She listened to what I wanted, and suggested a full haircut instead of a bang trim. I said yes. She gave me more layers, and I LOVE it! She did say something about two of us were waiting for a haircut; we could wait for the other two stylists in the salon. When I saw the list that person did put a name on the stylist column. I understand that we miscomunicated somewhere there; however, waiting time is critical and so does the selected stylist. I should have known the name of the stylist I wanted; however, at this salon before, customers just point out who they were waiting for. I just had a bad day, I think.

Then she gave me a cut that I really like. It moves beautifully, and I can pull it back if needed or just wear it loose. I came back and I'm even happier. She got my frizzy hair smooth and shiny.
