Overall experience was good. First of all, they have a HUGE selection of slabs in your price point and your style. It was a also quick process & for the most part, painless. Everyone arrives on time & that part I love the most. I worked with Donna who set up everything except the installation itself. The gentleman who came & did the template was on time, friendly, & efficient . Not sure if it was he who missed the mark on measuring my bar top but we didn't find out until installation day. Somehow either he measured less than the top or the technicians who made the cuts into the slab miscalculated... so when it came to installing, I was shown that there was going to be a noticeable gap between the bar top & my trim/molding. I was kind of annoyed at that because I had to come out of pocket to find a bigger molding to cover the gap in their error. Thank goodness I had a guy working in/on my house who was more than happy to replace it for me. (What if I didn't!?) The two guys who performed the installation arrived earlier than quoted & again, I really liked that. They were friendly, easy to talk to, & the taller blonde guy gave me tips on how to care for my new countertops & what to use. It took them about 3 hours to complete the job. The biggest problem I had started when it came to install my vanity faucet & I realized they drilled 3 holes instead of only 1 that I had told the template guy a week prior. Not sure where the problem began but when I immediately called Donna to tell her, she made me feel like it was MY fault. She said stuff like that happens when clients don't have everything up front, and in my case, she meant that this happened because I didn't have my faucet already picked out when I went in to finalize the order. Well, this was my first time ordering countertops so how was I supposed to know I'm supposed to have my faucets picked out prior to picking out countertops!? It's not like it was recommended on the quote sheet or advised to me the way they ask you if you're gonna do the demo & haul away & if you have your own plumber. With that said, at the time of the counter top order I DIDN'T have faucets picked out, but she told me that that was fine, to go shop for one & to email her with "just the model number." So right after we paid her the deposit, we went straight to faucet shopping. I did my part & emailed her the model numbers & also told her we have our own plumber but would prefer them to do the demo & haul away. Whatever model number she typed in came up totally different from what I gave her. Maybe she transpired numbers or something because my choice was a single, 1-hole Oil Rubbed Bronze faucet & whatever model number she plugged in gave her a 3-pc, silver, 3-hole faucet. Totally different. Knowing what I know now, I wish she could have either 1) told me to include a picture of faucets or 2) verified back with me that whatever faucet she pulled up matches the one I chose. Anyway, when I called to tell her about the mishap, she kind of had an attitude & made that comment abt not having everything up front & then offered me a "discount" on another vanity that I was supposed to purchase. Uhh, excuse me, what?! Is she telling me that I have to buy another vanity for their mistake!? I was appalled & said I shouldn't have to pay for a mistake I didn't make. She continued to say she will speak with the owner to see what they can do but at this point she didn't know what to do. She called me back & said the techs had her specs of 3 holes while another paper from the template said 1 hole yet no one bothered reaching out for clarification so it looks like someone just made their own decision when it came to drilling holes. I was stressed out because I was made to feel it was my fault when it wasn't & I was scared that they were gonna give me a hard time about having my vanity fixed. I called the next morning & Donna seemed to be in a better mood & told me they realize it was a problem on their end & will replace it for me & that on Monday she will call me with a new installation date, which was today. Two different gentlemen came today, on time (yay), & fixed it in less than 30 mins. I understand stuff happens, everyone's human & we all make mistakes but to make the client feel like it was their fault was just not a good feeling. While I am super happy & satisfied with the look of my new kitchen & bath, I still have a teeny tiny bad aftertaste of how the mishap was handled in the beginning. Would I work with them again? Absolutely!! I would just be better prepared! Donna was very thorough everywhere else in the process & made picking out slab, edges, type of sink, & the other little details fairly quick & easy. She, too, arrived right on time when she came to take measurements.

I recently purchased a new granite countertop through Home Depot and Rock Solid is the company that made and installed my slab. It is beautiful! There was one employee assigned to my job, so she was the one that called me to set up the template measure and install dates. I got to see my slab and approve it before it was polished and installed. All 4 employees I met and worked with were phenomenal. My kitchen looks great.

