I stopped by Dave & Buster's for a quick bite and ended up with a really enjoyable meal. The burger was cooked perfectly juicy and flavorful, just the way I like it. It was slow inside while the inside of the mall was insane which was a plus for me personally because I was looking for somewhere to sit and eat that wouldn't take too long so it was nice inside. I asked them to remove the bacon and they handled the modification without any issue. Appreciate the flexibility! My server was excellent but sadly I cannot remember her name :( friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy even though the place was busy. The food was beyond meh, but for the price, it was about what we expected. The real issue came when it was time to pay. There was ONE other couple in the bar when we asked to pay, but it took 20+ minutes (legit) for the bartender to figure out how to ring us up. Then the price he charged us was very incorrect, so he had to call a manager. The manager didn't ask questions, he assumed and told me *WE* were wrong about the price of the package. You know, the one advertised on the screen. Right above our heads. One iota of empathy or apology would've de-escalated the situation, but there was none to be found. He ended up refunding the excess in cash, but good golly. The experience was a cluster. Would not go back. read more

We've had nothing but wonderful experiences at this particular location. Yes, arcade games can be expensive, but I feel like that is the case with most arcades, including small ones like at bowling alleys. You can go on half price days or you can use your tickets to purchase unlimited play time blocks instead of purchasing little toys that your kids might throw away after an hour. They have food and play specials that you can take advantage of, just check out their site or app. There are several employees here that have gone above and beyond to make sure that we really enjoy our time here. Diamond was the first to give outstanding service from the minute she answered the phone. After we arrived, she was just as nice and was so patient. When we had an issue with a game, Jonathan (manager) helped us out and again was so nice. We used our tickets to purchase meal vouchers, and Dakota was our server. He was awesome, so down to earth and friendly. He's been our server a few times now and he really sets a high bar. Jonathan also checked in with us while we were dining. We came back a few more times and Juniper was working on the game floor. We had an issue with a couple different games and she was just full of good vibes and went out of her way to make sure that things were taken care of. On a third visit, we had an issue with some incorrect information and James not only made the situation right, he was a freaking rockstar! The vibe at this particular location is very laid-back and the employees just seem happy to be here. I know it's a smaller location with less games and it is not as sports driven as some other locations, but we prefer to come here whenever we can because it's a much more enjoyable experience and we prefer to look at the positive things and not the negative. read more

I used to be a regular at this location before the pandemic and a coupon offer brought me back in last weekend. Not surprisingly, the prices for games and food have gone up immensely. While the gaming area was improved accordingly, the food and service were disappointing. We sat at a high top and had to ask the bartender for menus. She seemed annoyed. In the past we used to enjoy coming here when there weren't a lot of decent choices for dinner and entertainment. But, now, I do not recommend this place to anyone not pre-booking a child's birthday party (because the games might keep them entertained while waiting for food). Pre-Covid this place was just okay, different from the other chain restaurants at Polaris. Now, it is a mess. We stood and waited at the desk waiting for someone to seat us and we were passed by two employees who didn't even acknowledge we were there or anyone would be with us. After standing around in a line that was only us and staring into an empty dining area, it became clear if we wanted to eat, it would not be here. Someone walked just within 10 feet of us and guided his gaze towards a frosted glass door than at least acknowledge we were standing at the host/hostess desk waiting for someone. The music was up louder than we remembered but it is an arcade I reminded my dining guest. It was impossible for us to hear each other without leaning in very close speaking louder than normal to be heard. Great if you were on the arcade side, or at a concert, but not an otherwise empty bar/dining area. We decided waiting for service from people who don't seem to want our business and to serve mediocre food l, we decided to go to Pat & Gracie's. While it is a few miles out of our way, we probably will still get seated well before having been acknowledged if we stayed at Dave and Buster's trying to catch someone's attention. Just had dinner for 4 at Dave & Busters Polaris on Friday night. It was surprisingly delicious. I always assume "bar food" at places like this. The service was excellent! (Shout out to Jared our server!) Their potstickers are so good. And YUM to the Pineapple Slaw! It was fresh food! Not sitting under the heat lamp food. Fries were fresh. Great presentation. My boyfriend and I are regulars at this location and we keep coming back because the service from Nicole (bartender), Jeff & Sean (game techs) is absolutely incredible. They always go out of their way to help us and make sure we have a great time. We have visited the Hilliard location as well but we prefer this location because of these stellar employees. I think this is a perfect location for the mall, but holy unimpressed!! I thought I was going to be walking into a big arcade place & there isn't as many games as you think. All silly, little games take a lot of cards & last seconds, impossible to win. Everything is very dirty, my hands were actually grimy/sticky after!! I was glad I went for the first time, but I didn't have much fun. My boyfriend & I had to make it fun. There aren't many big games to play with activity, so if you want to play something, it isn't working or you have to wait in line. The staff barely looks at you, doesn't speak, shows 0 respect. Food was excellent!! Service was great! Pretzel was soft and salty and huge! Steak salad was so appetizing and prepared perfectly. Fish (fish and chips) was light and flaky and delicious. We had a great experience at this location, aside from one machine taking the credits but not allowing game play. It was promptly fixed and credited back to our card though. The gaming area was clean, as were the dining area and the restrooms. I was ecstatic to see their menu change! Their bruschetta and strawberry shortcake tasted incredible. I've also caught myself craving it since, so I will now be bribing our youngest child so that we can return, and he can play games while I eat. Overall it was a fun time, and an enjoyable experience. I decided to eat at Dave & Buster's despite that I haven't really been a fan of their food in the past, but I had the chicken parmesan and it blew it out the water. I've had this item before at Carrabba's and they make it better than Carrabba's.. Natalia is a light bulb the restaurant is very approachable and makes people feel like they're important guests. The other staff they're also really friendly and approachable. This experience was definitely beyond my wildest expectations that I normally my experiences at other Dave and Busters are very marginal (Florida locations) The Place has good parking I really don't know much about the game side of the place cuz I'm not a gamer The .games seem well functional and they seem to flow traffic well in the place thanks for doing a great job here guys keep up the good work. read more

