Went to dave & busters for family fun early Sunday morning. Honestly this will be a review for families going to Dave and busters. I have two kids ages 7 and 4 years old. The Bellevue location is like all the other D&B loud music, big screens, flashy lights, and games galore. I would say this location is cleaner and better staffed then most D&B. The parking is plentiful and easy to get in and out. The food I can not review because we did not eat at D&B. Here are some tips for families with younger children going to D&B. I would only recommend kids over the age of 6 go to D&B. Most of the games are built for adults both size and gameplay. If your kids are younger be prepared to play most of the games. My 7 year old can play the games but gets frustrated pretty quickly because again they are for adults. My 4 year old mostly just watches us play the games, but she really liked the rubber duck claw game (you get to play until you win). *Tip for families with young kids: In order to end the day with hugs and kisses instead of frowns and downs. Take the kids to the ticket prize redemption shop area first. Look at the toys and prizes to see what they want and set their expectations to reality. This is just a review of the arcade area, not the bar or food b/c we didn't have time to eat there. Our family of 3 teens was looking for something fun and new to do and remembered that D and B is now here in Bellevue so we decided to go check it out. I bought each of them a card with about 200 points for $35 each and that lasted them about an hour. There were some classic games like Pacman and Airhockey, basketball hoops, racing, DDR. There were some new games I've never seen before. The whole place was clean with interesting things to do in every corner. Wasn't crowded at all at the time we went. The prize area is so much better than the typical arcade prizes. I'm old so at one point with all the lights, noise and overall stimulus I wanted to leave after an hour or so which was perfect timing with when their cards ran out. There's actually a sign there saying some of these games may lead to epileptic seizures?! It was definitely a lot of flourescent lighting and a high decibel level but I love there's something in these suburbs for teens to do at night! read more

Our server Chloe helped us out in the bar, and definitely made the experience worth the wait! Even though we had a group of 9 and it was packed, she took the extra time to make sure she got all of our orders down correctly, and our drinks out quickly. Had 2 awesome Birthday parties here and they really delivered. Both rooms were well sized, TV and music under our control and a great fun atmosphere. There were enough free games and variety to keep people entertained after they ran out of premium currency. Food service was good and everyone had something they enjoyed. Staff was attentive. What really stood out was we had a bit of an issue with one of the play cards and the manager and staff took care of it quickly and kindly. We weren't sure what to expect, but our expectations were exceeded. For about 3 hours of food and playtime it all seemed worth time and the kids had a blast. read more

Terrible service, we were added to the waitlist for a table I was told an hour, 2 hours later still nothing and our table never got called even hours later after we left, We ended up just eating the food we ordered at the bar since we never got our table. The food came out cold the warmest thing was the kids pizza that they had to eat in the middle of the arcade due to us not getting our table. Costco-style burger with lettuce and tomato, but no sauce and only two small pickles...so boring for the price. Korean ribs were very spicy and only edible, tender meat. No imagination or effort put forth to satisfy the customer. Neither Uber Eats nor the delivery agents can secure a good meal. Always hit or miss... :( read more

From the moment we walked in, the host, Anthony, helped manage through the chaos of all the kids in my party by getting us cards at best value and getting us to our table. Games ofcourse fun especially for the kids. But food service is terrible. Even if in the waitlist they never notified when available when they're so many empty seats. Second time here it's the same. One waiter for 14 tables. Nobody will talk to us or greet us. That's the first impression that service is not going to be good. Staff looks unhappy. That's unfortunate. The place as a whole is nice. Smaller compared to other D&B's but the layout is nice & clean. We couldn't help for seating in any of the areas they use. We decided to sit at a booth in the bar. It was 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The server (shorter, male bartender) never gave his name & seemed disappointed when we asked for service & not through the QR code on the table. He didn't put in the complete order (1 order of pretzel dogs, side of fries, 1 naked wings & side of fries). He brought the pretzel dogs & again was surprised when we asked about fries & the wings. When we wanted to pay (another 8 minute wait), he left the micros handheld & dissapeared. This is ridiculous & he seemed like he wasn't interested in serving customers. I would put a name for this guy but he never gave his name & no way to get a receipt. No way this guy would have made it in my restaurant/bar. read more

