The lack of response and treating us like we were bothering them when asking something. They were happy to take our money and keep pushing things that we told them we were not interested in. When we did cancel and leave, I called to get details about a refund. I was then talked down to by Ray. Mind you this was the first time I was able to get him on the phone in two years.
