Stopped by to have a drink w/ former boss since he's leaving his post. Still a great place to have a great cold frosted mug beer with great staff and easy parking. They do have liquor now, not a full one but they do have some. Really enjoyed my time here everytime I stop by. They have plenty of TVs all over the wall with different sports channel and music box. The wings are off the hook. I don't care what anyone says, these wings are delicious and better than any other spot that says that specializes in wings. I got the original and mango habanero; well worth it for a Super Bowl weekend. I've been here before in the past and the place is super chill. Drinking with local Garden Grovians is always fun. Absolutely love coming to this woman owned local bar. First of all their wings are absolutely fire! The no way Jose flavor is spicy and savory at the same time. The ranch is so creamy that I always have to lick the cup clean after Im done with my wings. I know I sound like a big back because I am one LOL! The beer is served in a chilled frosty glass with on tap beer. The owner is always smiling, friendly and available. They have a plethora of televisions all over the place so everyone can see whatever they're into. They have a large menu for being a small bar and the food is amazing and fresh to order. This place is a vibe. I was expecting a more chill atmosphere but the energy was high. The staff was a lot of fun. It happened to be an 80s themed karaoke night. I had a blast. Lots of great tap options too. From Bush Light to Hazy IPA...with some Brewery X & NOBLE Brewery options on the mellower side. The staff has ALWAYS been AmAzInG! Great local bar with delicious food options. They have lots of weekly specials with $2 street Taco Tuesdays with $15 buckets of Tecates & $5 Margaritas. After going to the Garden Amp for a concert, a group of us were looking for a place to grab and drink and a bite to eat. We found this place on Yelp and so we decided to give it a try. This place is in a industrial but the wife and I like dives so we came in. Unfortunately, the owner let us know that the kitchen was closed so I went out to inform our group. We decided to have a drink anyways but when we walked in Paula met us at the door with that huge smile and said that they could offer us a limited. We quickly ordered 5 burgers and fries. BTW, the buns are made there at Henry's, that is a nice and rare move for a small dive bar, right? The beer offerings were pretty decent. I had a Blue Moon and my friends had Fuzzy... something or other. I was laughing and talking so I don't know exactly. My wife did get the Cardiff Cab Sauvignon that was pretty decent. What makes a great dive bar is the crowd and this place had a great group. The table next to us was serenading the room with both Bolero's and some great country hits. Their fun was infectious. First time here. It popped up on my feed and thought we could try it out. Great service from Jen. We both had their lunch specials and they were great! Jen kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. The food was hot and the drinks were cold. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet! I have been coming here since I moved to OC almost 10 years ago. It's a small little dive bar that can get really busy. What makes this place is the people. The owners are two amazing ladies!! Everyone has always been so welcoming and friendly. Even when I go and see regulars that don't know me they say hi, make conversation and are just enjoying everyone's company. The loaded potato salad is a must try. I'm also a fan of the chicken nachos. They recently added a lot of new items to the menu I'm excited to try. Sundays during football season gets really busy. They offer brunch on Sundays (I love brunch). I wish there was more seating, but I love coming here and enjoy the vibe. They also do a lot of family friendly things to check out. read more

Women owned and run, this little bar is in a business district. It's pretty small. There is outdoor seating under umbrellas along Stanford. It's load. But it gets load indoors with the juke box and sports. The bathroom has always been clean. The food is pretty good. The people are nice. read more

We went in on Saturday 10/7/2023 as it was my wife, aunt and cousin that joined us. We had such a great time there. Jenn was Amazing and the food (which has been updated )was 100% great. We got two pizzas, onion rings and a burger. All we're . We are definitely going back very soon and today I was telling some coworkers as I work less than one mile away about the food. Wanted to meet a friend halfway between Long Beach and Huntington Beach and came up with this place. Driving to get there was a little odd because it seems all by itself in a sea of industrial buildings. parked easy and noticed some outdoor seating. as I walked inside i notice some high table seating and bar counter seating. sat at a high table. The bartender came over and took our order. they have about 10 or so beers on tap. a pretty good selection from lagers to IPAs. checked out their menu for food and was impressed such a small hole in the wall place has such great food selections. We opted for the philly cheesesteak fries with a side of buffalo sauce and ranch. These fries were the BOMB! i really enjoyed them, they tasted really good, and the sauces put it over the top. Paired our meal with a couple 805s and we were set. They have televisions playing, and a good selection of bar music which seemed to be like 50% country. the customers were all enjoying themselves, and so were we. the bartender was very pleasant and provided great customer service. Got a couple of soju shots with taijin on the rim and we talked about how much fun that was and to come back and try more things on the menu and more drinks. read more

We have only been here a few times -- during Covid 2020 we had a Cinco de Mayo Taco Box to go and a time or two for a small plates and beers. My friends and I were out late and looking for a place open around 10 pm without too long of a wait. It's a little dive bar in Garden Grove filled with lots of regulars. We were seated immediately for three and our waters came out right away as well. I went along with their Loaded Fries and my friends respectively got their Garlic Parmesan Fries and Fried Cheese Sticks. Oh man, those loaded fries were absolutely delicious. It was very cheesy, meaty, and a little spice with jalapenos. If I wasn't going to work that night, I would've had a couple beers. They have a good selection of beers and wines and their prices honestly were not too bad at all. Huge shout out to Paula! Very great vibe and service! She was always on the move, checking up on everyone. Even though it was our first time, she treated us like her own regulars. If you need a quick dive bar and great, cheap food, this is your place. After a nice cardio session at the gym today, I had my normal burger cravings I get almost everyday. I decided to look up a local burger joint and can across Henry's. Of course the ratings and comments about their burgers won me over so we decided to head over and check em out. When you first walk in, feels like a small local bar where everyone's a regular. I love the retro round barstools and counter high tables for seating. There's a nice long bar at the front where all the locals seemed to be hanging out at also. I loved they had a jukebox going with some John Mayer (chill type music) playing. The service and food here were beyond excellent here. We ordered the Frisco burger that came on a garlic toasted bun. Good Lord that had a lot flavor in the bread itself. The entire burger was amazing. I can't even begin to explain how many delicious flavors were running thru my mouth. All I gotta say is GO TRY THIS BURGER! Cynthia was an excellent waitress/bartender also. It seemed like she was that only one working and she was able to attend to us as well as the folks at the bar.
