Every single staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and accommodating. I'm a wheelchair user and find the office far more navigable than most medical settings. Local anesthesia, that the dentist assured you would certainly numb the tooth, was soon followed by the dreaded words "this won't hurt." Dread and horrific piercing pain were my constant companions when visiting the dentist's office. Fortunately, those days are over. The modern drills and anesthetics of today WORK, and a visit to the dentist's office is without the trials and tribulations of the past. Those modern tools in the hands of a seasoned professional like Doctor "Jake" make a visit to his office a pleasant experience. I was referred by my dentist in Washington to whom I was referred by my daughter. Since my arrival in the valley almost 12 years ago Jake has been our family dentist, and when I find a great dentist, I will refer those I know and care about. Jake and his staff have performed just about every dental procedure possible on my teeth, heck I could be the poster boy featured in a dental publication for aftermarket parts and procedures. All kidding aside, Jake and the staff are true professionals, positive, understanding, and they listen.
