Group I was with used them to go to NY. Darryl was a great and professional driver and got us there safe. Comfortable seats and an enjoyable ride. Most of the trips I've done, the groups have used Peter Pan, but I actually like Datco a little bit better. read more

We can't say enough about the transportation Dattco provided for 110 guests on our daughter and son-in law's wedding weekend!! On Friday evening, Dattco's 2 beautiful 'Premium Coach' buses shuttled guests between the hotel and a Welcome Party on a regular back-and-forth schedule given to the wedding attendees. Then on Saturday, Dattco's 3 Premium Coach buses shuttled guests between the hotel and the wedding venue. Everything worked perfectly! The Dattco buses are modern and clean and the drivers were very professional, punctual and courteous. We got several comments from our guests about how great the Dattco shuttles were. The excellent service started during the reservation process several months before the wedding. The Dattco charter representative, Terri Ann Mason, has a wealth of experience in planning transportation for weddings and other events. She was a pleasure to work with throughout the process and gave us enormous confidence that everything would go as planned. Terri gave us excellent advice on which vehicles to reserve and how to design the shuttle schedules. Then when the wedding RSVP's came back showing higher attendance than expected, Dattco was able to allocate an additional vehicle to us for both nights. Another example of the Dattco charter operation's customer service: When a question came up the week before the wedding about the best location for guests to board the buses given the hotel's small parking lot, Kimberly Hawkins, a Dattco driver familiar with the hotel and the venues, answered all my questions and was very helpful. read more

Horrible experience with DATTCO. Booked a bus from Stamford to Middlebury for my grandmother and some aunts/uncles for my wedding. The bus was 45 minutes late without warning. Wedding was 30 minutes delayed, with over a hundred guests waiting there with me. I chose to wait so my grandma could be there for the ceremony, it was embarrassing. Imagine trying to make that decision on your wedding day before booking DATTCO. Dattco makes you pay driver gratuity in advance. What a farce! Driver shows up late, and still gets a tip for absolutely nothing. Usually vendors have to earn their tip with excellent service, these guys don't believe in that. I called Dattco two days after the event and they had no idea that things went wrong. The event report showed no issues. The driver must have been covering it up. No accountability shown. If booking an event that means something to you, know that you mean nothing to DATTCO. I would never recommend. read more

This motor coach service is absolutely terrible. Never on time. They were contracted to shuttle us for a project we are on in Connecticut and the drivers have been late every single day. We work 12 hour shifts everyday. On top of that our hotels are about an hour away from the hospital we work at so we leave at 5:30 in the morning to make it for 6:30 am. The bus is supposed to pick us up at 7 pm and is scheduled to leave the site at 7:15 pm. The drivers have been 45 min late to pick us up everyday so they don't arrive till around almost 8 pm with a new excuse for why they're so ridiculously late. We don't get back to our hotels till around 9 because of their inconsideration. Then have to be back up at 4:30 am to be on time for work. They are unprofessional and very unpunctual. Hire a better service and do not waste your money. read more

The bus is never on time. If the schedule says the bus comes for 7:10. It won't show up till at least 7:20 sometimes later. The 9:10 am bus is super slow. Driver seems afraid to do 65-60mph. Hov lane is missed 99% of the time because we end up there late at 10:03-10:10. If the bus would show up on time then we would be in the hov lane in the morning. That's what $320 a month get you. Also you won't make it to work when one of the drivers calls out sick because dattco can't create a contingency plan. POOR! read more

Very very friendly driver, safe, on-time, clean (but older), roomy, outlets and wifi work well, free bike storage underneath, and convenient schedule from Boston-New Bedford. read more

I have used Dattco in the past for cheeleading trip in the past and they have been great. This year when I emailed them they were quick to give me a quote but when I emailed back about the pricing they never answered me. Then 2 months later they send me a bill stating I needed to pay for my upcoming trip. I am not sure why they would even think I confirmed my trip without even emailing me after my first email. read more

We recently chartered several 36 Passenger Coach Buses from Dattco to take our employees to Red Sox and Yankees games and we are thrilled with the service and the drivers! They accommodated last minute schedule changes the morning of the event, which was very helpful to our group. If I could give it 0 stars I would. My transfer was supposed to pick me up at 8:30; he didn't dispatch until that time. He was over 3 hours late. Unacceptable. read more