The two stars are because we interfaced with 2 pleasant staffers who were working hard. Otherwise, our visit was decidedly not great. I really hate when I have to order on my phone and cash out - including tip - before I've even spoken to a staff member. I am a standard 18-20% tipper, but I resent the expectation to tip 18% when I have no idea how the service will be. I resent even more when my receipt tells me I tipped 18% to someone who never even came by our table. And yeah, I know I can tip cash when we leave, but I had no idea this was the process at this location so I did not have the correct amount of cash to leave a tip. Food is kind of as you would expect...standard bar food that tastes good but is nothing particularly memorable. The staff members we interacted with were friendly. I know the restaurant is short staffed, but I do think that it should still be standard to check on diners after their food is delivered and to refill waters, but neither of those things happened. Maybe things will get better as this location is open longer and staffing stabilizes. read more

Came here for the first time after hearing such great things from friends and everything was great other than the SERVICE at the bar. Just horrible. We came on a Thursday it's slow and they have 3 bartenders and we could not get a drink. One bartender started taking our order then went and helped someone else in the middle of our order and never finished ours which made my boyfriend upset and didn't want to order anymore. So we went to look at the games super cool options and good music and vibes . Came back to the bar to get a drink but from Someone else and it took foreverrr no one was to be seen it was very disappointing. I'll come back but they need to get some more experienced bartenders. read more

This was a TERRIBLE experience! First it took an hour and a half to get seated after they told us they were "cleaning our table". Our food order was completely messed up, my 2 year old was starving and never got his Mac n cheese. No one ever checked on us. tldr; fair selection of games, food, and drinks. ok prizes visited with a few friends on a wednesday evening. started out with some drinks and finger foods. we got beers, wings, fries, and fried pickle (out of curiosity). all the foods were pretty good - not amazing of course, but not bad to our pleasant surprise. they have a quite good selection of beers and cocktails. I was satisfied with my draft modelo. service was fairly quick, and you can order online so you don't have to flag down a server if you need something. There was only 1-2 other groups of 2-3 when we were there though, so can't speak for how service is when its busy. onto games! there was a promotion going on where we could get 400 game coins for $50, so we split that between the 4 of us and we were playing games for a very long time. they have all the classics like ddr and all the variations of games you push a button for a jackpot, and a few I hadn't seen before like axe throwing. thought they were all pretty fun. not all the games give you tickets for prizes, but we thought the conversion was pretty fair when it did. the prizes were ok. There are a few cute toys and they have a lot of (really expensive) tech options if you're into that, but a lot of it was also dnb branded random trinkets. One thing I thought was pretty cool is that you can exchange your tickets for food or drinks at the bar area, so if you don't really care for prizes like me, then that's an option too. in terms of the facility. it's not the largest arcade, but I also didn't think it was small. parking is free and convenient bc its in the plaza with target, kura sushi, etc. it wasn't too crowded, and we could play games without having people in close proximity. there were a few people who weren't masked up despite the policy requiring masks, but thats its not the workers jobs to babysit people who aren't being considerate so oh well. they had hand sanitizer stations at the entrance of the arcade and in the prize area, so those were nice to use. read more

So I have to say that at the end of or meal, the manager came over "James" and was very respectful and courteous! He was the only thing about the visit that was good. Dave and Busters is a five star place. The machines are modern, clean, deep and awesome. I am definitely, definitely going to return for that. I am a big believer in this brand, their offering, all that. The food experience was negative stars, which is why the overall rating is two stars. Crazy, because their menu is fantastic overall. CONS: The waiter turned out to not be an actual waiter but more of a food runner. Have a question? Scan the code and read the descriptions. Want to order? Scan the code and do all the order work yourself. Payment? Do it yourself. (One of the two table QR codes didnt even work for any of us, which the waiter didnt believe...). More CONS: The slender male "waiter" was crankyA% about me ordering a drink too close to the other one I had ordered. Gave enough attitude and crap about it that I essentially was cut off before I even had my second drink. At 200 pounds of humanity, thats ridiculous. Don't need any of that attitude from a fake waiter. Even more CONS: Their app they try and force you to use barfed over and over with a red screen of death. ERROR. Wasnt just me, other party at table had same. Leaves you wondering... did I even order? I kept trying to re-order since it barfed, and ended up with my phone blowing up on purchase alerts. Over and over... I finally forced the fake waiter to clarify, and help straighten it out. Today I will have to pour through my bank account to see what the heck they actually did charge. FUN! (This is actually very scary as a consumer, and they MUST do something to accurately relay what in the heck is going on there. It borders on financial instrument abuse.) One small other CON: You tip the fake waiter... and the others want in on that action too. When up trying to buy your game pass from the counter worker, you have a very in-your-face UI pushing you to tip them too. (Who all do we need to tip there to even visit? Is there a list???) AVOID THIS BAR I REPEAT AVOID THIS BAR I know not to expect much from dave and busters for football and beer, but this was terrible. First off every table was messy with plates on it. Doesn't look like the staff had any intentions of cleaning till more people showed up. Bar was also dirty but manageable. Takes bartenders 5 minutes to acknowledge my existence. After that, never attended too again till I got the gossip king bartender to give me my check. The entire time I saw him rotate conversations with 5 other bartenders/servers, none of these people came up asking how drinks were or if we even wanted a food menu. There were multiple times I saw the waitresses actively avoid eye contact with my half of the bar, as it took a new couple next to me 10 minutes to be served. I've had bad experiences before but at least they were rude to my face, nobody here wanted to even bring me a glass of water. Nobody wants to work, and I don't recommend anyone give their money to that terrible staff. Will be emailing whoever the regional management may be. read more

