The sights that i brought in to be installed are a little worn and i was refused service at another shop at another local gunsmith. They suggested i purchase new sights from them instead. But TRI saw a way and got it installed in 15 min. Clean install and i was able to zero them fine. They even gave me tips on how to zero co witnessed with my red dot. Will definitely come back for all my gun needs. Hopefully they start doing laser stippling soon. Great service and professional. Straight up and i never felt like they were trying to up-sale or nickel and dime me. I even wanted to buy something from them because I thought they didn't charge me enough for the install.

The gun I purchased today was a fair price. I asked about Memorial Day sales, the answer was "probably not" but he asked for me, it was still a "no"but it was a respectfully delivered no. I understand a business owner needs to protect his margins, and have price integrity to keep the lights on, hire good staff, and an everything that goes into a business, so I purchased the gun at their sticker price. Which I had done plenty of research and determined their price was fair. Good employees are hard to find, Chris and staff today were personable, customer service oriented, knowledgeable and polite. As a local business owner I can understand how hard it is to staff, and frankly I can understand a business owner maybe having a bad day and being a little short or snappy on previous response. So I'm removing the 1 star and changing it to a 4 star as this new experience significantly improves how I feel about the shop.

The final fit and finish far surpasses what was expecting and I couldn't be happier with the product. These guys absolutely know what they're doing and I'm confident will not turn back anything but the best to you no matter what your project is.
