I waited less than 5 minutes for my pick up order and the staff was kind. I got the #2 combo which consists of 2 sliders and I added cheese to both. I am a punk when it comes to spice so the spice level I got was lite mild. Their flavors go all the way up to "REAPER" which is supposed to be spicy straight out of helllll lol. Also try the HONEY on your sandwich as well, it gives it a nice sweet flavor with the spice. I paid a total of $17.68 dollars for the #2 combo with added cheese to both . The only thing I would ask them to ONE DAY consider is using better cheese, and give more cheese options ie; pepper jack, swiss, provolone I think that would make the sandwiches even more of a banger . Walked in one day ordered a meal to go , sad down and cut my jacket open on the sharp corner in the picture . Asked for a manager , AR comes out to speak to me . I ask for the store managers business card he gives me a free item card and tells me the store has no business cards . Ask for the managers name he tells me it's BLUE. Says the manager will be in the next day . I called the restaurant the next day a female picked up the phone and kept it off the hook , and then no one answered the phone when I tried . I left a review online , hoping I would get someone to reach out to me , all I got was a credit for another meal . Came in to use my credit and the cashier kept telling me that the code is not working . AR comes up to resolve the issue and proceeds to walk into the kitchen and talk about me because the entire cooking staff was staring at me . The food container shouldn't come out greasy and dirty to the customer as pictured. Also , as you see in these photos , the sharp edge was repaired with tape . My friend told me a Dave's hot chicken had opened walking distance from the gym so obviously we had to grab some protein after a work out. I love chicken sandwiches so I worked out extra hard just to grab some. I decided to go with "medium" just to start out because I wasn't sure how spicy it was. I got a chicken sandwich that came with pickles and fries. I was pleasantly surprised how juicy and tender the chicken was, none of that dryness you get from major chain chicken restaurants. The service was a tad slow but you can't rush perfection. The shop was small but there was around 5 small tables with 2-3 seats each. Visited this place $18.00 for 3 or 4 chicken tenders with fries. Besides it being super fried, it was overly seasoned where I didn't taste chicken at all. It tasted like takis/hot fries on chicken. I actually loved my experience here! I'm not a huge chicken sandwich junkie as I dislike a massive chicken breast in the actual sandwich, so I'm incredibly picky when it comes to chicken. The line here was quite long, we waited around 30 min to get to the front and order. Upon ordering I got the chicken sandwich combo which is two burgers with fries and pickles on the side. You get to chose your spice level so I went for hot and extra hot. The last tier is the hottest level and supposedly you need to sign a waiver to actually get that. The spice level here is actually moderate and I did not find it to be spicy at all! It's mostly coloring which can scare you away, but I thought it was very tasty and the crunch on the chicken was delicious! There are few menu options so they really specialize and take pride in their chicken which is comforting to see. I would most definitely go back here and try the spiciest level as I'm sure I can handle it, overall the food was mouth watering and the hype surrounding Dave's is worth it! read more

Horrendous customer service!!!!! Picked up an order on 2/9/2023 to is 2/15/2023. This restaurant forgot a whole entire meal. I picked up in Brooklyn and brought it back to Staten Island. I called the restaurant to tell them and they said come back. I made them aware that I live in Staten Island and that was not an option. I kindly asked them to just refund me the one meal they did not packed with the order. They refused and said they were busy. I have called everyday since then and I get the same answer, "the manager is not in". I ask me for my phone number and that the manager will call me back. That still has yet to happen.
