which is ridiculously expensive for a basic screen repair. To make things worse, the repair wasn't even done properly -- the left side of my screen still doesn't work at all. It gets worse. The day after I got my phone back, my bank contacted me about suspicious activity. When I checked my phone, I was logged out of my Instagram and had received around 100 emails about password changes from different apps. I had zero issues like this before bringing my phone here. Not only did they fail to fix my phone, but it also seems like my personal information may have been compromised. This is beyond unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.
