This place is a waste of time and a waste of money. My daughter and I went to get her nails done there I got a full set and so did she. The day-after she got her nails done one of her nails broke and when we went back they argued with us and didn't want to fix her nail. The day-after that I notice my nails were lifting really bad. When I went back-to them to let them know and to try to get my nails fixed the argue with me in front of a customer and tried to say they couldn't see lifting. When they did fix my nails if filed the rest my nails so thin that I've now broke 2 nails. I also notice the files my middle finger Natural nail was filed down so thin that it almost all the way through the nail. They will not stand behind their work-and will argue with you to not have to do Any repairs that are not your fault. Again what a waste of time and a waste of a lot of money. read more

I'm new to the area and was in need of a trip to the nail salon. To begin with the person who did my nails kept asking unnecessary questions such as why did i arrived at the time I did. After that he proceeded to ask about how I wanted my nails despite it being stated prior then complained as if I was unaware of it. After another person loudly stating how ugly her nails were I should have just left. How in bloody hell does one do such a mediocre job? Today the gel started to peel off even though it has been less than 24 hours. Luckily I found another nail salon to fix this monstrosity. If I could have put 0 stars I would have. Came here a while ago to get my eyebrows done everything was fine until I left, my brow bone was still really red and hurt a couple of hours later I realized I had burns on my brow bone. At the moment I didn't think the wax was that hot but it was hot enough to leave burns. Really don't recommend. read more

Call Davi and told them that I needed a pedicure and that I would be there in 1 hour needless to say time flew by and I was there pretty late and they still took me in... and I'm very happy with the pedicure that I recieved... I know some of the other reviews have been less than satisfied but I was very happy with my experience ...I got pampered and at least for the time that I was there I was the center of attention for Kim who did a lovely job... I will be returning because to my surprise it is the closest nice nail salon that I have been able to find near my home... I received a hot stone full pedicure with gel nails and I was also very surprised with the price that was affordable.. read more

I've lived in the area for almost 4 years now and I have tried many nail salons and this one is by far my favorite! Nowhere else has my nails been such good quality and lasts over the two weeks when I don't have the time to stop in for a fill. Also their customer service is amazing! Well, I use to be a regular here until they started getting lazy. Asked for really simple fill, and she butched my nails, didnt know how to do the shape after reassuraning me she did. And now I get to wait an hour until someone could fix it bc they dont know how to hire nail techs that do a good job. I'm done. Get it together. read more

I have been here quite a few times now. They are always very busy so it's best to make an appt. However, the workers are friendly. The guy who runs the place is so very kind & attentive, he helps communicate to the worker what you want. The couple times I've had to sit & wait, he offers water bottles to us customers. I called at 8:15pm to ask what time they close, I figured they were already. Well the boss guy said they closed at 8 but if I get there within 10min they can do my pedicure because they were still finishing up some people, I was very pleased that he accommodated me & I didn't even feel like he rushed my pedi. My nails & pedi's have come out very nice so far each time. The place seems clean, & they use liners on the spa's for the pedi's. read more

First time here yesterday. I was greeted immediately. The service was quick and semi friendly. The person who did my nails knew what he was doing and gave honest suggestions, but his work was not very refined. I got a full set coffin shaped nails and four of them are bulky on the sides... instead of being flushed or tapered to the sides, some of them are bulky on one side. He was a little rough with the filer and buffer and some of the side my nails feel like they have sore paper cuts on them. They still sting a bit when I wash my hands. When I went to pick out a nail polish, they didn't have a matte deep burgundy or black cherry... no big deal, I picked out a plum color. So I asked him if he had more color selection, he responded, "no, that's all the colors we have." I said it was fine and that I am going to pay before having him polish my nails. It came out to 25$ , and I tipped him 5$... total 30$. Then, he magically remembered he had more color selection. And he offered me all these pretty colors.... hmmmm... aaaaanyway! I might come back again, but not 100% sure... I don't like these little cuts on my fingers :( read more

If I could give them a zero, I would definitely do so. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a nail salon. I went in for an appointment and waited for the nail tech to come to work. She started filing my nails with the mechanical nail filer and I ask her to file it lightly so that my nails would not be too thin. She began gluing the nails on and glued the nail to my skin. I mentioned to her that the nail was glued to my skin as opposed to the nail and she proceeded with an attitude and raised her voice and stated, " i know what i'm doing, I'll do it later." She proceeded to glue more nails on, I mentioned again, that the nail is glued to my skin instead of the nail which caused me skin irritation. I wanted her to resolve this issue before putting gel over my nails. Instead of her fixing the problems she displays a horrible attitude and curses my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I stood up and I said l'm done! I'm not going to sit here and allow you to disrespect me or disrespect my Lord and Savior. The male nail tech that was working next to her and jumps in and indicated that I was the one with the problem. Instead of him correcting that employee, he defends her! I would advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere! They should really reconsider their values, ethics, work performance, learn how to communicate with people in a respectful manner, and refrain from disrespecting people's religious beliefs. They where totally unethical! read more
