I usually sit in the empty booth chair next to hers while she's attending to my husband and we all just laugh and chat up a storm. Kevin is also very friendly and fun to chat with. This shop is close to home so it's a nice walk to and from. Christopher Salon offers a wide variety of services so I would recommend you give them a try. Parking is tight but there is a vacant business next door and side street parking. There are restaurants nearby if you need a bite to eat while in the area. He was not happy. He suggested it was my fault. I didn't know how to do my own hair. Seriously? He compared me to a client he had in the 1990s who wasn't satisfied. I know she appreciates that she can see anyone there and they are cool with that. On a recent visit to Michigan, I accompanied my mom and got a blowout myself. I was with Amy and she was outstanding! We chatted throughout the time I was there and it was just super comfortable... the time flew by!
