We've had mixed experiences here in the past, but I decided to give it another try since my husband usually enjoys it. Unfortunately, this visit didn't go well for any of us. Service was lacking from the start. One of our meals, a grilled chicken sandwich, came out incorrect and had to be sent back. When it was remade, the fries were cold. My husband ordered a supreme pizza and said the dough had no flavor at all--he didn't even finish half of it. My daughter had the chicken Parmesan, and while it was edible, the sauce was very runny and she rated it a 5/10. The only positive was my toddler's chicken tenders, which she did enjoy, though they reminded us of Dairy Queen. At that point, we honestly felt we should have just gone there instead. To top it off, the lemonade was extremely tart, and no refills were offered. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not worth the time or money. I ordered a deep dish personal pizza and I was afraid it would take awhile to cook and might hold up everyone's food. But not to worry, everyone else got their food ok. What a nice surprise... We had not to BJ's Brewhouse before so we figured we would give them a try. This turned out to be a great choice. The restaurant decor gives off an upscale brewery vibe except it is very bright inside which I really liked. The staff was friendly great - our waitress Mandalynn was a Rockstar. The menu is vast along with the beer selection. The food was good. I had a brisket burger which was delicious with fries which were average. Wifie had some sort of Mediterranean chicken bowl off their special menu which she enjoyed. We both ended dinner with a pizza cookie desert which was really good. I liked this place.. The experience was spot on - great service, good food, nice environment, and reasonable prices. I love BJ's. This is worth stopping back to. read more

The food was poor and so was the service. When we walked in it was not busy but we waited to be greeted for a couple minutes and the lady didn't look at us at all when she finally did. My husband ordered the steak medium rare, it came out well done but they quickly and happily remade it and it was great after that. I got the chicken sandwich, nothing special but good. Went to BJs with a group of 8. They were able to accommodate us without issue as it was not very busy. There were several empty tables in the bar and dining area. I was generous with a 3 star review and that is because of our waitress. Good: Our waitress was amazing. She was attentive and friendly. BJs has good options for happy hour. Not so good: The greeter/hostess was less than pleasant. I felt like I was bothering her asking for a table for 8. Borderline rude. Ordered spinach artichoke dip and it came out cold and didn't have much flavor. The broccoli cheddar soup was not the greatest. The flavor was bland and too thick and it was cold. Wedge salad was okay. Steak was tough and raw in the middle (had to take it home / cooking it myself). The burgers were just okay with a minimal amount of fries (for the price and what you get was terrible). I've had much better burgers elsewhere and for less. Overall, I was not impressed with the food at BJs. For the amount of money spent, it was not worth it. I suggest going next door to Mimi's Cafe. read more

My family's experience from start to finish was horrible. It took 10 mins for us to be seated and once seated it took another 10 minutes for a waiter to come to the table for us to order drinks. The staff all seemed to be confused and distracted and the service was not good, but we decided to stick it out. Once our food order was placed it took 45 minutes to get our food, which was wrong by the way. We didn't bother sending it back because that would have taken even longer. 3 out of 4 meals were lukewarm and just not good. My burger was over cooked and dry. Overall everyone in my party of 7 enjoyed their food and Pizookies. 2 of our orders were incorrectly prepared however we decided not to make a fuss. The only major issue is with the service. From the moment we walked in we were met with a host that seemed bothered by our groups presence and dismissive when we requested a table. She proceeded to defer us to another team member. Once sat we felt that our server wasn't very attentive and then provided incorrect receipts to our party.After she fixed them the first time we tried to inform her that they were still wrong and she was extremely rude to us insisting that they weren't wrong. Ultimately we settled the discrepancy amongst ourselves but it would have been nice if she was more receptive to our needs. It was noticeable that there was a shift in how she treated our group verses other parties. Likely will not return solely because of the poor customer service. read more

We started off with our favorite AHI POKE APPETIZER. It was good but the chips were burt. Very dark brown, tasted burnt. The waitress went back to kitchen for only new chips. Chief told her to tell us they cook them all up one time a day which they burnt them earlier, so they were room temp to cold and burnt flavor. They said can NOT making us a new fresh batch. So we paid $15.49 for burnt tortilla chips & the Tuna. We ate the tuna only. Horrible customer service. Shame on you BJ'S. You should treat your customers better. I will NEVER get this dish again if your chief continues to burn the chips. First time ever with burnt chips. Horrible. Im a awards member. We eat there a lot. Ok so we sat at the bar to watch the game! Bartender was great and service was good. We ordered a California chicken club and sliders. Oh you want sweet potato fries that's an up charge! I get it but they cost the same - why an up charge. No big deal. Then- oh sorry we are out of SPF- how about onion rings- sounds good. Sorry we are also out of onion rings so switch back to fries! All good. Sliders are supposed to have lettuce, onions and pickles. Came out with just cheese on them. Oh sorry we are out of everything. Wait my club has lettuce on it ! Sorry will get you some! In the end they did not charge us for the sliders! How can a restaurant run out of pickles, onions, onion rings and sweet potato fries! If you've ever been to BJ's and were surprised at the size of their menu (it was MANY pages long) - please be advised that they have a new menu that is dramatically slimmed down from the old menu. I'm not sure what was eliminated from the old menu but the new menu still had all my old favorites and was much easier to navigate/ Not as unwiedy as their old menu. As usual, the service was excellent. My go-to favorite at BJ's is either one of their burgers or pizza. On this particular visit, I started off with a wedge sala (they make a wicked wedge salad) and my wife had a house salad. We both had a burger and fries - my wife had the Hickory Brisket and Bacon Burger while I had the Crispy Jalapeno Burger. On the night we were there, the burgers came with free refills on the fried. We both topped it off with one of their house brews. Great food and excellent service. read more

