There…read moreweren't any in-person agents available to see me, so the receptionist asked me to talk to an agent on the phone, gave me some scrap paper, and set me down in a random empty seat to talk to an agent on the phone. Unusual, but I went with it. I did end up getting a policy that was a decent price through Progressive (AAA partners with a number of other insurances in the area to give you the best deal), but my representative ended up adding my card to someone else's policy because she accidentally had their window open while taking my card information, which has ended up in $410.20 of excessive charges on my card, $167 of which has been refunded as soon as the OTHER customer realized the mistake, not the agent! The agent then insisted the issue is fixed, and then the rest hit me as re-occurring charges which is now supposedly fixed again but the refund is now stuck in limbo for a month while Progressive tries to send me a check via snail mail!... Totally unacceptable that they'd put my card info in someone else's account and then take so long to get the money back to me. Highly disappointed in my experience here.

Run, run fast, don't walk away from Nadimi. Allstate is great but Joe and his team are terrible…read more Did not file my new car insurance, hundreds in fines from DMV. Ripped me off with my teen drivers. I called a new Allstate agent who audited my policy and found over 30% in discounts that Nadimi never raised. Never once over the too many years did they actually call me to check in - ever! Never once did they call me with idea on how to improve my service or lower my policies. When they said they would send me something they rarely did. To cap it off, my home was randomly inspected, found to have some damage, Allstate told Nadimi but Nadimi never told me. Then I suddenly get letter that I will be dropped by Allstate in 45 days if not fixed. I have since come to learn that my agent was told many months before and was supposed to contact me about the issue. Why didn't I drop them sooner? Just too busy... but so glad with my new Allstate agent. I have complained to Allstate multiple times, they did give me list of other agents and I finally found one. Allstate should decertify and drop Nadimi.

She specializes in General dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, the thing that made her great is that she has a passion for both and is very good at explaining what needs to be done. In the end the patient is the one that decides what needs to be done but Lily always preached taking the most conservative approach which shows that she is more worried about the patient's longterm dental health rather than wallet. Lately, over the past 12 months, GEICO appears to have taken the practice of charging people in advance of the bill due date. That is to say, you pay your 6 Month Premium off inside of 4 months and are expecting to coast for the remaining two months before renewing. GEICO sends you a bill right away within weeks wanting PAYMENT FOR EARLY START OF THE COVERAGE. When you call and speak to their customer service representatives, you get a lot of incoherent information that makes no sense but they keep pressing you for the restart of your term 1-2 months before its due to actually start. When you ask them, what happens to the funds you have paid in advance if you choose to leave, they say that they will reimburse you for the extra months paid for. However, they refuse to put it in writing via email or written letter. GEICO has always been responsive when I needed auto insurance services and I am grateful but this advanced, early billing is questionable to say the least.

I'm lucky to have found an advisor that provided me with a positive experience. He's mindful of my financial goals, looks out for my best interests, and takes the time to explain everything to me -- especially since I'm a newbie when it comes to investments. We then contacted the advisor directly because clearly the assistant won't do her job to help. Advisor also ignored all emails and eventually someone else in the office emailed over the forms. All we needed were some simple forms and it took weeks to get it. We tried to be patient but it just got ridiculous. When someone finally emailed us the forms, we tried to thank them, only to have email bounce back because she decided to block us.
