I agree with those that enjoyed the arcade and had a terrible experience in the restaurant. Amazing fun variety of games like virtual roller coasters, and every imaginable arcade challenge. Whatever you do, stay away from the restaurant. I sat down at a booth at 4:35 PM. My party was going to meet up at 4:50 to eat. The restaurant and bar were deserted except for one couple at the bar. At 4:50 I gave up waiting and went up to the bar to order. A lovely young man took my order. 30 minutes later, our burgers arrived. 30 minutes for hamburgers in a deserted restaurant? 6 o'clock rolled around, and we still hadn't got the check. So I had to go up AGAIN to make it happen. There were about a dozen waitstaff milling around, and no one seemed to know what their job was. I told the one that approached me I needed the check. I had to the menu and pointed to what we had ordered. Instead of finding a way to give me a total I could pay, he wanted to know what booth I was at. By this time, the booth is irrelevant just let me pay! He turns and leaves, and another waitstaff person at the register asks me what I ordered. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! I said, "I just told him." Her response was, "Well, I didn't hear." Where do you find these people? By then, I was so ticked off, I said, "I'm not paying," and went back to my booth to cool off. I decided to go back to the bartender, who didn't make me feel like this was all my fault. He was more accommodating but made the excuse that "We're understaffed." Really? You have so few staff that you cannot wait on diners when there is one table of diners waiting to be served? Then 45 minutes pass, and I never receive a check to pay! I paid, of course, but no tip. What happened: I arrived on time and the table was not ready. While the game already started, we chose to wait patiently. The host came back to me and said she doesn't know when the table will be ready, without giving any further explanations or solutions. (And... Excuse me? I'm sorry that you may had a difficult day, but you can't just tell customers you don't know when the RESERVED table will be ready, okay? You are the host, and that is your JOB.) Her name is Niemeh. Despite we asked the following up questions politely, this impatient lady asked us to BACK OFF.( Who does that to customers?) She used the exact word "COVID" on us. I cannot believe she is so racist. I said if you are worried about COVID you should probably wear a mask. And guess what, she then use the F word to ask us to get out of her face. She is very rude, ridiculous, unprofessional, and racist. I asked her to call her manager so she did. The manager came and told us after he had learnt what happened and he believed it was our fault and asked us to leave. I told the manager the truth but he only wanted to stand with his stuff. We had our party on Sunday and we got the back half of the room. The other party took over one of our tables for most of the party. Then they were eating and drinking from our area. I finally said something to the servers when we did cake cause my guest had to squish into our 1 long table and 3- 4 top tables. The sever talkto to the server of the other party and they moved off our table but my party was done by this time with cake. The other party opened gifts blocking us from getting to our drink station. Then as I was talking to the server kids from the other party came over to our area and started going through our things. The server went to talk to the manager. He came down and i told him everything. I also explained I'm not happy pay over $1000 for someone else's guest to enjoy. All he said was he would talk to the people that put events together.    I understood that I would be sharing the space. I was respectful of there space they were renting. I'm very upset that I paid for them to enjoy what was ment for my guest. Then to not be compensated for not being able to use what I was promised. Also suppling food and drinks for their guest to have them block access for my guest to get drinks. This was not what I was told on the contract. The arcade was very clean, nice and lots of variety for all ages. Not the reason at all for the one star. The food and beverage service on the other hand is the reason for the low review. After waiting in line for 10-minutes we were told that it would be 25-30 minutes for our table of four. 45 minutes later we were seated. Than 10-15 minutes later and after we got up to get our own menus our waiter came over. We ordered four meals and one drink, two that were the same. The wings we ordered were wrong, burger had things on it we asked to be removed and our drink must if grew legs because it never came. The waiter was super quick to get us a check (which was correct) so we could get out of there. Would highly recommend the arcade but we won't be eating at this location next time, which is sad because we have had a great time before eating, drinking and playing @ D&B. read more

The service is absolutely awful. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and fries. The drinks were great, but we waited over an hour for the fries and they never came. The bartender checked in with us once about five minutes after giving us our drinks and never again. They counted their tips right in front of us over and over. i was given coupons that expired less than a week after receiving them. on 2/3/24, i planned to go to the arcade and play games with my friends and family. we had planned this out and got everyone together which was no easy but the whole establishment was closed for a private event. i was given coupons (one for each person) and was told to go to another location or come another day. we were all thoroughly disappointed. i didn't even know you could rent out the entire establishment. the next day we decided to reschedule with everyone and use the coupons we received but when we checked, they expired 2/4/24. a day after we received them. clearly, we were not able to use these for our rescheduled event. we decided to find another arcade to go to at a later date. read more

