Probably a great niche place for people who play pool. It was extremely noisy, and service was slow. I guess you can call it a sports bar, but I don't know how you could follow a game on any of the TV's. Not the kind of vibe I was looking for. read more

I started playing APA pool league here at off the rails 11 years ago. Time flies and now I just play there for special one pff tournaments at times. Service is always exceptional and plenty of seating. Pool tables are well maintained and good felt is in place. read more

One of Bellevue's few dive bars, although frankly the pool tables are far too well kept for this really to qualify as a dive bar. And it's still only a dollar a play. The staff is exactly as friendly as they need to be, and will own their mistakes such as when they brought out deep fried chicken rather than the beef we'd ordered. Lots of pool tables and good food. Most nights have APA Pool league from 6-9PM so you may have to wait for a table. Karaoke and other activities are scheduled. This is a local and somewhat dive bar. No vaccination or face mask mandating for you!! The employees aren't wearing masks or checking for proof of vaccinations. The menu is very well written. Good chicken wings, my burger was undercooked but it was good. (I asked for medium well and it not cooked through enough.) Fries are interesting but a bit heavy on the batter for my taste. The vegetables in the BBQ burger were very fresh. Giving it five stars because it's a great hang out spot. Honesty: This is a sport and pool hall bar. You wannah play pool, they got you. 50 cents a game. Darts? They have it. Wannah watch sports? No corner of wall is left without a high quality tv. Food i would rate 3 stars. As the cook fries and tator tots way to long. I suggest get a salad. Thats some good stuff. Burgers are messy and delicious. Drinks are a lil heavy with alcohol so make sure you ask for an extra soda! Haha! But the chili. One food i would get over and over again is the chili. So darn good!! Its got a minor kick though. So if you can handle mild sauce you can dig this chili. Serously, im writing this only because of that chili. I have tried almost the whole menu. Chili and salad and burgers divine. Hung out in here drinking beer and having friendly conversation with other patrons and he rudely tells me that he's cutting me off because I was at the bar for too long. Seriously?!? Have been a regular here for years! A good selection of beers (with new ones rotated in for some variety), a menu that includes chef specials and a staff that are all friendly and attentive. One of the bartenders, Mike, has gone above and beyond a number of times. The owner has also added new games as time goes by to make the bar even more enjoyable to a larger group of patrons. read more

If you have nowhere else to go, avoid this place. I've been here with my husband about three times. Two of those three they have lost my card. The first time my husband went up to collect it and was told my card was no where to be found but they found it soon after. Today I opened a tab, left my card with them. I went to pay and they said they don't have it. That I never opened a tab. They started counting all the cards and mine isn't there, even looked at my ID. I had given my card, grabbed my drink while my husband had grabbed his and we had walked away and later the guy had said he was 90% sure I didn't open a tab while the lady throwing things said I didn't have a tab. Really? A nicer way to handle it would have been, "I really apologize. We seemed to have misplaced it but why don't you give us your contact and we'll give you a call? You can even check back tomorrow". They only believed me when my husband walked over and said he saw me giving him the card. The guy gave us one drink for free which is a nice gesture but a lot had passed by then. I'm never going back here. I feel unsafe. Who has my card? Why won't you believe your PAYING customers? If they can't take care of their customers and their property, I can't in good conscience recommend this place! The way they handled the situation was terrible. And that is why I wouldn't recommend it to others as well! I had to cancel my card. I'm out of a card for a week and I had to pay a charge for a replacement. Thanks. read more

I've been going to OTR twice a week for almost a year now and love it more every time. The staff make you feel at home and taken care of. Mike and Ashley are the best!! The service was terrible. Went there with my boyfriend and we waited over an hour for his food to come out, only to find out that three different staff members didn't put in his order when he first placed it. They weren't very attentive and had to wait 20 minutes in between beers for another one. At the end of our meal, they handed and charged me for another beer that I didn't order nor end up drinking. My boyfriend asked for a box to take home the leftover food he had and one of the girls ignored his request and he never got his box. This place was really a great spot when it was Mustard. Recently, I observed that people are not treated equally. For someone who knew the place for over 10 years, this is easy to notice.
