So now I have a massive felled tree in my backyard that I have to clear before a birthday party this weekend. They came by the next day and worked the whole day in the pouring rain to get this tree out of my yard. professional, thorough, and did an excellent job. They even fluffed the grass back up at the end of the day that had been tracked down over the course of getting the tree out. They delivered it the same day, but it was not quality wood nor was it 400+ pieces. The guy who delivered it said it was only a face cord. It wasn't even that. It was covered in snow, ice and grass. I contacted them to let them know I was very disappointed and the guy I spoke to was very unprofessional and rude. The pieces of wood were spongy and most were only about 8". There were a lot of little pieces of wood and nothing over 10".
