I really wanted to be thrilled with this place but I wasn't. The food was marginal, the games loud and somewhat obnoxious at times, and I thought it was for adults?! The multiple tables that just let their kids run around free makes this no better than Incredible Pizza. Also, the trick they play on the eat and play specials SUCKS. The suggested tip was way lower than what it should have been and so I can only assume their staff gets paid about half what they are worth when the tables do not realize. But when asking the manager if we were going to sit or not on the 3rd hour, he was so rude and stated that I won the obnoxious award. My boyfriend and I stopped by on my last night in town and it was a ton of fun! They have the coolest alcoholic drinks(watch out! A little strong ;) ) and the nicest staff. Our server Rex was amazing. As a server myself, I'm pretty picky about my service but he was so good and went above and beyond his job. He also said he just finished training (though you would never know it). Then we had a lady walk by to remind us to keep the ice cube in our drink (flashing light ice cube) because she said people forget it all the time. The games are sweet and definitely fun with someone. Overall, this Dave n busters is smaller than some of the others I've been to, but the place is so well run and the people (especially Rex) are so nice that this is by far the best dnb I've ever been to. read more

Bad food! Horrible service! Do not go here even if you're really hungry! We have been to many D&B restaurants and never had any bad experience, but Tulsa D&B left us a bad taste. We went for dinner on a Sunday night at 9pm because most of the restaurants in town are closed. We entered the new, big and empty restaurant which only had 3 guests sitting at the bar. We were seated at the booth and ordered our food quickly due to the waitress rushing us. We ordered BLT turkey burger and fire grilled salmon. For the turkey burger, the bun was hard, the turkey was dry and bacon is burnt. The salmon was chewy and fishy. Service was horrible. Our waitress gave us the menu and did not give us 30 seconds to look thru it before she asks us if we're ready to order. Then she rushed us out the door and this is at 9pm with an empty restaurant. Very disappointed and won't come back. Also, the restaurant's address listed on here is wrong, they had moved to a new location behind Bestbuy on 71st street. read more

I'm not a big fan of chunky cheese for adults but my friends wanted to go there and we thought it would be fun. They underwhelmed me more than I thought. My friend ordered a salad, with a simple change (she wanted tomatoes minus the tortilla strips and dressing to the side... She got her salad missing several things... it was supposed to come with (avocado, pico, cheese, honey chipotle chicken but did not only came with plain grilled chicken, onion, lettuce). My other friend asked FOUR times for oranges for his beer. And I sat there for twenty minutes with an empty glass waiting for the server to notice my drink was done.... Perhaps I my expectations were self fulfilled (I don't expect much from adult chucky cheese) but I'm still not willing be okay with it. I payed 20 tip on an eighty tab (I was paying for three) and then asked to speak to the manager. A super nice guy (Morgan?) came and asked what was up, I explained how things went and that I was extremely disappointed. I heard the waitress tell him she was super busy (which to me was bogus (her and another guy had 12 customers counting us three). He gave us 125 credits each to make up for the bad service and apologized. Then after talking a bit more he gave us each 10 dollar gift cards. We thanked him and left. Took the wife and kids there for a noon meal to check it out for a potential teen birthday party site. The restaurant smelled like dirty dishrags upon entry, but looked clean enough. The menu prices were far too high for the atmosphere. I took my daughter around to look at the games and she had no interest in them. The food was very dissapointing. The chicken strips were OK, but you can get better for less money at Chick Fil A. My wife's salad was awful and she couldn't finish it. Fifty bucks for a party of four was way out of line considering the quality and atmosphere. I hate to write this review. Don't take this as hate. Or hipster agnst. I love DnB. Always Have. It because I love DnB. I have to say that Tulsa DnB is the worst one I have every spent money at. Dave and Buster is the adult version of Chuckie E Chesse. It bascially offers the same thing as it kiddie counterpart. Games. Comfort Food. Beer. The thing that makes Tulsa DnB suck is ...well Tulsa. Tulsa has a air of making everything family friendly and that's what kills this DnB. When I want to relax at 10 with a drink on Friday I don't want to see kids running around. Last call should never be at 1AM and why are there not adult games like Pool or Darts. I like Dave and Buster's. Seeing as how there aren't many options for "entertainment" around Tulsa, it is one of our favorite places to go and have some fun. I wouldn't recommend eating dinner there. The food is decent, but nothing remarkable. Eat somewhere else and then come to play the games. I have seen a lot of complaints about the games offered and the amount of space in the game room. I will agree that the area can be cramped at times, and there aren't as many games as I'd like there to be, but they keep a pretty good rotation of games, adding in new ones every so often. read more

