When she washed her hair the next day, her ends were clearly burned--likely why it was curled to hide the damage. When she called to speak to the manager, Ashley called back instead, became defensive, and accused her of lying. The manager later said she "understood both sides" but still told her she was no longer welcome--just for asking for a refund on a service she didn't want. They refunded the haircut, but the way they handled it was unprofessional and dismissive. Definitely not what you'd expect from a "high-end" salon!

I have medium length hair and was looking for an inch taken off. He did a great job and actually taught me some things about my hair. The cut did not include a wash though and my left and right side were really uneven. My biggest issue is with where the topic of conversation landed. We started talking about pets and he started telling me about how he dominated his tiny dog by hitting it a few times. He also went into a story that involved him telling the adoption agency multiple times that he planned on killing the dog if they didn't take it back. Pretty awkward.

Not only the my stylist Aaron Griffin put dark brown on my roots, he also didn't bother to ask how I wanted my hair. Right before he took his shears to my hair, I said I have a picture of what I wanted (shoulder length with lots of layers). He glanced at the picture and brushed it off with a flippant "cool" and started cutting. By the time I left, I was done, my hair was cut to my jawline. When it came time to pay, my total came to $165. When I got to my car, I was in tears because of how awful it was. When confronted later on, he tried to say I had shoulder length hair when I came in and that the reason my hair turned out so short was because I wanted lots of layers.
