While traveling in my travel trailer across the country in June 2023, my AC and Fridge needed warranty work. I made an appointment at All Seasons RV. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed and a Service Advisor (SA) got the work underway. The tech diagnosed and fixed the problems within a couple of hours. The SA indicated that I needed to pay the Dometic warranty charges in advance to All Season RV, and I would be refunded on my VISA card when Dometic had paid the service facility for the warranty charge submission. All seemed fine and on the up-and-up. I waited a month and received no word from All Seasons RV and no refund on my VISA. I contacted the service facility and spoke with a different SA. He checked out my invoice and claim. I was informed that the previous SA had been terminated for incompetence. I was also informed that no warranty claims had been submitted to Dometic on my behalf. On further searching, the SA indicated that no photos of serial numbers for the two appliances had ever been taken by the tech carrying out the work. I was asked to open up the AC unit and the Fridge and photograph the serial numbers and forward those to the SA at All Seasons RV. After the extra effort, I received a call from the SA indicating they could not submit the Dometic claims for me. and I would need to submit them personally. The SA forwarded a Dometic form. According to the SA, I would now need to package up all the information and submit it to Dometic on my own time. It could take at least another month to receive a re-reimbursement from Dometic, assuming the claim would be approved. Does this sound like a well-documented process within the All Season RV business? Does this sound like the kind of service and run around you will want to receive from an RV Service firm? At 72 years old, I just do not have the time to hit my head against the wall multiple times, expecting different results. All Season RV should have stood behind their service agreement and just refunded the amount ($187) to me directly. This is no way to do business! read more

So very disappointed in our salesperson, Mike. Before we signed papers to purchase a new camper, Mike reassured us that there would be NO problem in moving our old camper from campground. I showed him pictures of the dilapidated camper and he, again, said there would be no problem. We even spent $400 on new tires in order to transport camper. He NEVER told us "if camper was road ready"..... it is clear, now, that he would say whatever we wanted to hear, in order to make his sale! After we signed papers to purchase camper, it THEN became a problem that All Seasons would not be able to move camper, even though salesperson, Mike, "gave us his word"! On a phone call, with All Seasons general manager participating and phone on speaker, Mike had the audacity to claim that we were not "honest" with him!!! Customer service is above and beyond!! My lock broke and I had no idea what to do. I called and they thought they had the replacement lock that I was looking for. It turned out not to fit but they were willing to help me call other RV places to find the correct one. They were even willing to help my tape my door shut so that I was able to drive to the next place. read more

Salesman and general manager do not have time for a woman. I was preapproved for a large RV loan. They would not even speak to me in person nor on the phone. The service department was very helpful. If you're a man you probably will have good service. If you are a woman go somewhere else. read more

I purchased a 2022 stealth 26 fb. Took it out on its second trip the power awning didn't work. Checked it out. And seen someone must have worked on it before. Probably didn't work when they inspected it to sell. The reason I know it that is the Phillips head on the bolt holding the motor on was tore up. Looked like the tech used the wrong size driver to remove. The guy on the phone was very argumentative with me. Told me I'd have to pull it up to them 3 hours away. It would cost me more in fuel. I'm sure there was a work order on their half assed repair. It's a 70 dollar part. You'd think they would take care of it. It was a 50,000 dollar camper. I don't recommend working with these guys. read more

Extremely disappointed. Went to pick up our RV today. We were so excited. It was strange they wanted us to do the paperwork first and then do the walk through. It took 3 times of insisting to see the RV before we paid for it. Well, one of the techs had caulked something and looked like a 3 year old. We said we would not take it that way. It got bizarre from there. Wanted us to pay for it and promised they would fix it. Then copped an attitude. Caught them is several lies. We ended up walking away. read more

I have been a customer here for almost 30 years. Everyone has always been friendly and knowledgeable. It is a family owned place and the owner is there and tries to help. I have bought new and used travel trailers here. I have also had many campers serviced here many times. They have always fixed them right and treated me fairly. I love this place. I have been to competitors in the area each time I bought a new one. This place treated me way nicer and I feel they were honest with me and priced fairly. read more

Set up an appointment to view an RV we were interested and told the sales person that it was a two hour drive and we were in our way. We were 15 minutes from the dealership and they called and said they sold the unit. Terrible customer service. read more

We purchased a new Riverside Retro from All Seasons in October of 2023. When we called to arrange to pick it up we were told the person we needed to talk to wasn't there and wouldn't be in until the next week. Out of all the people who worked there no one else was able to give us an appointment to pick it up. the following week we got to talk to that one person and set up a time to pick it up. In November I emailed them asking about a simple repair. They never responded. In December I emailed them again and again got no response. The first week of January I called and got someone who agreed to look into getting the necessary parts. A few weeks later no results so I called again and was told that the person I needed to talk to wasn't there but they would look into it. Needless to say I never got any further response. Out of desperation I contacted the manufacturer Riverside, they immediately resolved the problem. The Riverside company makes fantastic campers but All Seasons Rv is a horrible place to buy one. read more