Out of 3 nights here in about as many days we had 1 fantastic night with a great server, 1 night with an inattentive server that messed up our order several times, even after confirming it (which gave us hope that it would be the same as the first night), and then one night that seemed to be a regular, and busy night filled with reserved birthday parties, UFC screenings, and jam packed- but it didn't dampen the fun at the games! We kept moving and racked up our points as quickly as any of the other nights and didn't have to wait or feel crowded. It actually was a little more fun to be able to observe others play, and/or have them join on the larger games for more people. read more

I visited yesterday with 9 friends. Luckily I had read the reviews on here & decided that we would eat at Chipotle (on the street level) before going to play. First I went with 1 friend to buy game cards. We only took one step in when the employee got in our face & so loudly said "I need to see your Vaccination card" She could have been more polite with her welcome but whatever. We went to the register & I said we would be buying 75 chips. I think she just heard 75 & assumed $75 dollars. I wasn't paying attention to the total until she told me. I was shocked because 75 chips cost $15. She was so upset that she now had to do it all over again. We then left as we were still waiting for friends. My entire group then went back up. This time no one was at the register. We all walked in without getting vaccination card checked at the door. The games were fun & had a good variety. Pros: -great food and a good selection -friendly server who even chatted with our kid -fun games, even if the prizes were super small Cons: -no one around to help us when we walked in. Kind of a mix of lucky strike and round 1. I do like this place a little better than lucky strike because their bar has a lot of TVs so it's good to come here for sports games. Slightly more variety and options for games, definitely way better prizes. Wish they had some claw machines or a punching bag game but they still have a lot of games. Unfortunately the rest of the night at dining NOT good at all. 1st off, the mobile ordering doesn't work properly. We originally want to order 2 pasta dishes, but it keep saying there is a calculation errors on our order. Then we have to order from our server, to find out they are totally out of pasta at that time. They didn't say anything on the ordering website, because mobile ordering system and ipad system that the server use is different and they don't talk to each other. :( 2nd... They are awfully understaffed on a Saturday night. When we cannot order from our phone, we had to walk to the host to ask for help because our server is too busy and nowhere to be found. 3rd... Alcohol drinks took almost an hour and half to arrive. Our table ordered 2 alcohol drinks and it arrived after we finished our meals and right before the check. Both drinks are super weak, and almost tasted like no alcohol in it... Good thing Tonya talked to the manger and took that off from the tap. 4th... The kitchen didn't get quite a few of the order right. We ordered a steak with truffle fries, but it arrived with regular fries. The ribs should come with coleslaw, but it didn't. The rice portion on the salmon dish doesn't match with the picture. They told us it should come with a cup of rice, but it was more like 5-6 tablespoons portion. We have to keep asking for more rice. (With all our complains and questions on top everything else Tonya has to deal with, she still complete all our requests and fix our order as much as she can.) 5th... Not sure why the tipping option is automatically selected at 18% when we purchase our game card at the front desk. Really fun time, food is very average, games are fun, bur extremely expensive. You can get a decent prize with the money you spend, though. I don't recommend the cantina nachos. They were pretty gross and made me sick. The pretzel dogs were really rich, but pretty tasty. We asked to take a break from our table to play games and they said that was okay and we gave them our ID to hold onto as a place holder. Yikes, that was quite the experience! One we will NOT be repeating. Too bad, considering it is the closest restaurant to my office and we had high hopes for it becoming a regular place for a quick lunch. We walked in and were the ONLY table, approximately a 10 person staff was present, including a manager. We ordered food, which was uneventful. We eventually received 2 of 3 entrees. The third entree did not arrive until about 6 minutes later. We asked for onions to put on one of the burgers, we received cooked onion--no big deal, please bring raw onions. We next received cold cooked onions, which was perplexing. Took a while to finally get raw onions. Food was uninspiring, and two of the three were eating cold burgers having waited for the 3rd entree to arrive. During this time did the manager, who walked by multiple times, ever stop to check in. NO. We were quite surprised. Finally we go to pay. We get our check and hand the server 3 credit cards. She walks away. 5 minutes later she returns and asks us which food is for which card, to which we reply to split it evenly. Apparently that was too complicated. She says she can't do that (bull), but we tell her it is irrelevant and split it however she wants. 5 minutes later she and the manager are still working on this. We finally get up and walk over to them where they are seemingly incapable of handling this still and are switching from computer to computer. We finally just pay in cash and walk out disgusted. How could our visit have been better? 1. Bring food out at the same time. 2. If unclear about what a customer requests, ask a clarifying question such as what type of onions. (side note: know the difference between raw and cooked cold onions). 3. The manager should have checked in with us to ask how the food and service was. Mediocre was the answer to the food quality, bringing food out separately was not acceptable. 4. When splitting the check was taking a while the manager should have come and apologized. 5. When it exceeded 5 minutes and he was having trouble with the computer he should have apologized and simply comped the meal. We were clearly upset, comping a $60 check is a pretty minimal cost to try to recover from a terrible experience caused by ineptitude at operating the POS. 6. We eventually just got out cash and walked out the door, vowing never to return. read more

