Realtors are easy to find but ones that are thorough and knowledgeable are hard to come by. Dave stands out because he is not just a realtor but he has a background in contracting/ building, knows MV like the back of his hand (he is a long time resident), and his research methodology is like an engineer (detailed and thorough). Dave is a very friendly, caring, and a knowledgeable person and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him in our home buying process. It took us close to 6 months to find our "perfect home" and Dave was very patient throughout, in any kind of questions/concerns we had and you know there are tons of those when it comes to first time home buyers :) He made sure we "fell in love" with the place we buy and that is all he cared about. As a first time buyer, I had no idea about the process involved in buying a house. Katy was very patient and guided me through the entire process. She is extremely attentive to details and never settles for a house. Every time we would visit a house for viewing, she would go through it as though she is buying it for herself. She would give the pros and cons of each of the houses and make sure i understand what they meant. She did not have an ounce of frustration when I was indecisive about a house. Her priority was to make sure I would be happy in the house that I buy. I was introduced to the Dave Keefe Real Estate team in Dec of 2015 to discuss selling my current home and then buying a new one. I remember meeting Dave for the first time.
