The supervisor waved off his responsibility by stating that their machine would not have torn off just one tooth. Instead, it would have damaged off the whole row. Make sense? Reassuring? This supervisor suggested I could repair the zipper for the usual cost of $45 (in addition to the $32 I already paid for cleaning). No accommodation at all and no acceptance of any responsibility. Needless to say, I'll never bring anything to this Anton's again.

She looked at me then at the comforter and flatly said ok with an eye roll. I should have taken my comforter and left at that time. However, I didn't. I picked up my comforter today, and it seems they didn't take listen and have snags all over my expensive comforter. Very disappointing to pay $50 and have my comforter ruined even when I notified them for need of increased delicacy. Will not be returning.

I have heard every excuse...including personal degradation and insults, just because I have asked to have my daughter's button returned. These people literally stole my daughter's buttons and are refusing to give them back. I will NEVER use their services, again. (They have offered me a $100 credit to let it go.) Use their services at your own risk but, if you have something lovely and vintage? Expect it to be stolen and for the staff to play dumb.

She knows her regular customers by name. By the time you pull up to their store and get out of your car, she has what you are picking up already waiting for you at the register. What makes this dry cleaner/laundry so great is how they deal with stains. They have a master-class stain expert on staff where the actual cleaning is done, with years of experience and training. If you can say what the stain is made of (grease, blood, BBQ sauce, mustard and relish, etc.) your garments come back stain-free. Believe me, I have put them through their paces and have yet to not get back clothing that went in stained, but comes back looking new. Between the woman I mentioned (I regret I do not recall her name) and their expert - this place is amazing. I do not know their competitions' pricing, so I cannot offer a comparison - but I do not care. Their work is the best I have found, living for the past 48 years in Nashua.