Came here for lunch yesterday with the family and had a subpar experience to say the least. Staff: The hostess didn't want to be bothered by people and was agitated when we asked for a booth.  Mind you she was setting on her ass playing on her phone doing nothing. She finally sat us down and didn't give us any silverware. Our server was very sweet and polite which was nice considering the hostess was a complete snob. Food: The food was over priced and tasted terrible. We ordered the loaded nachos amd the chicken parmesan The nachos didn't have enough cheese and the chips were stale.  The chicken was over cooked and so dry it made your mouth dry and left am awful after taste. The pasta that came with the chicken was okay. Will not be eating here again. Drinks: The mixed drink selection sucks and what drinks they do have don't taste that great. They are overly sweet and way over priced. We order the bomb pop, the blackberry moonshine. Definitely don't come here for a drink because it's really not worth it. Game: The games are why we always come. They have a great selection of games and yesterday only 3 were down which wasn't bad. We love the games. Only complaint is the assholes who stay at one game and wont let anyone else play especially the kids is absolutely ridiculous and they need to do something about this. Overall Experience: Will definitely come back for the games and recommend  the game play for everyone but I highly recommend eating somewhere else before you come. read more

I know it's easy to shit on DNB. They're usually crowded, busy, understaffed. I came on a Thursday for my son's birthday with a couple of his friends, and it was DEAD. Skeleton crew working. One bartender, one server. They let us sit at a high top, and the bartender did a GREAT job. My steak was cooked medium rare and was seasoned well. But the kids' meals looked lackluster. Why does no place take kids' food seriously? The staff was friendly and attentive. I couldn't ask for more ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It's a chain. It's Dave and Buster's. We arrived around 9 pm. It started off crowded. Therefore, we decided to eat first. By 10 pm the crowd fizzled out. The food here was surprisingly good. I was very impressed with how large the Kale Caesar Salad is. The creole shrimp dip was all round different. It wasn't nasty but more of an acquired taste. Even the chips were different. Half price play on Wednesdayssss, woooooo!!! Can't beat that! Kind of a small Dave & Buster's, but ... it does the job. Decent amount of games to choose from, and different variety of games. I like that the restaurant/bar area does happy hour, that's always a plus! We lost our card after only using a third of the amount on the card, so that was a bummer. BUT... to our surprise, the lady at the counter was able to deactivate our card based on the credit card we paid with and issue us a new one for the remainder that was on our play card!!! yay!!! That was awesome, because that would have been a HUGE bummer to forego like $30 of play. I'm sure we will visit again! read more