Let me tell u about the most enjoyable dinner with a TOP Notched server named Rob. Being a former server of seven years I have never encountered someone with such talent/soft skills. This man truly enjoys his career that he has chosen. Not to mention my steak was super moist, to perfection, and scrumptious. The past three times I had visited this location it was terrible, therefore I am glad I stopped in and gave them another try. So in a nutshell, if you've had a bad experience in the past here, go back now I bet you'll be surprised!!!! Seems like they have someone else on board saying that things are done correctly. Also they had several menu items that they were "out of" as well. Again. What is the point of the menu? Just tell us the few things you have and let us pick. Two out of three ordered sweet potato fries, however they didn't come with the usual brown sugar dipping sauce that other restaurants provide. I have been here a few times. The food is pretty decent. It's overpriced, but nearly every restaurant is overpriced and BJ's isn't out of the norm. I'm leaving a review of this location because I believe I was deliberately misled about a wait time. I came with two kids and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. 35 minutes later I checked on my status and was told I was still third on the list. I understand it can be difficult to predict wait times. I'm willing to give some grace. But when you tell me a time that is 1/4 or 1/5 of the actual wait time, I'm going to reasonably believe that you deliberately misled me. read more

We ordered take out on New Year's Day. We live about 20 minutes round trip from this location. We ordered a classic cheese burger, nachos, the turkey club, kids boneless wings. With 2 plazookies and there BJs cream soda. My husband had the cheeseburger he said it was good they just over did the toppings. I had the turkey club. It tasted good but the turkey was just a big chunk on the sandwich. It was too much turkey that I didn't finish the sandwich. The fries were very basic. No seasoning. The kids boneless wings were good. They did for get the rootbeer bbq sauce and ranch which is my daughters favorite part. The plazookies were delicious. Got the cookies and cream and the salted caramel ones. The salted Carmel one was the best! The orange cream soda was delicious as well. We were charged $4 for the container to bring it home or bring in our own. But we didn't have anything that was 64 ounces so we just had to buy the jug. I think overall we would have had better food if we had eaten in. Definitely will give it another shot just in person next time. Very spacious and not overly loud even with a bar and tvs. Thinking dinning in will be a pleasant meal. read more

I went to the Polaris BJ's after lunch rush, I walked in & told the hostess 1 person. She did NOT look up & just pointed to the bar area, NOT speaking or handing me a menu. She just rudely pointed like I was bothering her. I sat a table in the bar area & sat for 4 minutes, nobody came to my table. I thought maybe they don't realize I need waited on because I didn't have a menu in front of me. So I went up to the hostess & requested menu, she huffed at me & told me my server would be right with me. I grabbed a menu & went to my table. The server came over took my drink order & food order & I never saw him again. The only way I paid for my meal is because they had those scan things on the table. Please keep in mind this was around 2:30pm, after lunch rush & the place was almost empty. The server didn't bother me as much as the hostess did. I use to wait table when I was younger so I understand how things work, but the rudeness of today's restaurant workers is appalling. Why should I tip anyone if they are rude to me or not doing anything to earn that tip? read more

Went to BJ's brew house on Monday to check out their Happy Hour, which runs from 4-7 in bar area only. Their house made beers for happy hour are 5.00, we chose the jerry burst, which is the Brewhouse blonde mixed with a berry juice, served ice cold and refreshing. My wife chose avocado egg rolls and chips and guacamole and salsa, which is $4.00. I chose mini deep dish pizza you get to chose 4 toppings for $7.00, and I got Caesar salad which is called a starter salad for $5.25. The service was a bit slow but she was busy. We haven't been to BJ's Brewhouse since covid nice to see the full menu back. Might have to come back soon and check out some new menu items read more

We thought we would try something new. Have never been to this restaurant. We went here on a Sunday and was seated quickly. We then waited 20 minutes for a waiter. When he came he had an attitude. We ordered and about 45 minutes later seen him walk out and leave the restaurant. We thought no big deal they will give his table to another server. We then waited 30 more minutes until another server came to our table and said he had to leave. I do not think our order was ever sent in. After an hour and a half and no sign of our food we got up and left. The place was so unorganized. No one had a clue what was going on. Will never go there again. read more

I was pretty disappointed with our experience here. Our server was very forgetful, we had to ask for everything at least twice. She forgot to take our order, bring our drinks, bring refills, etc. the only items we received in a timely manner were items other employees brought to the table. The food was generic and bland. I did enjoy the avocado egg rolls but the dipping sauce didn't seem to go with it. There were a lot of beer choices, but very few fruit beers or sours.
