The fact that I was able to schedule the installation during my work hours, having the service performed in my office building was worth it as I didn't need to take time off or use personal time during the weekend. I called Jeff prior to ordering the tires (ordered my tires online and shipped to Tread Connection) and he was patient in explaining how the process works in regards to him receiving the tires and then confirming an appointment with me for installation. The appointment was punctual! Scheduled at 11:00 AM and I received an ETA text message letting me know they were on their way arriving at 11:05 AM. Jeff was very cool, professional, and definitely worth recommending. He provided a card with more information about the company and also mentioned they are able to get tires as well, so next time I will be considering them for a tire purchase as well and having an all-in-one solution.

I initially started to look up a nearby shop I could drive to, but then noticed a solid 5 star rating for Gaff's Mobile Tires that caught my eye. I hadn't considered a mobile option and that convenience was a big plus. When I called, he answered right away and provided me a quote. He was available to come later that same day and was very communicative with ETA updates via text. He arrived when he said he would, and ended up repairing two tires for me in under an hour, all at the same quoted price. Turns out I had bad air valves on both, which he replaced, and he topped off all 4 tires with air. The next day when my same back tire went low on pressure again, I text him to ask what else the problem could be and he offered to come back the same day and take another look. Thats when we found out there was a big nail deep in the tread that neither of us noticed previously. He promptly fixed it at no additional charge!
