I frequently visit this location, because I live in the area. I'm a strong believer in keeping tax dollars and funds in your city. My experience on 1/17/26 was terrible. I usually promote and hype up this location. On this day my friend enjoyed that last few times we came to this location he had a birthday party for his son. Let me include we spend about a few hundred dollars for games, summer pass my wife and I. Now my friend enjoys this place soo much he does the same. On this day the bartenders look past my friend and I like we didn't exist. We had to ask for help, and were talked to like we were being unhinged. Tre'ia and Kelly would help all the new comers to the bar and just ignored us. All I can say is.. it's a beautiful new bar get good bartenders with better attitudes and make everyone feel welcomed. Not to include staff treats this bar like a party spot. If I was a corporate manager you should stop by and see how terrible these ladies are and how they act. Ambiance is nice, and food is good. Both times I've been here for the food, it's been pretty mediocre, and for some reason, it always takes forever to come out. The drinks are watered down and not that great either. On the plus side, parking is convenient since it's in an outlet mall, so there's plenty of space. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was the worst experience yet. We arrived just before 6 PM hoping to catch happy hour before heading to a 7:15 movie. Despite being seated before happy hour ended, our server told us they couldn't honor it. Then, it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive--chicken strips with about 10 fries, even though I asked for double fries instead of coleslaw and I got ranch when I asked for bbq sauce. Not only that, but getting our check was a nightmare. We tried to flag down our server three times, but they kept ignoring us, likely because of a large party nearby. By the time we finally got the check at 7:15, my friend noticed they had been double-charged for their entrée. We didn't want to spend another half hour resolving it, so we paid, expecting to sort it out later. When we returned to request a refund, we were told to call the next day and it might not even be honored. This experience was such a letdown. Next time, we'll go to TGIF's or another bar. While the games and entertainment may be fun, the food and service here are just not worth it. read more

Came here for a date night on 7/19/24 drinks came out fast my food came out with in minutes but my husband's somehow got lost in transition. Had to order water twice before getting it. Than reminded the waitress Karla about his order no apology just it will be out soon. Once it arrived she didn't offer ketchup or dressing , the bbq flat pizza was ok the French fries were good my frozen watermelon margarita tasted like it had zero alcohol. Food: We ordered the AYCE wings with $10 play card and it was a pretty good deal. The wings were pretty good but the only down side is that the AYCE wings can only be plain, bbq, or buffalo flavored. Service: As someone who doesn't go to Dave n Busters, the service was interesting. It's pretty confusing because it's kind of dead and the area to eat the wings is in the back where the arcade was. The girls in the front at the time weren't really helpful to pointing that out to us as we stood around waiting for them in the front. The service to get the wings ends up being a bit slow. I don't think it's the servers faults, I think it's just because of how it is set up. It can take a while for the wing refills to come through so we would order our next round the moment the server came with the food. Ambiance: It's fine. Came here after a movie viewing. It's not a bad place to get food late in the night, but I could see it being very hectic during the day with people and the loudness. Ive been meaning to write this review since we had my daughter's birthday here on July 15th. We decided to have a small party for her here at Dave n Busters because she loves playing all of the games and winning tickets. We had a party of 20 kids which includes two party platters for the adults and for the kids they served chicken nuggets, fries, and Mac and cheese. The best part is, the party package also includes drinks for the kids and unlimited video games on a $30 game card. I thought our party had to be in the dining room area but we were pleasantly surprised we had a roped off table near the video games so we were able to hang out in our party area and watch the kids play games. The staff were so kind and helpful. Our kids were so rowdy and one of the employees, Nathan Nguyen was so patient with them! He helped them when a game was not functioning properly. He also took time to explain the layout of the place and where we could find specific games we wanted to play. He had great customer service! Overall we were very satisfied with our birthday experience and would definitely recommend having a party here. read more

Bf and I came to watch nba finals which was awesome but the food has really gone down hill. The unlimited salsa is thick and gross. The wings were decent. Always fun playing games, earning rewards, but honestly, the fun wouldn't be the same without the attentiveness of management and employees....Kendra, one of the managers is very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to making sure things are running smoothly. I've seen her accommodating people based on their needs. Security guys do a great job. Bar tenders are friendly and very pleasant. Liz, Greg, Elizabeth are always smiling. They make you feel welcome. I love eating the Alfredo pasta. It's my favourite dish to eat. The Scooby snack shot is by far the best I've tried compared to other bars. The workers were very helpful. When I entered and exited I was greeted and helped by Christian. The ambiance was fun. It was a busy night, but I can't complain. My favourite game to play is Mario Kart DX and Giant Pac-Man. I had a blast here. Towards the end, the same worker in the front Christian was being harassed by some lady and it was a let down too. It sucks to see people mistreat others. read more

