On the second visit, the dealership replaced both the main battery and the auxiliary battery, which is located in a sealed compartment under the passenger seat. When I got home, I checked their work and was shocked to find popcorn pieces inside the sealed compartment where the battery had just been installed. They also removed my dash and I am concerned what they may have left behind it. I immediately called the dealership to express my concern and dissatisfaction. The service manager flat-out denied any responsibility, claiming they didn't put it there and refusing to do anything about it. I pointed out that they should have inspected the area before installing the new parts, but he brushed it off with excuses and still refused to make it right. I don't know what is under the battery. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. If this is how they treat attention to detail and accountability, I won't be returning--and I'd strongly caution others to think twice before trusting their vehicle here. Horrible experience. Just picked my car up. They pulled it up for me with the keyfob in the ignition. As I'm driving, keys fall to my feet. Tip of the keyfob broken off into the ignition. Called to get a replacement keyfob, they said none in stock, $215 needs to be prepaid for replacement. Kept sending me back and forth between various managers with me trying to tell them I'm not the one that broke it! That was just the END of my journey. I dropped it off Monday at 930am needing to check an oil leak and new skid plate. We agreed on oil dye test and they would call me about the skid plate / splash shield. I didn't hear from them 11am on Wednesday when I called. They said splash plate would cost 736 to replace with P/L. I said how much is the splash shield? They said 500. I can't find a single place selling a splash shield for over 125. Update: MY CAR IS STILL LEAKING OIL! So not only do I have to start my car by using safety scissors to turn the ignition, the one thing they charged me over $700 for is still wrong. They had to call to tell me they needed to charge additional labor to program the body modulator, which I figured professional MOPAR service techs would know. We purchased a 2025 Jeep Wrangler in July. We had a small paint issue with the driver's side door hinge. The paint had chipped off when we removed the driver's door the first time. We took it in, and they covered it under warranty. The issues we had were after the body shop replaced and painted the hinge. They had somehow chipped the paint near the hinge and when they tightened up the bolts on the hinge it damaged the paint. The body shop used touch up paint to try and fix the paint on the bolts and chip. It obviously looks bad. We took it into the dealer today and was basically told it wasn't originally covered under warranty anyway and they just took care of it. I guess that justifies the poor workmanship and Dave Dennis is ok with that. I would suggest buying and servicing your vehicle elsewhere. Otherwise, Josh waited on us, let my daughter test drive a wrangler, explained some features, then had an arrogant attitude while she tried to order one. He then said he could find one, and found the exact jeep in Indiana. Then manager, Billy said he could get it there as early as the next day. Then the lying started... Josh called my daughter to say Jeep was there! (3 days after we visited). My daughter said she would be there on Saturday morning at 10 AM when they opened, two days after the phone call. At 9 AM, on Saturday my daughter receives a text stating that the jeep is not there, that the other dealership sold it, and that they were trying to find another one. After my daughter spoke with the manager, Billy, he said they were done with Josh, it was not sold at the other dealership , and he would get the jeep there and update her on Tuesday after Labor Day. Well, my daughter called twice to talk to Billy and inquire about it when he NEVER called her back, and he was not in, never called her back! So a few days later, my daughter found that same exact jeep that she wanted in Columbus! We were only at the dealership for an hour and a half in Columbus, everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, HONEST, great communication and my daughter wrote a check for the full amount, and we drove home happy! read more

I took my 08 Jeep in for recall(s), one of which involved replacing the clock spring. (Has nothing to do to do with clock). For you non-automobile types: the clock spring is behind the steering wheel. It allows power to all the steering wheel controls- most obvious one is the horn button ( which I use daily, if not hourly!!! ). The center pad (with air bag) is removed, then the steering wheel, finally the clock spring. This is my teenager's ride. So when he informs me after receiving the Jeep back that the horn was now now working. Okay, humans make mistakes... I make an appointment to comeback and have it rechecked, waited there for an hour to be told: a) horn wasn't working when I brought in (BS just used it 2 minutes before bring it in (see above usage)). b) no power to horn fuses due to failure of TIPM (vehicle's