This company is family owned and do the installation themselves. Our carport was installed 6 days after I placed the order. A crew of 4 showed up on time and was courteous. Only recommendation I have is if you order leg height under 9' and you want a corner brace on every leg you have to ask for it. I was not aware of this and would have paid more to have it done. Our carport is 21' x 20' x 7'. Installation was done in 1 hr 15 min. I would definitely use them again.

We had actually ordered a RV carport from another manufacturer three months before ordering this garage to them they came within three weeks even with ordering during the busy holiday season and our RV carport still has not been installed after four months. so if you are going to go with a garage or carport manufacturer and installer I definitely recommend JP carports from our experience with two manufacturers they have definitely been the easiest the best communicator and the quickest to install. I was worried whenever the installers came out because our other place we went through has postponed several times of installation due to bad weather and they came out even though it was raining they literally set it up while it was still sprinkling it took them an hour and a half two hours tops and they were finished with the entire process and I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend going through Francisco for any work that you need.