I knew what I wanted, and the dealership had several. Worked via email, with Dalton. Drove from Lockport NY, to finalize everything. "Little Joe" did a wonderful job going through the setup & takedown. Answered all my questions, except one, but I knew I could find the answer in the owners manual (lug nut torsion). This place is absolutely horrible don't ever waste your time or money!!! We hauled our camper to them 4 times to fix and 4 times they ordered the wrong parts! It's a four hour round trip for us ! Horrible sales department. Sales lady acted like she knew more than anyone else and in fact she knew less then I did about the unit we were looking at. We asked for another sales person and stood around for 45 min... left. We ended up purchasing unit from michigan and the dealer I am dealing with is great. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They have one mechanic that is spread too thin to be effective. Spent 4-grand and still have the same problems I had when i went in 5-times! Go to Commercial Electric on Garden Highway. They have good honest service at a reasonable price read more

This place is fantastic. I am most pass it up because of peoples reviews but I decided to take a chance I took my golf stream in there to be serviced and they were quick and prompt about it. I was walking over killing time in looking at the newer campers the sales team was non-pushy and informative I did not buy a new camper today because mines only 10 years old I still Got a few years left in her. Called 5 days ago for a trailer hitch quote for our Cadillac SUV, and had to leave a message. Called back the next day as I did not hear back from them and gave them exactly what I was looking for. That was on Tuesday today is now Friday and I have still not heard back from them. So, my RV is located on a seasonal site close to the streetsboro facility. I need some warranty work done. The service department on multiple occasions has informed me that they would send someone to look at the issue. After weeks of nobody showing up and exchanging multiple e-mails I decided to call. The person on the phone told me that I needed to bring it to them and that the problem I'm having is not under warranty. I was once again told that they will correct my issues with nothing more than a run around. It seems to me that once they sell you a unit and have your money, they are done with you. I am not the type to write a review because I believe in receiving a certain level of service when making the purchase of a big ticket item like an RV. However, with that being said, I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase an RV that they take the time to call Mike Klingensmith at All Seasons RV in Streetsboro. My wife and I had been researching on the internet for travel trailers. After several months, we decided to go to All Seasons and look at a few different models. From the very first phone call I felt comfortable. I spoke with Mike Klingensmith to arrange a meeting and made it clear that we were coming to look and not buy. Mike spent a couple of hours with us showing us several trailers and talking about pros and cons and working with us to find a trailer that best suited us. He treated us like gold. In fact the whole staff at All Seasons treated our family like their own family. Everyone was very friendly, forthcoming with information and pricing. Mike kept in contact with us months after we left answering questions that I would have on various topics and was always upfront with us. As you can guess from this review after two months we decided to purchase with Mike at All Seasons. The day we did our walkthrough of our trailer, the service department spent hours with us showing ever detail of our new purchase. In conclusion, everyone wants a great deal but every business needs to turn a profit. I can say without hesitation that All Seasons RV gave us a great deal. I had spoken with Don and he knew I was driving 5 hours round trip to view a used camper that was the size I had been looking for. When I got there at my appt time, 4:30 pm he was busy selling a "new" one to someone else so I checked out the camper on my own. He came out finally and was friendly. He told me they had this camper sitting for 2 years and they wanted to deal but then rudely offered me 4,700. on my camper, knowing I would be offended and not accept and leave. The next day I see on this site a "deal pending" on the camper I had just looked at, at 6 pm the day before. So, a deal was already pending from the weekend sale they ran and they let me take a half day off work which is another 1 1/2 hrs away, drive an additional 5 hours anyway, kept me waiting an hour and then offered this insulting trade so I would up and leave as Don told me he knew I would. I don't call that good business ethics. He should have told me there was a deal pending and not wasted my time and vacation time I had to use to leave work. My trade in camper is far nicer than 4,700 and they have smaller older campers on the lot right now they are selling for at least 3,000. more. How can I post something less that one star? Been a long time customer of All Seasons. Had a major problem with my class A RV slide. Took it to All Seasons. They had it for 7 weeks. Kept telling me they were short handed, new units coming in, waiting on parts, etc, etc. Had me go to Lowe's and purchased new linoleum and pay for it in advance. Finally the day after the management team went to Disney'World, they had the service scheduler call me to say they weren't going to work on it. Too late to get it fixed elsewhere before winter trip. Missed most of camping season. Can't even schedule again until spring. Whatever you do not take your unit to this dealer. Really poor customer service and next to none for customer relations. read more