computer), c) wanted $165 to "diagnose" Keep in mind: they didn't recheck their work, I don't even know how they checked the horn fuses: someone has to be pressing horn button while another checks for power under hood fuse box. When I spoke to Service Manager and called them out on this, I got more BS (good thing i had work boots on). SM offered to "Goodwill" $165 diag. fee. Note: if it looks like dogsh*t, smells like dogsh*t, tastes like dogsh*t....don't step in it! No, I decided I am NOT leaving it with them to further use CYA action..... Took Jeep to a long time trusted ASE master mechanic: Jerel Lairmore of TNT automotive on US68 by the airpark. Bottom line: nothing to do with TIPM. Removed horn pad: BROKEN WIRE!! Clearly inept work by Dave Dennis, et al. (Did not check work after recall) Steering wheel removed, wire repaired, reassembled: Tada! Horn works!!!!! I cannot say enough about the honesty and integrity and skills of Jerel: as close to a natural born (and trained) automotive expert there is. We took my husbands truck in on a Monday for a battery issue. He was given the wrong battery and it was connected backwards so it fried some things and said low voltage. We had an appointment at 7am and the truck sat there all day on Monday and was not looked at. We called for updates and was told nothing. Later that day I received a cal from Mike-the advisor and was told that they needed to change 2 fuses and it would be done in the morning and the cost would be $320 plus change. My husband called again on Tuesday afternoon and was told the tech was on lunch and he, Mike-the advisor, didn't have any info. I called a few hours later and was told that they were waiting on a fuse box to come in from Cleveland. He admitted her forgot to say something because it was the end of the end and he was trying to rush out of work. Wednesday morning I receive a call saying the truck is ready. The total now is $371 plus change. The receipt said the additional cost was approved by my husband, they did not talk to him and I did not approve anything extra. When I drove off, the speakers weren't working. They were when the truck was dropped off. I called and was told to bring it back and they would look at it. Mike told me I would have to pay another $160 for them to look at that because it's a new problem. My husband called to remind him that the radio worked when it was dropped because the tech was listening to the radio when he took the truck back. I went back for him to look at it because he told my husband there was a miscommunication between him and I but I told him exactly what my husband told him. After he rechecked the speakers he came to tell me there was a fried wire from the amp to the radio that needed fixed. He wouldn't do it until another $160 was paid. In my opinion, it was their mistake since the radio worked when it was dropped off and upon pick up, it doesn't. He kept trying to go back and forth with me saying they didn't do it when clearly they did. Jason noted my issues with my truck and after signing the paperwork for the work to be authorized. I asked Jason for the contact number for the shuttle for a pick up. He wrote it on a sticky note. Nothing further said by Jason about, the truck could be in the shop for a few days. So, that implied the truck would be done before close of business. Late afternoon, on or around five I had called to find out what was the status on the truck. I was put on hold for fifteen minutes and I had finally got to speak with Jason. I had asked, " what is the status of the truck?". Jason said, "you have multiple issues, transmission is going to take two to three days to diagnose. I had said, " I wish you had told me. Jason said, " I had told you it was going to be a few days?" I told Jason, you didn't mention anything about a few days. He insisted he did and "IT WAS ON ME!" I was very upset and disappointed! If he had told me how long the truck was going to be in the shop would of rescheduled my service. Jason did not provide me with any help, for example,Reschedule another day when I don't need the truck for a few days or something to deescalate the situation and not say, ITS ON ME! I have taken my truck there for 5 years faithfully for oil change and maintance. I never given no thought they never recommend changing the air filter. I assumed this was done on the high mileage maintance, that was costly. I looked through all my paper work and the maintance check said filter good. My son pulled the filter out and it was horrible! I purchased a new RAM 1500 truck with a National Association of Realtors rebate, including a 2 year, no charge oil change incentive from FCA/NAR. I had to provide them with my Realtor license number and even gave them the info for the oil change deal too. Signed all the paperwork and asked about the oil changes. Kid (Jacob) behind the finance desk didn't know anything about it. Claims he went to the sales manager, who told him it would be taken care of. So silly me, thinking the guys are looking out for me, left without getting it in writing that I had 4 oil changes coming. Well, due for an oil change and guess what, no record of oil