I've been to this particular D & B's Twice and one time out of the two I ate the food instead just drinking and playing games... and to be honest I don't remember what I even ordered because It never came!!!! I ended up eating off my boyfriends (who is now my fiancee) plate. To be fair the management did give me a free bottle of wine, which I ended up drinking while I was there playing games. Very disappointed in this place. My first time here would have been a positive rating for a fun place(I did not eat or drink my first time, just game). Went yesterday with is $2 coronas and the place was not busy. We sat at our table and we were ready to order our food before we even got to place a drink order. Probably waited ten minutes for that. We played our games and enjoyed them as expected. I went to prize room to check our ticket count and as I was standing there the worker kept on working on adding new items to the shelf. I had stood there long enough for two young kids to come to up me(from the employees side of the counter) and try to hand me their ticket cards. This fired her up I guess because after I told the kids that I didn't work there she came up shooed the kids away. Literally shooed them away. I assumed they must have been her younger siblings it so was so rude. She then proceed to rudely to us and the kid's family that she doesn't check the ticket cards and that we need to go to the other side and swipe them in a machine. I was really in awe about how rude she was. While waiting on the other family to go first on the ticket checking machine I asked the kids' father about the employee. I said "was she rude as hell or do you know her?" He said "oh she was rude". this guy was pretty pissed. I assume this women hates us at this point. I gave her a bad look because I have never been treated so bad. Bad service happens but this chick was rude. My wife had to ask her about tickets again and she says "I can't help you I have been off for a week". What does that even mean? My wife had to make her explain it. We just got a Dave and Buster's in Northwest Arkansas (our home) but we haven't been yet. So, while we were visiting Tulsa, we thought we'd take our 2 boys (ages 8 and 6) and our daughter (age 1). The game portion of the visit was fantastic. The boys played super hard and the prices were on par with similar establishments that have games and dining. However, this establishment won us over with their food service. Our daughter has a dairy allergy, (my wife is nursing her as well) and we had found a website that led us to believe that D and B's has several dairy free options. However, when we actually tried to order, our waitress did some research and discovered that the info we got off the internet was incorrect (imagine that!). But, the waitress and their manager worked together to create a dinner that my wife and daughter could eat that was great. I was super impressed at the attention they gave to the situation. My family and I went there for an evening of dinner and games. Our food took awhile to get to our table and our waitress rarely visited our table. When it was time to get our cards to play games we had no service up front for a long time; then, when the manager showed up front he would not except my coupon dated for that day. As soon as you walk in the girls at the front counter did not acknowledge you by any means whatsoever and then when they did it was like they were annoyed they had to deal with us and they were too busy talking among each other.. on top of that you heard the frustrations in one of the grills saying I'm about to go off. Ok, so saw D&Bs on the way to another store in the area and we wanted a drink. I thought we could stop in and grab a couple of to-go drinks and my fiancee could use the bathroom. Stopped in and asked if we could buy to-go drinks, and they said no, they don't have to go containers for drinks. Ok, no problem, so I asked if my fiancee could use the restroom and the hostess replied, "Well.. I guess I can't really say no." I was very annoyed by her attitude. Sure I'm wasn't going to eat there that moment, but I was a potential future customer - my fiancee and I love to eat out and Id always wanted to try D&Bs. So I said, "Well, you CAN say no, its your establishment." -- She then asked if we were going to eat there, and I said no our plan was to buy a couple of drinks, hit up the restroom, and go on our way. I really felt like she was on a power trip and I was like a transient begging for access. I asked her again if my fiancee could use the restroom or not.. and was met with another smart ass reply, "Well, I would sure hope that I would say yes.." My reply, "I would sure hope you would say yes too, but it seems to be a hard decision for you." They laughed, I asked where the restroom was and that was that, but it left a horrible taste in my mouth. I wasn't expecting fine dining level service, but the implied "Bathroom is for paying customer use only," mentality was more a fit for a gas station in a bad part of town. I won't be back, b/c although it was just one experience, it was such a condescending one that it left a horrible impression. Really want to reach out and thank Devin and his crew for providing a festive and hospitable evening for our U11 boys soccer team on a busy tournament weekend in Tulsa. We arrived with 50 + members of our entourage and Devin greeted us and treated the boys to complimentary "get started" play cards. He and his staff arranged for us to have some respite in a party room so parents could "escape" the hustle and bustle of the gameroom. If I wanted to be around children, I would have gone to Chuck E Cheese. The food took forever, wasn't that great, and our bill took longer than our entire meal. We could have walked out and they wouldn't have noticed. The kids are horrible, and as a cop, I beleive that kids shouldn't be on a game floor where adults set down their beers and mixed drinks out in the open.