One of the smaller Dave and Buster's i've been to up and down the west coast (including Hawaii) but they have all the necessary essentials to check off the boxes of food, drinks, entertainment. I haven't had an issue of non-operational machines which is a big plus, the ticket games are are entertaining enough for myself and my 5 year old daughter - the other arcade style games are okay at best but that's also based upon a 39 year old father of one, so it's not that they aren't good games - just that age of amazement, wonder, and excitement is no longer with me when it comes to video gaming. All that being said, it's pretty spacious and I have yet to go there (weekdays and weekends) where it's uncomfortably packed. Not sure if it's due to COVID or not but I like that it's not overly busy. Also - the prizes for redemption are pretty decent prizes and reasonably priced (for ticket exchange) so we usually come out with decent stuff compared to many other venues that issues tickets in exchange for laffy taffy and temporary tattoos. That alone is really worth it to me. The drinks are what you would expect from a chain bar - so I usually stick to beers and shots. The food is nothing to rave about but it's all pretty decent overall - somewhat of a smaller menu but it gets the job done. read more

The overall experience was not as advertised. With Packs of unsupervised children running around. Clearly not the adult experience as advertised on your website. This was more of a Chunk E Cheese experience. We Played games and dinner. Games were fun and entertaining. The dining experience was less than mediocre. The staff seemed overwhelmed. We were seated without napkins or silverware. Tables seemed not not wiped down. The wait time for food and service did not meet expectations. Food was hugely disappointing at best. Stopped by Dave & Buster's for a quick take out meal. "Quick" turned into a 35 minute wait. When I go for a meal at a big franchise restaurant like this, it's not necessarily because I love the food; instead, it can be convenience and because I know what to expect: it may not be great, but at least it won't be terrible. Wrong. It was, in fact, terrible. Really they should win an award because it should take some effort to be this bad. I ordered the buffalo wings appetizer and a Philly cheese steak. Forget Buffalo Wings or Wingstop - this was maybe the equivalent of the frozen foods isle at your local grocery store. It went downhill from there. The Philly Cheesesteak was unlike one I have ever seen. It looked as though someone sprinkled a topping of shredded beef across the bun. Shredded - not chopped-up steak, the way a true Philly is done. The flavor was equally unimpressive. I will never return; however, I gave them 2 stars (as opposed to negative one) because I have a long ago distant, pre-pandemic memory of having had a decent meal at the Hollywood Dave & Busters location. read more

Terrible service! I was excited to celebrate my grandson's 5th birthday and was very disappointed. We waited 40 mins for a table then 10 mins after we were seated the same person that brought us to our table asked us if we were seated by someone or if we just sat down. I had a special order due to allergies, it was very clear she even showed me her screen while she was submitting the order - it still came to us wrong. When we got the meal the second time, the meat did not look like the first one, it appeared to have been washed instead of a new one. Also, we had 3 cards with almost 3000 tickets. We spent all day playing so my grandson could get a cool prize.... They only showed 500 points total on all 3 cards. SO DISAPPOINTED. We will never come back. read more

When we asked one of the barbacks about our order, she said she didn't know about any orders because "that wasn't her job tonight." Our well drinks were watery.