I thought it would be a simple stop on the way home from the bakery. Not so! My bad back had been especially awful with the weather this week. So I searched for a handicapped parking space on the parking aisles near the entrance. To my surprise there were none. What I had thought were handicapped spots were for customer pickup. The only reason I can envision this parking choice is for the convenience of their employees, not their customers. Down the aisles I drove until I finally found handicapped parking. They were on an aisle near the exit. I walked to the exit door and found it wouldn't open. There was a checkout clerk nearby who wasn't busy. So I knocked on the door.....several times. He finally came & let me in. I told him there needed to be handicapped spaces near the entrance door. No reply. Why couldn't they at least let the exit doors open from the outside? The sign for Customer Service was far, actually near the entrance door. After waiting in line, I was really struggling. And it was obvious. When my turn came the young woman clerk looked at my box as if it were an aberration. She turned to what was obviously her supervisor so I said "I have the scan for the return on my phone." I had it opened & ready for her to ask for the entire time I was in the line. While she was processing the return I told her that there should be handicapped parking near the entrance door. No response. Was I invisible? After I had my return receipt I had to walk back to the exit to get to my vehicle. The whole experience was a nightmare. I hope I never have to return an item to that store again. The value of my having to pay return shipping would be worth not having to experience pain & poor customer service.

I guess my issue is more about their policy, not the customer service. I purchased this Project Source filter #5638704 and it says it replaces the LT800P but it will not screw in at all. The worst part is that Lowe's will not let me return and pay the difference for the OEM LG model because I tried to install it and they can't 'resell' it. How can I know if it works if I don't try it? Why would you want to resell something that doesn't work??? They seem to care about their profit much more than customer satisfaction! I promptly found the LG version on their shelf for twice and much and paid for it, just to make sure that the issue was the product and not my fridge - it worked fine of course! I was told to contact the manufacturer. I can't really blame the manufacturer because sometimes things just don't work right. But I bought it from Lowe's, so I would expect THEM to contact the manufacturer and make sure I leave satisfied. I went to BBB and learned that they are not accredited - and I can see why! I wonder how Home Depot would have handled this situation. I guess I may find out because that is where I will be spending my money from now on!

I was so pleased to have her come back to my house and touch up my boys room and give them the extra touch I wanted on their walls. She really was attentive to my review and honored my request in making sure I was completely satisfied. She doesn't just leave u unsatisfied and guarantees to promise you on making u completely happy. She made sure to come back and scheduled time to do finishing touches in my kids room and turn it exactly the way I in visioned it. The teal on the walls pop and every color, the blues on my walls popped! I needed someone as meticulous and thorough to do the job and she exceeded my expectations! ----------------------------------------------------- I want to thank Melody for a job well done and in doing an amazing paint job on my house. I've ran several quotes of other painters in the area but nothing came out to meet the pricing and standards that Melody gave. She quoted me for the paint job. And although I found cheaper you also do get what you pay for. She also made sure I stayed in budget and tried to keep costs down by using the necessary paint I already provided. Upon meeting with Melody, I liked that she was very kind, considerate and professional at making sure she was going to take my ideas into consideration and get the paint job done. She worked around painting my house with my boys popping their heads in a couple times during the day and my dog lingering around. My house had accent walls with navy blue colors in different parts of the house, grey in some areas and teal in my boys room. The colors popped and married well with the design of my house. The job was done more quickly then I expected. The only thing I failed to do was ask for a walk through after the paint job was done to make sure it was everything I wanted. I did run things by her about some additions and tweaks I needed to get done to my boys room. This was after I already had paid her and left. There was just a small miscommunication about my concept I wanted. I was so busy on her last day of the job that I didn't really examine carefully to make sure I was 100% with everything I wanted in my house design. We communicated after the job about doing a follow up in doing the additions I wanted in the boys room. she responded to assure me she will take care of it. I was so pleased to had received a thank you card in the mail from her. The only reason why I gave her 4 stars for now is because I am still waiting for her to do the necessary minor additions to my boys room. I will update my rating and post pictures of her work once all is completed. I want to make sure we have a formal walk through with the paint task done which would guarantee me and any customer to be 100% satisfied.

I will recommend Beyond Colors to anyone considering painting your own home. *One bit of advice, when it comes to paint, you get what you pay for. Don't buy cheap paint.
