I had a high end projector with about 6 burned out pixels. The only thing to compare this to is a mosquito bite that never goes away. Watching TV was fine, but irritating. I called Samsung and they wanted $3,000+ to fix it. I put a quote request into yelp and Star Service 88 replied to me in minutes.