changes. Nobody knows what happened, even been told there was no rebate, but was able to prove them wrong. Going on over 2 months with no phone calls being returned or a solution being offered. Even had a General Manager PROMISE to call me TODAY (4/1/19)...still waiting. Got a fair deal on truck, but the after care is pathetic. Just get anything that is promised in writing from a manager, not sales or service guy. Might pay to go to smaller dealer that works with you after the sale than Dave Dennis you is just working the volume side of the sale. He also drove to and from Cincinnati at 5pm to get us the exact truck we wanted. Tom, who completed the financing, was very courteous and efficient. Took my Jeep in for a Warranty covered repair. Approved the repair around 9am, was they called the warranty company and told my warranty deductible was $250; I was also told my car would be ready between 4 and 5pm. At 5:30pm I texted my service advisor Cephus asking for a status update. I was told it was ready and they were waiting on the warranty company to pay them. I headed over to the dealer and at around 6pm maybe 6:30 the man at the service desk said I couldn't have my car because the warranty company hadn't paid them and it was a "significant" portion of the repair. I've worked with many dealers and my ex-husband works for a dealership, this should never happen, they get a confirmation number and payment can take up to a week. They had all of my contact information and could have easily come after me if the well known national warranty company hadn't paid them. The next morning at 7am they said I could have my car and my deductible was actually $200. When I looked at the bill the total work was $358. How is $158 from a warranty company "significant"???? I paid more than they did. Poor service, crappy people, they will refuse you access to your own property even when you are fully capable of paying what you are actually responsible for. NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! Even other GM's at other dealerships are shocked at their behavior and treatment of this situation. THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES!!!!! My experience with this dealership and "Jacob" was by far the least professional buying experience of my life. I feel socially responsible for sharing this review and encouraging people to stay clear of this dealership, both personally and professionally. It started when I showed up with the vehicle waiting for me to test drive, only to find out we needed to head to the gas station. Why not do this ahead of when I arrive? This is small and I wouldn't mention it but then... The fee quote offered for a lease and option to purchase was an email of two sentences. Absent of critical details; poorly worded; showed no effort by salesperson and mathematically incorrect - purposely. When I asked for greater detail, I got nothing but an "all caps" response to my counter - not the questions I asked. A comedy of correspondence ensued. I took my 2017 ram in to have a few minor recall issues taken care of. I got a call from the service department, they told me that I was overdue for a scheduled maintainance. The caller told me that the front and rear differential fluid should be changed every 20000 miles. This didn't sound right to me, I've been driving for 40 years and have never once changed differential fluids. The price they quoted was $350. I told them not to do the change and would have my mechanic do it. After hanging up I got on line and looked up the maintenance schedule for the truck. It showed a fluid change at 30000 miles only if you used the truck in severe service (police, taxi, heavy trailer towing) Either the dealership was intentionally trying to sell me $350 service they knew I didn't need, or their service department doesn't know the maintenance schedules for the vehicles they sell. In other words either dishonest or incompetent. Do your self a favor, try some place else. read more

On Sunday the jeep had overheated on several occasions. I made an appointment and took the car in. I waited over 4 hours and they came out and told me they ran the car for 3 hours and could find nothing wrong. For that they proudly charged me over $100. When I explained I had a 7 hour drive to get home they told me I'd be fine, there was nothing wrong. On the way home the jeep continued to overheat, leaving me to have the car towed home. The overheating caused the power steering pump to burn up. The expense will be much greater than had Dave Dennis hired qualified mechanics that knew what they were doing. While the mechanics may adequately fix what is wrong with your vehicle and appropriately service your car, they are the absolute worst at trying to tack on extra unnecessary repairs and services to your automobile after your warranty is up. From my observation: They have a couple women, perhaps mechanics, working the front desk to make you feel at ease, especially if you are a woman. Perhaps this is to make you think that you will be discussing your vehicle with someone of the same gender. If you come in for an oil change that costs anywhere from $19.97 to $40 not including