    I was so happy to see a local shop here in Thousand Oaks. Austin was really a big help. He offered me free diagnostics which was a plus! He explained to me in details the issue on my Bose Module 500. The defective diode was under spec so instead of just replacing it, he recommended to upgrade the spec which was a very good move. Pricing is very reasonable compared to the quote I got from Bose repair. Looking forward to doing business again in the future. Thanks Device Lab team!

I most fortunately found through Yelp J&S Advanced IT. I had the pleasure of speaking to Sean Pope and explained my dilemma, and how critical it was to get my computer repaired or replaced. Both Sean & Jason went so far out of their way to accomodate me it was incredible. I had to literally look up the additional words to complement these incredibly talented and more so caring people. When dealing with various companies I rate them by poor good excellent, and at times using the phrase "THE BEST OF THE BEST". My computer that I use for my business decided to just not reboot one night when it was acting up. I was so distraught I had no idea where and what to do. This completely put me out of business. I most fortunately found through Yelp J&S Advanced IT. I had the pleasure of speaking to Sean Pope and explained my dilemma, and how critical it was to get my computer repaired or replaced. Both Sean & Jason went so far out of their way to accomodate me it was incredible. They even went as far as finding a new computer for me since the one I purchased to replace the one I had was defective, so to save precious time they found and purchased a much superior one from a retail store that they sold me at the same cost they paid. Their labor charge was more than reasonable and they have earned my business for life! They are incredible. They are truly "The very best of the best" These gentlemen are the Elite of the industry they serve. I thank both Sean and Jason for their understanding and compassion to help me out.

    Our old home wi-fi system needed to be upgraded. Jason recommended a replacement system, and the…read moreimprovement was great. His best quality was his thorough, patient approach. My wife was very concerned about How things would look. She didn't want a lot of tech gear affecting the aesthetics of the house. Jason was understanding and patient. He took the time to balance the best network performance and her concerns about placement of the nodes. In the end, both my wife and I were happy with the results. Jason knows his technical stuff, but he also understands the importance of customer service.