I love this place. I took my daughter the other day when school was called off. I usually go on Wednesday when it is half price games day and I recharge my card on the D&B app when they offer a free $20 when you buy $20. A lot of people don't realize that you can also trade in tickets for food as well. The games are well maintained and they ways have something new to try. I can usually get a bunch of tickets and my super lucky daughter does well herself. Our standard plan is to get her a prize and then spend some tickets on avocado toast, cheese curds, or chocolate cake. it's a great deal, ask the Winners Circle employee about it. The food has changed over the last year and it's gotten a lot better. Their impossible burger comes with a brioche bun, garlic aoli, and thick cut pickles. Their avocado toast with Mexican street corn is a great appetizer that's tastes fresh and high quality. I really enjoy coming here with my family. read more

Had my sons 6th birthday here. For 11 kids plus birthday boy it ran at almost $450. Each kid received a $20 card with loaded money on it and unlimited video game play. Food for the kids were chicken fingers, little cheese pizzas, cheeseburgers and fries. We also had unlimited sprite , lemonade and water. I ordered some food for adults (2 additional party trays at $50 each) and the trays didn't come with what was promised. The quesadillas were supposed to come with salsa and the little bun wrapped hot dogs were supposed to come with habanero sauce. I had looked forward to the habanero sauce as the guy who booked our party over the phone raved about it. I got a measly $8 discount. If you're spending that much for a party things should be right. I will not book another party here again. read more

Seriously, covid or not, this is the WORST dining experience I've had in longer than I can remember. I ordered a margarita and the petite cup finally arrived 20 minutes later. My son ordered mac and cheese. It was ICE cold. My daughter received her mac and cheese, his went back, she finished eating, my sandwich arrived (sans condiments which also came in shifts...waiting again...now cold sandwich), and still had to wait for my son to receive him replacement until long after I was ready to go. My family, met at the Polaris location this evening to celebrate our granddaughter's 9th birthday. It was a Thursday evening at 5-5:30 so wasn't very busy. We all were truly shocked at our waiter! He was absolutely TRASHED!! His eyes were so bloodshot you couldn't even see his eyes, but that wasn't the worst. He was so rude,disrespectful and was very harsh when speaking to us all!! The smell of alcohol was so strong!! We seriously could not believe whoever was the manager in charge this evening 3/28/24.had to know that he should not have been serving customers in his condition!! Shame on Dave & Buster's to allow this to happen in a business that is supposed to be fun for kids & adults! No he never told us his name, the reason we didn't address the situation at the time we were there is because we did not trust him or what he may have done to the food he served us! We definitely won't go back & will tell everyone that we know that might be customers at this D&B location!! read more

Ehh to the place. This is my first time at a Dave and Busters and here I'm thinking that the place is tailored towards adults. Nope, not even close i see seven year olds playing Jurassic games and Zombie games while parents are rooting them on with Coronas in hand. What is wrong with this picture...Is there anywhere safe anymore without children. Based on the commercials I have seen I expected that this place was more adult/fun centric, but has a Chuck-e-Cheese feel, kind of let down for a hopeful fun time without kids. I am hoping the food is better than the atmosphere of kids screaming and slobbering all over the games with minimal cleaning/sanitation in force. Is this a typical Dave and Busters visit? Because I am semi disappointed. Update after the food and herd clearing out: So, the food to me was a cross between Red Robin and Fridays with a very adult and fairly sophisticated menu of options. Very happy with the choices of food (I highly recommend the Truffle Fries) was extremely satisfied. The service was top notch with a little bit of waiting, but it was Saturday. Lastly if you want to really have a blast with the games I see that the kids are mostly corralled out around 9 and after that it's a lot less crowded and more fun. So make sure you eat around 7 or 8 pm and head to the games afterwards where the herd will eventually clear. A lot a fun and the games were pretty cool. Had a great time on my bday weekend. Hope all Dave and Busters give us the same experience (minus all the kids earlier). read more

