He was outstanding, fixed the problem, but told us our 25 year old furnace had problems and would probably need to be replaced. We had heat for a time, then went out. We called Jaenke and talked with Flo, she was truly awesome - got Chad out to our house, he called and ordered a new furnace. Monday morning 2 installers arrived at 8 am, tore out our old furnace, replaced it with a new furnace. The 2 installers were excellent, explained everything to us, and by noon, we had heat.
