DO not trust Premier Automotive RV or the owner, George. He asked for over half the payment up front before even knowing the total repair cost, kept our RV for months ) over nine,) and still didn't fix it. We ended up paying a major RV company to repair it in just an hour and a half -- they said most of the work Premier claimed to do was never done. George stopped answering calls and made excuse after excuse. He took advantage of an elderly couple and cost us over $12,000. Zero stars if I could -- avoid this business at all costs. read more

Run from this place, this guy is a liar and will take you to the cleaners. We had a problem with the toilets in our RV. We were from out of town and he knew that we were camping for a month. He was recommended to us and told us to have our RV there at 9 AM and he would try to have back to us at the end of the day. This was a Friday. He never called us back and they were closed for the weekend. We went there on Monday to find out that he never touched it and he told us he was just gonna get to it now. He continued to tell us that he was waiting on the factory to send a schematics For the toilet. Thursday came, we called him and demanded our RV back when lo and behold the schematics came through. He said he would immediately began work on it and sure enough had it fixed with a couple hours. When I asked him for the schematics, he said he never got them from the factory and the only thing he did was put a hose down the toilet, which apparently fix the problem. We had also asked him to check the TV antenna which he replaced. The total work that he actually did do seemed to take a couple hours, but yet he had it for a week. He charged us $2080 and made it like he did a lot of work. He lied to us about schematics and the work that he did on it. I would not recommend this guy, (George) he's a liar and charged us an enormous amount of money to stick a hose down the toilet and change an antenna. read more

We bought our second used RV in November of '24 and had a few issues that needed to be addressed. My previous experience with the RV dealers was unpleasant at best so I thought I would try Premier since it was 10 minutes from my house. Glad I did. George, the owner, is a perfectionist, almost to a fault. I can tell you he knows RV's and can pretty much diagnose the issue before he even checks it out. Is he the fastest? No, unless you have an emergency or you're packed up and ready to go. Is he the cheapest? He's less expensive than the dealers but above all, he is honest. He is the only guy I know that will come to you if you're stranded and I witnessed that myself. His new facility in Seville is beautiful, has multiple bays and all the latest equipment. A few weeks prior to our trip to New England in our 2015 Roadtrek CS-Adventurous, the 4 original 6-volt AGM coach batteries stopped holding their charge. This was despite recharging them by driving the RV and through the solar roof panels. We contacted several RV dealers in our area, but they could not see us for months. While on-line browsing "mobile RV service" listings, we found several near us, but they failed to return our calls. Then we found George Millsop's Premier Automotive & RV Service in nearby Medina, OH. Based on the symptoms, George thought it was worn out AGM batteries. He was able to schedule us for an appointment in just two weeks. George's original diagnosis proved correct. The original AGMs had simply worn out and no longer could hold a sufficient charge. He ordered replacement AGMs for us. Knowing of our upcoming trip, as soon as they arrived, George promptly had the new AGMs installed. This was in spite a difficult frozen battery bracket on the rear underside. While our RV was in their shop, Premier also repaired some nagging problems for us. They fabricated a wooden bracket to reattach the drooping panel over the sliding door. They secured a loose inside sliding door panel with new fasteners. Also, they cleaned and lubricated the grinding extension step under the sliding door. We highly recommend George Millsop's Premier Automotive & RV Service. They treated us in a friendly, professional, and conscientious manner. We would not hesitate to have future RV service done there. As a result, we were able to start our RV trip with only a few lost days. Their workmanship held up. We experienced no further complications from these repairs. Premier RV did a wonderful job repairing my truck camper and installing new tie downs. Once they started the work, we realized it would take more effort and longer to find the correct parts than originally expected but George and his staff did the research and were able to complete the job for the cost originally quoted. The new location in Seville is wonderful, clean, spacious and easy to find from the Interstate. I have told my friends how pleased I am with the end result and will definitely come back if I need service again. read more

Took my Motorhome to get the levelers to work and have the sending unit replaced on the fuel tank. The owner of Premier ended up having my motor home for over a month claiming to spend hours trying to follow the wiring for the levelers and diagnose the issue. The day before I had to pick it up he finally claimed that all it was was a disconnected plug up front near the control panel. I got charged a lot of money for a simple fix. Very disappointed and won't be returning to this business for any future work. read more

We were driving our RV to Maine and our house power went out along the way. Although Premier was booked up for the next five days George listen to our situation and said he would get us fixed up because that's what they do. And that's what they did, within an hour we were fixed and on our way. George is not just a good but a great Samaritan and a very knowledgeable electrician. read more

Two years ago we took our Coachman Apex to Premier Auto and RV before going on a long road trip out west. We wanted to have the brakes checked to ensure a safe trip. George looked things over, made some adjustments, but said we didn't need to replace them at that time. We were fairly new to RV life and appreciated the honest assessment. After several more long road trips, it was time to have the brakes replaced and George took care of that for us in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. We also had purchased a new ceiling fan online to be installed over the front of the camper. They took care to cut this hole in the roof, minding the existing wiring and making sure the interior looked great. George also took the time to call us after we got on the road to make sure everything was going well and we were having a great time on our trip! I need to get my bills from this place and then I can tell you, how much they over charged us. For a RV repair and car repair not needed. It was in the thousands, for stuff they didn't do and said they did. It's easy to take people when you are trusting. The RV motorhome was taken in for a belt that was broke, needed to be replaced (mileage 16,0568) ended up being told we need a new alternator $880.00 belt $112.95 U joints $230.00 Replace U joints $220.00 replace ALT AND BELT $329.00 TOTAL with other stuff done normal maintain. total bill $2,200.83. Kept unit for months, claiming trying to fix center lights, they wouldn't come on. Said they had to tear up under bed to fix( Lie), took unit to Holiday Rambler for repair and to check on what was done. The lights needed a fuse only, told me it might cost me $1000.00 to fix lights. When I drove it home it took awhile for it to even run correctly. Parked in drive, next go outside to check something and no electric with batteries or with house electric NOTHING USELESS. Called and demanded he come here and make my RV WORK. He came it was freezing outside, but I tried to stay out there and see what they had done to stop everything from working. They wouldn't fix it while I was out side, BUT THEY FIXED IT. NOTHING WAS REALLY WRONG, THEY DISCONNECTED SOMETHING!!!!!! This is a 40 foot motor home and my husband asked, if they would work on it in side ( they said yes) but no way this would fit inside. Also lied about things my car needed, don't have bill gave it to person who took car. 1994 roadmaster buick. , over 3,000.00 Took off my shocks and put on some cheap ones, I had the transmission worked on else where ( they showed me oil or something under car and said guy didn't do something) I could feel difference in ride, so I took the car to Chevy dealer to put on their rack (nothing was changed by oil or whatever, they told me the shocks were the cheapest you could put on. After he worked on needed to disconnect Air conditioner, and every time I drove the car something else was wrong. This all took place Jan. 4 2008, so I can't remember everything he messed up on car, I no longer felt safe driving car, so bought a new car. I LOVED THAT CAR, he knew I wanted to keep car forever, so he said I needed all these things, so I could keep car longer (ALL LIES) They smile when they tell you this stuff.
