I paid the first time (thinking - Oh well oversights happen). I AGAIN have received another invoice, (jaw dropping). It has been over 3 years since my daughter has been seen here. Their billing department last time said they were transferring things to a new system and made a mistake. What is the excuse now? I don't have time for their errors. They need to get their act together. I question whether any of what they are requesting is valid at this point. My daughter has never had a cavity, or any extra care needed aside from the normal images and cleanings that my insurance covers!

I told her maybe next time, so she refuses to give me my scheduled cleaning and somehow convinced the dentist I needed periodontal cleaning, and in a nice way, told me it's either get this expensive cleaning or leave.