Service at the restaurants can be really slow if there's a fair amount of people dining but the waiters are always nice. Workers here should be asking for D&B rewards cards so customers can get their bonus chips, I don't think they've asked me yet. The smash burger here was good, and the blackened chicken alfredo tasted solid too, but the portion of the pasta was a bit small for a $20 entree. The kid's pizza also tasted really bad. Our kid would not eat it and when I tried it, I couldn't blame her. There was a really weird kind of sour taste (not like sourdough) that threw everything off. My niece had her 12th birthday party here. I will add more pictures from the party area when I get them, but it was fun for the kids. The adults had a good time too. The food consisted of pizza, nachos, burgers, fries, ribs, (those were really good, with a little spice to them) and macaroni n cheese. There were also these pretzel dogs that looked better than tasted. There were four or five hostesses that helped our party throughout the three hours we were there. The kids had game cards to use on the video games, and with the ticket they won, they could "buy" the prizes. ( I am sure my sister had to buy these for each kid.) Updated Happy Hour Menu as of 05/11/2024 The happy hour menu has been changed for quite sometime. The old was nice with 50% off all drinks during it but now it's limited to these 5 selections and they all taste like premade drinks you'd expect at any big chain place. I'd stick with beer unless it's a good bartender. They recently revamped their food menu. I've eaten here a few times in the past and it's never been good. I tried their new $15 dollar chicken nachos and they were awful. It was a pile of chips with minimal toppings and the cheese had a really fake taste to it.... For 15 bucks you guys can do better than that. They're redoing some of the parts on the inside which is exciting because there will be new areas/games. On Wednesday they have half off games on all games. You can download the app which has coupons, not always but typically once a week and you can use most days except Wednesday. Pro tip: if you know you're going on a Wednesday, try to use the coupon online prior to Wednesday that way you'll be the extra credits. Fun to watch a game or play a few games. read more

Stopped by recently to celebrate a family member's birthday. It has been almost a decade since I've last visited this specific Dave & Buster's, and I can tell they have done some renovations. There are several bar areas throughout the establishment (including self service beer taps), large televisions showing popular sporting events, and tons of newer arcade/interactive games. I also saw what looked like private rooms with separate viewing areas. The food was delicious, our party shared mostly appetizers to fuel up before spending a few hours combing through all the games and trying to win tickets for prizes. Most of the appetizers are very reminiscent of elevated bar food and there was a decent selection of beers and cocktails to wash it down. All game credits and tickets are loaded into a game card, redemption for prizes were easy and there was a pretty vast selection to choose from. The children and adults in our party all had a great time. The establishment was clean, service was excellent (the manager, Roxy, even came out to check how we were doing), had no problems with the games, and the general ambiance felt great! Took my son to Dave & Busters yesterday and he had such a fun time! This location is pretty big and has a bunch of games to choose from. There's a pretty even amount of virtual games and arcade games. My son personally loves the Minions game and all the racing ones too! I've been to the Ontario and Hollywood locations in the past but never this one in Orange. It's located within the Block of Orange mall which is convenient if you want to do some shopping after or eat at any of the restaurants/fast food options the mall has to offer. I didn't eat at this location but I know their prices can be a bit high so it's nice to have alternative options outside of the establishment. We ended up spending about an hour at the arcade. $35 got us 200 tokens and it was just the right amount to entertain my son for the time we were there. He also accrued enough tickets to get a decent prize but ended up just choosing a small toy and candy. For about 1,500 tickets you can get a pretty cool toy. I like that you can link your Dave & busters power card to their app. I downloaded it prior to us arriving and found it convenient to keep track of tokens left and how many tickets we had to redeem for prizes. You can also reload the card via their app as well. I found this specific location to be pretty clean. None of the games appeared to be dirty. Only a select few of their games were out of order which wasn't really a problem since they have so many games available. We'll definitely be back for more fun! read more
