It is extremly hard to get a hold of this business. We had a great experience with our flooring installation in August 2025. However, issues arose when we requested this company to help fix a small flooring problem at a different property. Dave met us for a quote, scheduled a date and time for installation, which later had to be cancelled. After that, Dave was very diificult to contact and never responded to calls, texts, voicemails etc. They apparently have a new system. No one answers the phone anymore, it goes straight to voice mail, but don't expect a response to your voicemail. Eventually, I had to find another company to accomplish the task. It is extremely discouraging that I thought I had found a reliable, quality flooring installer, but I would not recommend the frustration and lack of communication that comes with dealing with this company. read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dave and his team. I asked for recommendations on a local Navy Spouse page and his name popped up over and over again. I am in a time crunch between putting my house on the market and moving overseas and he was happy to accommodate. His two man installation team - WOW - they were utterly amazing. They moved all the furniture, laid about 1600 sqft of carpet upstairs and a 16 step stairway, plus moved all the furniture back exactly where they found it...and got it all done in 10 hours! Very hard to get a hold of this business. Left voice mails and have sent emails, he doesn't return any of them and will just ignore you. It's a shame. I liked how he did the floor for me in a home even though he installed the wrong one. I wanted to give him a second chance. Since he won't return calls I need to get the floor replaced since a new sink will be going in and I have no idea what he used. read more

Mr. Dean, you made it seem like you were able to accommodate our flooring needs. You came to our house, measured our floors and called back with a quote. I said yes and told you that I was SERIOUS monetarily to get the job started. Mr. Dean, I stopped by your establishment to discuss a few adjustments and felt totally ignored especially after you decided to help a customer that arrived long after I did. A good question would have been, "who was here first"? The very few questions I had went through Pat..... I have yet to receive a FOLLOW-UP phone call to say "NO thank you for your business" or "how can we make this happen"? Mr. Dean, it is vitally important to be "straight up" and have GOOD communication with all who walk through your doors. My husband and and were impressed with our initial meeting with you...then a big ZERO thereafter. No problem Mr. Dean, I was able to find a local flooring company that has GREAT communication and A++ work ethic and completed job of 1500sq ft, first floor renovation. 1 month prior to transferring here in Va from Wa. We contacted this company and told them that we wanted to change the carpet from the big room and the hallway to rooms the same hardwood from the 1st room andthe hallway. Took them 3 weeks for the quotations and was told that that they have to find the match but the finally got one and they started to rip all the carpets and 1 days before we arrive in our house we got a call saying that the new floor doesn't matches the old one and they sounded like the only choice we have is to get all the old hardwood floor changed the same to what they have installed and they are asking freaking additional $1800 for that. All we wanted is to have a nice hardwood floors but we endd up being annoyed dealing with it everyday!!! But i must commend the installer guy cause he did a good job! But we hate the owner cause it looks like he only wants more money from his costumers!!!! And the worst part is. My husband tried to get a hold of him and wven sent him an email/text but he never replied!!! Trying to upload a photo so you can see from your own eyes that the old and new hardwood floors are now way near identical. read more

I cannot speak highly enough of not only Dave himself, but the construction staff as well. Truly genuine, caring folks. They are well priced and will beat just about any price in town. Their bid came at $800 less than home Depot or Lowe's, and for a better grade carpet. Dave took the time to get to know my kids and I to make sure the carpet and pad we were getting suited our needs, wants, and our budget. He also took the time to explain things to me when needed. Service: So-So. Timeliness: Poor Picture: Can't show because I still haven't received my bookcase that I ordered December 18, 2010. Scenario: Went into the store and didn't get greeted until about 5 minutes into the store. No one was on the sales floor. A dog was the first one that greeted me. Then a sales associate greeted me named Wes. I ordered the book shelf and paid for it in full. He said they would call me when the book shelf arrives at the store. Granted it was the Holidays, I believe I have been patient. This Saturday will be 6 weeks and still no call from Kc's Fine Furniture & Carpet. I went in and checked on the order personally and was told it should be in at the beginning of the week. That was 2 weeks ago. I had people mention that this place was really great and that they had great experiences. Thus far, I am not impressed and will not recommend this furniture store to anyone. I still am awaiting a phone call. After all this I wish I had ordered from Ashley Furniture. I would have had my book shelf by now. read more

Do not go to this place the owner David will promise his product and the installation on his reputation and once he has your money he will not have anything to do with you and he will not honor his work or his employees. We hired David and his services to replace the whole house with carpet and vinyl the carpet is great but the vinyl is a diffrent story it was never installed properly and when I called the store I was put off on the installer Vernon he came out and replaced the vinyl and at the time told me that the vinyl he was replacing in my house had at one point been wet and said that he told the owner David that and was told to do it anyways well a week later I had seems that turned yellow and pulled apart.. Finally on 01/25/2010 he had his employee Sue tell me basically he didn't care and would not honor his Year warranty Oh yeah the floor is less than a year old! So we will be contacting base legal.