Carnival quality food, period. I have really fond memories of Dave & Buster's from many years ago. It was like someone grew up on on Chuck E Cheese and decided to make an adult version of it, but better. The food was worth having even if you didn't play any games. With that in mind, we went to the Bellevue location for lunch. I was surprised at how limited the menu was. It was mostly burgers and a couple of entrees. We had to place our order using a phone, which other restaurants do as well. However, I was shocked that I had to pay immediately AND tip! This was a first for us. For the pleasure of being seated and given water, we tipped the lowest default of 18%. The food came and it was immediately disappointing. The nachos were made with liquid cheese. The burgers had soft buns, but were otherwise unremarkable. Everything appeared to be of really low quality. Actually, the fries were decent. I wasn't even halfway through my burger when our desserts arrived. I hurriedly finished the burger so that my ice cream didn't melt. Like everything else, the dessert was really low quality. The ice cream was worse than anything you would buy for yourself at the store. The strawberry sauce was very tart and tasted about as artificial as you could get. I scraped it off. Go for the games, the pool tables, and bowling. Just make sure to eat before you go. read more

I've always heard great things about Dave and Busters (other locations) and when I went here on a Wednesday night for the happy hour and half-priced games I was somewhat let down. The games are ok, small selection compared to Round 1 and overall not too exciting. A plus is that the facility is new and so all the games work without issue. Would love to have sanitizer stations throughout the facility especially in the games area. Drinks were a hit and miss. Ordered two AMFs, one for myself and one for a friend and the bartender had to continually reference the ingredients list to make it. Also noticed that he was making one at a time. He would pour all the alcohol and mixers for one drink, bring it over to the counter and go back to make the second. It would make more sense to make two at a time if I ordered two to speed things up, especially when the bar is backed up. Genuinely surprised that the AMF ended up being significantly weaker than the gin and tonic I ordered later in the night. We also tried the Jameson Long Island that night that was really lacking on the alcohol and was more sour than anything. We gave it a shot, and it has a lot of room for improvement. Hopefully it's just new opening kinks, as we really wanted to love the place. We'll give it another shot later down the road. read more

She responded and said I "definitely need to check in at the front desk"... we waited in a 30 minute line only to be told that we didn't need to wait in line to put our name in. I complained about the person bussing tables and said she gave inaccurate information. This obviously got relayed back to the person busing tables because she proceeded to Come to my table once we finally sat and said "I'm glad you got seated" super snotty. Wow!!! In my 53-years on this earth there have only been two times in my life where the service was so bad that I didn't leave a tip. This was number two. Congratulations D & B in Bellevue, WA for showing me how you don't ever treat a guest or customer! I won't go into anymore detail because the service was so bad that I would be here for at least on hour typing this review up. However, I will say the food was very good. I had their clubhouse sandwich and my wife had the grilled chicken sandwich. She wasn't able to eat some of it because she never received a knife or fork. My suggestion is order the food to go and eat it in your car or at home. Or, better yet go down the street to the Pump-house bar and grill and eat there. I can honestly say having managed a few restaurants in my time that if I was the GM, I would be holding an emergency front of house paid meeting. Unfortunately, I would have to let some staff go. Nevertheless, I won't be returning to D & B in Bellevue anytime soon. This place will most likely close due to the lack service. I give them two years at best. read more

I stopped by Dave and Busters yesterday and had a really good time. The games were new and very cool, so I bought a game card and played some games. The security guards Mike and Alex were very professional and welcoming to the business. My server/bartender Benson was very polite and attentive and got me taken care of. As you can see on the menu, they have a variety of items you can purchase. I only had beer and it was very cold and refreshing. I'll definitely be returning to this place in the future. Only negative thing, is infants, kids, and teens are allowed in and can stay until closing (1am) as long as they are accompanied by a parent who is 21 and older. Also, 18 year olds are allowed in on their own as well and can stay until closing. Now everyone has to show their ID before going into the bar, but that means you're going to see lots of immature kids dorking around everywhere else. This is a stark difference to Lucky Strike which requires younger than 21 year olds to vacate at 10pm. My opinion is Dave and Busters should not let younger than 21 year olds in after 10pm because those minors should be safe at home. My theory is given the hit they took with Covid 19 pandemic they are trying to maximize profits. read more

Sat down at a table in the bar and watched for 15 minutes as bartenders and servers looked at us dead in the eye and just kept on walking. We didn't even get a hello or even waters.