The games are overly-digitalized and intended to scam you for your money rather than provide any entertainment. I've been to Dave and Buster's in the past, but this one seemed extra slimey . Maybe they changed their policies? Can't blame it for being crowded on a Saturday night but the cleanliness of the place was terrible. There were beer bottles and glasses in the bathroom stalls (what the hell?) and they were out of BOTH paper towels and soap. I went to the bar to order a drink, but the menu had no prices on them. I can understand an establishment can do this, so I asked the bartender lady what any of their prices were. She said "we don't like to disclose prices, it depends". Um? You HAVE A RIGHT to know the price of a drink before you buy. So asked her "what are some of the cheaper options?" to which she rudely replied, "it depends on what you get". 0/10 service, 1/10 cleanliness, 0/10 games. I love Dave and Buster's! Pretty fun games, a large menu and drinks. I love restaurants that have large menus, especially lots of drinks to choose from lol. The Hennessy Nirvana and strawberry watermelon margarita are my favorites. I looove the nachos and pasta as well! A great place to have food and drinks. The only reason I give it four stars is because sometimes the drinks are a little watered down and I honestly wish they had a more variety of games to play. I went out to Dave and Buster's on Wednesday night with my girlfriend as I had some gift cards for there, and we were looking to have a good time. I had heard around the office that things were half price on Wednesdays. I had a little trouble finding the place as it was a little tucked away and to be honest, it was my first time at Polaris Mall, so that was my bad on that. My girlfriend wanted an alcoholic beverage so she ordered the T&Tea which was essentially $9.99 for some sweet and sour mix. Normally when she had a Long Island she has a bit of a buzz, but not here. She let me taste it and I didn't taste any alcohol in it, so that was a shame. Now onto the food. We started off with nachos and they were actually very good. Attached is a picture of them. My girlfriend ate a chicken sandwich that came with fries and she enjoyed that. I ordered wings, ribs, and fries which were all pretty good. I ended up bringing my leftovers to work for lunch the next day and they were good. Nothing super special to say about these items but the ribs were very tender and very nearly fell off the bone. After dinner we played some games as my meal came with a game card. The selection of games was only okay. We played a few fun racing games and a fun Walking Dead game. Some of the games were more appealing to kids, not 30 year olds, but that is understandable. Overall, I had a great time with my girlfriend there and that is why I gave it 4 stars. The prices are a little high, but the food was good and we enjoyed ourselves. I wouldn't go back again for a while, but did have fun. read more

I never give one-star reviews, but this place hit the trifecta of bad restaurants: bad service, bad food, and bad ambiance. We came to this establishment because we had a toddler in tow and we choose somewhere we thought would best accommodate a small child. Well, that was our first mistake. They didn't have crayons or bibs or sippy cups. So we basically could've gone to any restaurant and had the same level of child-friendly support (a high chair and a kids menu). But we're here now so let's make the best of it. Season was total confusion, they couldn't give us an estimate and they didn't ask our name so we stood there among the running pack of gamers for a few minutes. Our server was new, but he was paired with a veteran, at least I imagine she was less new. We ordered appetizers, drinks, and mains, our table was never cleared of one glass or plate. The manager came to check on us and we actually asked him to refill drinks. The food tasted OK but 2 of us had stomach aches for a few hours afterwards, me included. I had the burger with nachos appetizer. My friend had the tacos. I honestly would've rather had a burger from Five Guys. But it was better than say, Burger King. But when my stomach hurt afterwards, ugh. Something ain't right. They also charged the wrong tab to the wrong credit card when they rang up our separate checks. Don't go here. read more

We were here about 3 months ago and had a pretty good experience. In a pinch for food, we decided to come here to eat and play vs eat somewhere else and play later. Seated right away, I was confident we could order and get our food quickly, as we were starving. We waited a bit longer than I'd like to get our drink orders and even longer for our four appetizers...... about 45 minutes. 3/4 apps that were supposed to be hot were cold and tasted/felt like they had been sitting out for a long time. The other app was meant to be served cold so it wasn't too bad. This was very unfortunate. I didn't expect fine dining here, knew what I was getting into, but at the very least expected my food to be hot...... warm would have sufficed. This used to be my go-to spot for a first date. I mean food, drinks and games. But recently it appears that they have fallen off a little. The food is still good but not really worthy of the price tag. I used to be able to take date here and spend less than 100 dollars. This time it was close to 200. And we only had 2 drinks each. The new games arent even as fun anymore. You are mostly just putting money into a machine and hoping alot of tickets come out. When you redeem your tickets or points i should say, there really is nothing there that you even want. The good stuff you are better off just going to the store and purchasing. You will spend over 1000 dollars trying to win an xbox. Its still decent but not even close to what it used to be. read more