alignment, wheel rotation, or anything else, but an inspection (which is NOT beneficial), you will end up waiting for 30 minutes before a mechanic comes out to tell you that they have found something wrong with your car. Oh and by the way, we have not finished changing the oil, it will be done in another 30 minutes. No joke. Every single time. Funny thing is, there is something DIFFERENT wrong with my car every single time; yet I do not change a thing. They have told me that I need to change my power steering fluid, which reading online and consulting Jiffy Lube, you do not! They told me I need to flush my transmission fluid (before 50,000 miles); funny, Chrysler recommends NOT to do this. Uh oh, I have to change my brakes, nope, just fine. Okay, so I know that they have a quota and they are supposed to upsell you, but at this particular automotive service center, they make it seem like a life or death situation. I ask, how bad is it? And they respond, well, we cannot say, but it could happen any time, like, as soon as you leave. And they do not give you enough time to talk it over and feel extreme pressure. One time I did pay for a new battery, even though I knew I should not have done it because they told me it failed a test and was not operating correctly. I thought to myself, uh, it works just fine and said as much. They asked me if I ever had problems starting the car and that it was an indicator. Haha, no! But I had a long trip ahead, so I opted to get the battery replace for safety's sake. $120 later, I regret this decision because now my check engine light comes on and off all the time. Lovely. Service department is a fraud. They first try to take advantage of women, who stereotypically don't know much about cars. And, when I got involved, they still tried to push me towards paid service vs warranty work. That's the short story. I've been working on my own and friends cars, dealing with dealers and independent shops for years and this is the most blatant scam I've ever seen. Took car in for warranty work, they said it would be a week to get the warranty part in. However, service adviser said a common fix is a $390 injector system cleaning - and that the car would be fixed the same day. He spouted off completely incorrect terminology and uses for parts that were "carboned up" and dirty. When I asked the service writer to explain and send me a few pictures, he back pedaled. I asked because I had taken off the part he said was "full of carbon" and it was completely clean, not an hour before. Also, carbon doesn't exist ever where they said it was - at least not in cars built after 1974. Magically, when I denied the service and asked to speak to someone else, the car magically got the week-delayed part in 12 hours. During this episode, they also tried to sell similar "cleaning" and "tuneup" services, like spark plugs could cause the problem. They even threatened to void the warranty if we didn't replace the spark plugs (4 for $90!), even though the 50k-mile car has 100k service interval on the plugs. Wow. We'll never go back and tell all our friends the same. Makes me feel sorry for all the women/non-car-folks that go there and get scammed by their tactics. read more

If you can't get qualified on your own, it only means you are about to be ravaged financially as they give you a ridiculous interest rate. I haven't had more than 6% on any of my cars. But when i came to pick up my vehicle at 5:00pm, the service representative stated that the tech had to leave early and was not able to finish the repair work even though i was told to arrive after 4:30 and all work would be done. A little frustrating as you can imagine. I did have to come back the next day - a second trip with no consideration or compensation by Dealer management or the service department. I wasn't pleased with the customer service or quality of work. I was having what appeared to me to be battery issues but it also wouldn't rev past 2300 rpm and the check engine light came on, so I brought my Jeep in. They did a standard electronic engine control diagnosis ($117.38). They read the code (free at any auto parts store) that said DTC P0562 battery voltage low. Their diagnosis (which I paid $117.38 for) came back with $3663.23 of needed repairs included replacing every fluid in my car (not because they opened the differentials or transfer case etc. and saw they were dirty but because Jeep recommends changing fluids at 60k miles) and an oil pan gasket replacement when the oil isn't leaking bad enough to have ever dripped on my driveway (basically some repairs that had nothing to do with the problem I brought it in for). On top of that it took them from Tuesday around 4 until Thursday around 10 to finish my diagnosis. I was without a car that entire time. The worst part is I asked what the minimum I could do to get my jeep back working and they told me I really kind of needed to do them all. Which I felt was unethical. Some of the parts pricing was very high and some were fair and their labor rate was about $115/hr which isn't the worst I have seen. But overall I had a very bad experience. I ended up fixing the problem (a new battery) at AutoZone