Dave's Taxi is the WORST!!! They give rides for people with health problems. They want the customer to give them 48 hours when we need transportation, that"s easy enough. But they do not pick you up!!! I had a Dr's appointment today, I gave them their 48 hours notice and 5 minutes before they were supposed to be here, they sent a voicemail stating they didn't have any transportation to bring me to my appointment.. They didn't even have the balls to talk to me personally, a voicemail. This is the 3rd time they didn't keep up their end of the deal. People with medical issues rely on transportation and this is what they do. They don't care that we have to reschedule, hope that they will pick us up. I live in rural NH and by myself. I depend on certain things that I need. Dave's Taxi is not a reputable establishment and if you or a loved one needs transportation to the Dr's, hospital for exams, please do not put your health or loved ones in their hands.. I don't write many reviews but in this instance I wanted to send a warning. We got married at Mountain View Grand Resort on September 21, 2019. We found this taxi service and since some of the guests were staying at nearby hotels, and our after party was going a bit beyond the shuttle time we recommended them. This taxi service is NOT 24/7. It really is up to Dave if he thinks its worth the effort or not, and in all cases for all our guests it was not and they were stranded at the venue. In addition to that, even in the morning some guests called to get a ride from the venue to a bus stop in Littleton and he either didn't answer or said he couldn't come. For my cousin who he did pick up a day later he was not very nice and we felt bad putting him in the car. We would recommend staying as far away as possible from Dave's taxi. read more

if you want to risk your life and those of your loved ones and have them in a car that speeds and takes off ramps in order to go around campers and other vehicles that they don't want to be behind then this is the taxi service for you. and then when calling to report their drivers or whoever was driving their vehicle the manager seemed stressed and unwilling to listen as she rushed me off of the phone. I just want others to know that erratic driving style of this service and the danger they place on others on the road as well as whoever is in the car. they don't even deserve one star please all be informed that these people will risk your life drive at high speeds and maneuver erratically around other individuals on the road creating a very hostile and dangerous environment for all. I would not recommend for anyone who actually wants to survive the trip to and from destination. read more

I don't even want to give them one star but zero Stars isn't an option I wasn't planning on writing another review but I've never been treated more horribly in my life than I've been treated by Dave's taxi. I have a medical trip and I need to go every single day they didn't show up Saturday or Sunday nobody called me nobody showed up they just left me hanging with no ride whatsoever! I scheduled my pick up from the bus location and drop off to the same location about 2 weeks in advance. For the drop off which was on a Saturday I was informed that they don't start pick ups until 12. The person I spoke with indicated that she had found a willing driver to pick myself and my now husband earlier than 12. A few days before my October 19 honeymoon, I called to confirm and everything was good to go. Monday came, my bus was early and taxi got there early. I was impressed and happy with the service so far. Now comes the drop off; I called on Thursday to see if we can be picked up later since the car rental and bus stop was about 2 miles away. She indicated they can be there at 12:30 and that I should be fine. After the conversation I didn't feel at ease. I worried so much that I didn't sleep well. Saturday came and my husband and I headed to Littleton to drop off the rental and wait for our 12:30 pick up. I arrived at the rental at about 11:30 so I called Dave's and the person that picked up informed me that he didn't know who has our pick up but he wasn't in the office to check. The only phone which is a cell, he had on him. The schedule time came and went no pick up. I called Dave's 5 times my husband called too and no one picked up to see what happened to our 12:30. You couldn't even leave a message because the mailbox was full. I was frantic because the bus wad scheduled to leave at 12:55. We don't live in NH we were there for our honeymoon from CT. No Uber services available and it was too late to call another taxi service. We've had decided to book a night at a hotel and try again the next day. At that moment the taxi came. He apologized and indicated he was not given any knowledge about the pickup and the importance to being on time. He also said the pickup was not scheduled but the reason he came over was because he saw us with luggage. He got us to our bus at about 12:53, 2 minutes to spare. I'm thankful he saw us but extremely disappointed that somewhere someone dropped the ball. My husband and I will not use them again, this experience left us with a sour taste in our mouths and confusion of their lack of customer service and professionalism. read more

Our Littleton company requested transportation for 18+ employees between the Littleton Hampton Inn and the Cannon Base Lodge on Saturday night, December 4, 2021. Dave's stated that their mini bus only holds 15, but had 2 available for service, which we agreed to, for a cost of $1000. Only one bus appeared at the Hampton Inn for the ride to Cannon, so as many employees as possible got into that bus, and the rest had to drive themselves, and the same situation on the return trip back to the Hampton. We called Dave's and asked for a refund based on the fact that we were provided only one bus, not the two that were promised, but they refused. We disputed 50% of the charge with our credit company, and were given a temporary credit, but Dave's refused to negotiate with the credit card company or us, and we were charged the full amount. The driver told the owner of our company that he was called in at the last moment to work that night. I know that they originally mistakenly booked the job for Sunday night Dec 5, not Saturday night, Dec 4, and only realized their mistake when I called on Thursday, Dec 2 to confirm our reservation. We had nothing in writing to prove what service we contracted for. We want to warn any future customers of this company of their shady business practice, so no one else will fall prey to their shady actions. read more

Horrible service I had a 900 appointment thought I would be picked up at 830 since it's about 20 minutes I called and was told about 15 minutes late which would put them at 900 or 905. This was a drs appointment I called the dr and was able to talk on the phone. 930 is when the car showed up had another passager and no masks the car smelled strong of something and. Mike is the man! We had a 5am pickup to take us from Crawford Notch to the Appalachia trailhead for a presidential hike. He was on time, the ride was terrific, and he's a great guy who we enjoyed getting to speak with. Also, Dave's Taxi was great about taking advance reservations & accommodating a change in date when we had to delay by a day due to bad weather. read more

I don't even want to give them one star. So this morning they were supposed to pick me up for a Dr appointment at 10:00 am. They were late, so I called and they said 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later I call again and no answer. I called 7 times. No answer. I had to cancel my Dr appointment that was at 10:30 am. Finally at 10:37 am, I get a phone call from a number in Kansas City and I usually don't answer numbers I don't know. But I did and it was a man asking if I still needed a ride!! I said no I canceled my appointment. And he said thank you good bye. No sorry, no nothing. It was very unprofessional, rude and I will never use this service nor recommend it! I needed a ride at 3:30 am to bring me to a trailhead. The driver was at our meeting spot early and he was extremely pleasant to talk to during the 40 minute drive. The charge for the ride was completely reasonable. The car was clean and not smelly. I was very impressed with their service & will always use them if I need another ride in the area!! read more
