Come to find out, I'd been set up for a policy that would only pay out about 25% of the value for all causes, the remaining 75% was exclusively in the event of accidental death (giving them the opportunity to dispute the cause in virtually any scenario, now that it's not for "ALL" causes). This was nowhere on the application and was explicitly stated to not be the case when I spoke with the rep. (Wasn't any cheaper than what other companies would charge for what I thought I was buying, before you think "this guy should've known because it cost so much less than normal") I only found out because I was mailed more paperwork after I'd already started making payments and was trying to find the requirements for a physical. Many people probably go their whole lives without seeing this, as it doesn't come until they're already covered. Reached out to cancel, and the "call me or email if you ever have any questions, I'm here to help" rep didn't even respond. Had to call the company-wide number and do it the corporate way. Not at ALL what I paid for. If you're counting on a Fidelity Life policy to be there for your family should something happen to you, make sure you read all the fine print. Don't trust what the salesman promises you. They'll have their money but your family will not.

I will never ever recommend Magnum insurance company to anyone. I was once a Magnum customer and my vehicle was in a accident on October 25th 2024. I was hit front behind unfortunately I was told that my car would be totaled out. My insurance was paid fir the month of November. I reach out to Magnum insurance company to tell them that I no longer need insurance because my car was totaled out as of October 25th 2024. I was informed by one of there representatives that they could not cancel my policy unless I provide documents that my car totaled. At that present time I did not have the letter that they were requesting. I was just told by mouth from the adjuster for claims from the person that hit me insurance company that my car was totaled. So the representative provided me with an email to send all the documents to once I receive the letter that was needed. I provide the letter that was needed comes December I'm receiving letter stating that my policy is going to be canceled. I reach out to a representative once again and ask why am I receiving cancellation letters. I cancel my insurance I haven't needed insurance since October 25th 2024 and I provide them with the documents that was needed. Do you know Magnum insurance knew I no longer needed their insurance policy and didn't want to pay me back my money for the month of November they are doing everything to try to keep my money for the November. Every time I call and talk to representative they try to come up with every reason why they can't refund my money. So today February 14th 2025 I receive a letter from Magnum insurance saying I owe them and they going to send me to collections. Shame on Magnum insurance.