for about $130. Edit: update- they also quoted me the wrong axel type. They said a Dana 30 and I have Dana 44s. Not a big problem but they are a Jeep dealership. They should know. They specifically told me they checked my fluids but somehow did not notice that my oil was below the safe level. Bought a 2012 used Dodge Caravan from them two months ago. Alternator already went out on it. I drove my previous dodge caravan for 11 years and 175000 miles and never had an alternator problem. They refused to do anything at first but a 10% discount on the bill which was still more than cost estimate from another local business. Not interested in fostering customer loyalty. Now I know why the paperwork coordinator tried pushing so hard on the extended warranty. They came back with an offer of an after market part to meet their bottom line when the competitor was offering factory made part. They are more worried about padding their bottom line instead of maintaining customer loyalty. I wish I had checked Yelp before I bought from them. read more

There service department is an absolute nightmare to work with. They are rude and never willing to go the extra mile to work around your schedule. We have bought 5 vehicles from there and will never buy another one. read more

I've had good experiences with them everytime I've gone there. They have a no hassle approach to selling where there was not a lot of pressure but they understood where I was coming from when I told them the deal they were offering wasn't going to work and where I needed to be. We found common ground and made a win-win deal (in my opinion). My Cherokee has been great and I will and do recommend them to friends. read more

First, let me say that the 2-star (versus a single star) rating is only because of some of the staff. My salesman was awesome. I am not a hard sell when I want something. I came in, wanted a 2015 Dodge Dart, and I bought one. That was the good news. I have had less than satisfactory dealing with this dealership since I purchased this vehicle, which is, in fact, a FIAT. That is also good news. I had an on-going problem with the TPMS malfunctioning. Three trips and no resolution. I will add that my requests to rotate tires and check them for damage were not followed. I finally went to another tire dealer and the problem was resolved in less than an hour without an appointment. My feeling is that this dealership doesn't value its customers. That would be my opinion. My feeling is also that Dodge/Chrysler/Fiat does not value its customers. Why? I took my Dart back less than 16 months after I had purchased it to see if i could trade it in for a truck. I spoke to the used car salesman and explained why I was there. I asked him if i needed to pull the car around since i had parked behind the building due to a lack of open spaces. He told me: "No, I don't need to see it." He then explained how Dodge was no longer making Darts (or Chrysler 200s for that matter), and that the Dart, regardless of trim or condition, was not going to be worth much at all. My vehice is towards the higher end and in excellent condition. He only asked me mileage and typed on the computer for a few seconds... "It's only gonna be around 10,000... Nobody wants 'em." REALLY? 'Nobody'? Cerainly not Dodge dealerships, huh? APPROX. 60% OF THE VALUE OF THE VEHICLE LOST IN LESS THAN 15 MONTHS? What did you sell me...? It's why I will buy another KIA after I drive my 'unwanted' DART into the ground! Dodge, you betrayed your customers. You could at least give us what the vehicles are worth if you hadn't shamelessly decreed they are 'worthless'. The dealeship was utterly unconcerned: "You'd be better off buying a NEW truck. (Gee, d'ya think?) The savings from promotions and rebates will be way more than the trade in value of your car." Gee, thanks. read more

I guess I should have read some of the reviews before taking my vehicle here for basic maintenance. I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off for an oil change, tire rotation and front end alignment on September 19, 2019 at 9:00 AM. At approximately 2:00 PM, I called to find out the status of my vehicle and was told by Cephus that they were busy and would need to keep it overnight. I thought this was strange since a non experienced tech could do most of the work. On September 20, 2019 at approximately 5:00 PM, I called Cephus to find out the status of my vehicle since he still hadn't called me. He stated that they found a minor oil leak and it was covered under my warranty but they would need to keep my vehicle until Monday. On September 23, 2019 no calls from the service department with an update. On September 24, 2019 at approximately 5:00 PM again with no updates from Cephus, I decided to go to the dealership to find out what was going on with my vehicle. I found it parked on the lot completed but no one bothered to call me. When I asked Cephus why he didn't call he stated that they just complete the work. I will not return to this dealership again to have any work done on my vehicle. Two days for minor maintenance and two days for minor warranty work. And one phone call over a six day period.
