This dress should not have had any cleaning chemicals on it but somehow it came back with stains that look like oil or grease. Nobody said anything to me when I picked it up. Just happened to see a handwritten note stating they needed more time for stain removal. I went back to the Main Dunstable Rd location and we opened the bag together to examine the dress. The clerk sent it back and told me to pick up Friday. I went Friday and delivery hadn't happened yet so I stopped in at 9:00 am Saturday before work. It never made it over. She gave me the names of the supervisor and owner and I headed to Canal St to find my dress. The clerk there said it wasn't ready and that Ben, Saturday supervisor, wouldn't be in until 11:00. I called at 11:20, no Ben. I called at noon, again, no Ben. I left my name and number and did not get any call. Steve called at 1:45. Still no Ben. At this time I firmly believe we were given the runaround. Ben was avoiding the situation. I called Monday morning and again, no supervisor to speak to. I left another message. 3 hours later, no call back. I called again and was hung up on. I called again. Spoke to Sam-possibly the owner? Unsure. Sam apologized and said the dress was cleaned improperly even though it should have only been pressed. He offered to make it right by fixing my dress which is for my son's wedding this weekend. Offered free cleaning. I told him I would never use them again and they were our go to since we have been in Nashua. The customer service I received is by far the worst I have ever had from any business. I told him to get my dress cleaned and it had to be dropped off to me at work by 5:00 pm Tuesday. He promised he would. My dress was dropped off, wrapped pretty in a pink bag with an envelope attached. I asked the driver to wait while I opened it and he refused stating he had to get his child at daycare. Not surprised, my dress looks as bad as it did and the note stated it looked perfect. Honestly, if this was handled properly, I'd give them a second chance but the complete avoidance has me floored. Thankfully I was aware enough to get a back up last minute but dang-it's a bit infuriating to be treated in this manner. I've now had to pay for 2 dresses. **edit to add that a DD gift card and refund does not make this right. I sent in the claim with my expectations. The only way to make this right was for it not to happen. It's not just a wedding, it is my sons wedding.** Customer service still isn't your thing apparently.
