They flicked off their lights as soon as we stepped away from the window despite another customer approaching. This was about 7:04pm. Afterwards, I was able to put in my request for the food to get remade 10-15 minutes before my courier is supposed to pick it up. Once I got the order the rice was lumpy and cold and the chicken was chewy and also cold, not to mention the piece of plastic in my meal. Before ordering from here I checked the reviews and already had my hopes and standards lowered regarding the quality of my food, but wow I did not expect it to be this disappointing. I do not know if I will ever eat at a chipotle again. It seems like they make food for college kids at frats who have no idea about food standards.
